Does great work. He fixed my camera problems entirely remotely in this era of social distancing. He also set up better security software and fortified the protection I have so I can work more securely from home. He works on PCs too. Not just Macs as the name would imply. Highly recommended. He works quirky hours and is busy but he always comes to the rescue.

I truly had no idea what else to do, having exhausted my very rudimentary knowledge about how my computer actually works. i have had a couple of bad experiences at the "genius bar" (and a couple good experiences as well, to their credit), so I decided to give Danny a call after reading his excellent reviews here on Yelp. I am so glad I did! Danny was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to help me with issues that were not even part of the initial problem. He really knows what he is doing, his rates are very reasonable, and he's really nice, too!

So Sean was able to jump onto my desk top and see what was up with my computer. It turns out things where in better shape than I thought. Sean knew just what to do and he was extremely fast. He also discussed with me details regarding browsers and privacy issues and made some suggestions which I was really happy about. Sean also made a few suggestions regarding PC laptops an how they compare to Macs so all in all I was very impressed with Sean's knowledge and skills to address my IT issues. One other detail, I am a very small business and so I appreciate that Sean was able to fit me into his busy schedule. For any of your IT problems or challenges I highly recommend Sean!

NetTech is simply fabulous…read more We are a small business and had gotten suckered by different IT vendor due to some really hard-sell sales pitches. We ended up buying a new server based on this other IT firm's recommendations. During the install, they completely screwed up our data and our email was down for a week. Finally I called back Mark at NetTech who we have known for almost 10 years. He was VERY cool about our having purchased stuff from another vendor, and just smiled a bit empathically when I told him about our problems. Bottom line - He had our data back on-line within 2 hours and our email up by the end of the day with everything restored. These guys are PROs!

Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...
