There were already two people being service. Kim did my service today and she was great. We talked about what I liked and what I wanted and came up with this together. These people are artists and are not into taking advantage of the customer. There were moments that gave me a little anxiety, everyone's technique is different but when I saw the final outcome all that left my mind. I will be returning to Princess Nails. Thanks Kim!

Barely took off what was already there, used the dremel to grind them a tiny bit shorter (breaking the acrylic) and less than a week later they are lifting (all ten nails). One thumb is filed uneven and nails are chipping under dip. This cost $55 - supposedly for fill, 1 nail repair (that was damaged when taking the nails off), and to cut them down (no clipper, just ground off). Pedicure was $32 and my feet are peeling thick skin 5 days layers. Not sure what was used.

Yet the nail tech kept filing my skin I guess to charge more and appear she was shaping? Isn't a part of getting your nails done to file them? While patiently waiting, I asked for a nail clipper and acetone so I could attempt to remove my own Gel-X set to help speed up the process once a nail technician became available. A technician was initially assigned to my pedicure, but she appeared irritated about having to perform the service, so I requested to wait for another technician. I don't believe in paying for a service from someone who seems upset about providing it. The manager on duty offered to do my Gel-X nails while another technician completed my pedicure. My nail service didn't begin until after 7:20 p.m. During the application, I noticed my left pinky and middle finger Gel-X tips were applied crooked. Since my natural nails are long and healthy, this can affect how they grow. On top of that, the Gel-X tip on my right thumb was too small for my nail, leaving part of my natural nail squeezed because the tip was too narrow. When I brought these issues to the manager's attention, he simply suggested I come back on Monday for a free correction. While I appreciate the offer, after waiting over two hours and paying for the service, I shouldn't have to make another trip to fix mistakes that shouldn't have been made. The Gel-X application is the foundation of the entire set and can make or break the final result. The long wait and poor nail application made this one of the worst experiences I've had here. I've included photos so others can judge the quality of the work for themselves. I hope management takes this review seriously because I genuinely expected much better from a salon I've supported as a repeat customer.

None quite as bad as today, however I've noticed the poor attention to detail and lack of care in the services they provide. My pedicure today lasted 26 minutes and was extremely rushed. The file (rasp) she attempted to use on my calluses didn't have a handle, and she briefly rubbed it over each foot rather than actually removing any of my callus build up, leaving my feet rough. She painted over my cuticles and cut several of my toes with the dremel she used. The reasons I kept coming back is that this is one of the cleaner salons I've found near me, and they do a good job with massages. However, I don't think it's worth the cost. I recommend avoiding if you're looking for consistent quality services!
