It was very confusing and they did a fantastic job of sorting it all out and getting the very heavy order loaded into our truck. Recently, we ordered a mini stick online. It arrives in a huge box without any type of paperwork. Once opened, the stick was clearly damaged. I was very worried about returning it, thinking they would suspect we had used it. They gave us a full refund. The teens at the front desk were extremely kind and the manager was super helpful!!! Much better than average customer service!!!

If your product turns out to be defective, don't expect them to help. The manufacturer's warranty states the club is covered within one year of purchase (or two years from manufacture) and instructs customers to take it to the reputable retailer where it was purchased. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Dick's. No one made any effort to help us with the warranty process, and we were left stuck with a defective club. My advice? Buy directly from the manufacturer whenever possible. If customer service and warranty support matter to you, I'd avoid purchasing investment items from Dick's Sporting Goods.

Half of them stand around and chit chat with each other, while the other half are stuck doing double the work with clothes. Lululemon staff are supposed to be educators, yet they have never, yes NEVER, approached me and asked if I need anything, or talked to me about any of the clothes. (I go to this store 2-3 times a month, by the way) It's a bummer because I really do love Lululemon, and am very passionate about their brand, but the staff could not seem any less interested in it, and probably only work there for the discount.

This store was by far the most helpful in terms of selection, knowledge, and the amount of time they were willing to spend answering questions and providing suggestions! I want to specifically mention Gabby because she helped me every time I came in to try on and narrow down what shoes to buy (3-4 times). She was awesome--very attentive and knew so much about not just the shoes but foot support in general. I am not a runner by any means but I am on my feet all day for work, and I found the store to be very accommodating. Finally settled on two pairs that I can rotate around as my feet need more stability. I did get the $2 VIP membership on their website for a better shoe price and shipping cost.
