Antelope Valley plumbing answered the phone right away. Was attentive to my issue, and sent Joey as my tech right away. I was afraid that being Monday, they would be booked up from weekend plumbing problems. Joey was extremely professional, very sympathetic to my situation, was attentive, and very thorough... I was afraid that I would get a crooked plumber or a plumbing company, that would squeeze every nickel out of me. I felt in good hands. And that they weren't going to upsell me, or charge me extra for stuff that was not necessary. That's huge when you are a client; To have a plumbing company and tech know what the average homeowner faces, and not try to take advantage of the situation. Thank you so much, Antelope Valley plumbing.!!! I assure you that if I ever have plumbing issues again, I will definitely be coming to you guys.

Antelope Valley Plumbing reached out to me with a local number (all the others were 888 numbers and there were no answers when I tried calling). I called Antelope Valley Plumbing and was able to confirm the appointment time I was looking for, which was today at 2. The phone call was no fuss, no muss, and very straight forward. It's rare that it goes that smoothly these days so I was very happy. I received a text @ 1:30 telling me that the plumber, Joey, was in route. 10 minutes later he shows up, lays out the process in which the service will proceed, and it was very upfront and reasonable. In a very short time, my leak was gone, my front yard was no longer flooded, and Joey is a very personable individual who obviously takes pride in the work he does. While the repaired pipe was going thru it's curing time, Joey took the time to discuss some other projects I am looking to get done in the future. He didn't have to do that, but he happily did. Based on the communication, the response and repair time, and the price, this was a 10 star experience for me. It was stressful watching my yard get more flooded by the hour. After calling a number of Well companies and other plumbers, Johnny was the only one willing to take on the headache of a job at a fraction of the price the competition quoted. Johnny left another job to come assess the situation and less than 24 hours later our water was back on. He returned a number of times to ensure there were no leaks as a result of freezing temps, and everything was operating as it should, earning himself a spot on our list of preferred vendors. I love that Johnny's Plumbing & Rooter is not only a family owned and operated business, but they are also Native. Johnny and his sons are knowledgeable, honest and to the point. No beating around the bush here. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers, especially in an emergency situation. They worked in the cold and the dark to ensure our water was back on! Definitely give him a call for any of your plumbing needs.

Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work. Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication! Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said "you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company! Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style. If you're looking for a good, honest and fair plumber with integrity, give Loyall a call! I'm so happy that we did.
