Bought a Groupon for a spa pedicure. When I arrived, wanted to upsell to gel (had my BC pink OPI w/ me) so sold sea salt scrub instead immediately ($10 extra!). I'm a nurse & treat myself to pedicures monthly but she scolded me saying I need to come more often as my cuticles are in bad shape. Also tried to tell me one big toe nail (bad damage d/t chemotherapy but finally growing out) was b/c I don't take care of my feet. Do not give this place your business. We made a 3:00 appointment but they wrote down 3:30, so we had to leave and go back later. They ensured us they had enough staff to do all of us, but several of us were left sitting waiting as they did other things. We were up charged for our pedicures but did not receive any massage. My sisters and mom were all cut, several cuts were so bad it took time for the bleeding to stop. My sisters nails were see through and the owner was so rude, it led to my sister crying. Yea sure lady everyone that comes here bleeds so what everyone has thin nail beds? These people are extremely unprofessional and unsanitary at this point I just hope I don't get an infection. The nail location I used to go to closed down, wanted to give a different place business. I added the Gel Polish onto the service. Appears they charge for lotion. My toenails were already primed as far as clipped and filed before I arrived. Just by coincidence. Groupon and Tip I paid $58. The technician did a great job. The place is clean. Not even worth 1 star. Owner and 16 year old daughter tag teamed my services while they triaged other customers services as well. I waited so long to get my toes done the water turned cold and my feet got extremely pruny. I basically ended up paying $60 to get my nails and skin painted on. I purchased a $49 gel mani/pedi coupon. Owner informed me it was only gel on the finger nails despite me informing her the coupon stated otherwise. She also informed me it would cost an extra $5 to get callus removal... (um, the description of the service says SPA pedicure, I expected the full amenities I receive at other salons I've used in the past with similar descriptions - callus removal; massage, hot towels) I confusingly confirmed the service (I'm a runner and my callus' are slightly thick. The service was never applied and I felt too uncomfortable to say anything because I also had to ask 3 times for her to go over her work to remove loose skin around my nails.... she ended up cutting my skin and digging into far past my cuticle bed and the sides of my nails (see photos). I brought $10 to tip but used $5 to pay for the missed service and tipped with the other $5. The owner rolled her eyes and shook her head when I handed her the money. Owner didn't use gloves or other protective measures I saw available in the store despite COVID guidelines. Owner's daughter told me at one point, "I can't believe you trust me this is only my second day." So bad. Don't waste your money here! Edit: after 5+ hours of drying my toe nails via air and the drying machine at the salon, the nail polish was too thick and smudged everywhere. My boyfriend assisted in helping me take the nail polish off the same day and said he could have done a better paint job lol. My cuticles are very sore and one nail bed has been bleeding on and off throughout the day. I've been sharing this horror story within my circle so at least this experience has served as an entertainment, disbelief, and humor purpose during these unusual times. I stopped in for a manicure and acrylics without an appointment and though they took me, they did a poor job. I was hoping to have my dead skin and hangnails cleaned up, maybe hands massaged as you get with most manicures. What I got was a quick crooked ragged trim of my existing nails, a painful dremmeling of the tops and then the acrylic was glued on when she didn't even clean out the nail beds. She also never cleaned up the cuticles (dead skin hanging) I had to ask her if she was going to eventually do them when she was almost finished. She pulled cuticle clippers out of the drawer that was not sterilized and started hacking at my fingers, making me bleed twice. Upon coming home, I could see that 3 nails were placed on crooked. All this for the bargain price of $50. I will never go back here. read more

KT nail? More like Kill Me nail. Me and two of my gal pals went to treat ourselves to a manicure. It was almost a 40 min wait even though there were only two other customers in the store. The service was horrendous. One of my friends polish was streaky and clumpy. The others acrylic was already falling off on our way out the door, and they basically buffed our nails down to the skin. And all of our cuticles were raw and BURNIN. My friend got up charged from $20 for a fill to $35 because of the "long wait"??? How does that add up? Not to mentioned the near death experience I had when the nail tech bludgeoned me with the Covid barrier on "accident". Needless to say there was no tip. Would not recommend -1000/10. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My finger was GUSHING blood and brought me to tears within 10 minutes of my service. I have been getting my nails done for 14+ years and my sister and I just moved to the area, decided to try out a new salon, and were both treated like absolute garbage. Kim, the owner, is absolutely fabulous. A wonderful lady to talk to and very very professional. She really takes her nail stuff seriously. And an added bonus? The prices are amazing! I got a full set plus gel for like, 38, and she even offered to design! This would be a great place for kids are Minnetonka High school to come to get their nails done, especially for events like prom, because it's just across the highway from the high school! I wish I could leave a good review but sadly that is not the case. Took my daughters here on a girls day out because this was nice and close to the restaurant we went to. We arrived on time and we're told to come back in a half hour. When we got back, we told them we were there to celebrate my one daughter. We had groupons for pedicures and manicures, the owner was rude after hearing all 6 of us had Groupons and rolled her eyes at us even though we paid for the extra services. We really did not receive good treatment. No liners in pedicure tubs so felt very unsanitary. Understaffed, as Half of us were left sitting for half hour or more, no lotion was given at end. Our guest of honor sat in cold water and towels as the lady went to do someone else splitting her time between her and another guest. Skipping steps that were given to her sisters. Manicures were even more horrendous as myself and my teenaged daughter were cut several times. Bleeding did not stop but continued to polish. Same daughter did not get top coat on one whole hand . Guest of honor did not get her nails soaked like the rest of us, filing was done at the pedicure chair with the same nail file that was used on her toes. Polish was see through and sticky as their polish is thinned out. Leaving her in tears. The owner who did her nails added another coat to help them look better. After all this the owner expected us to tip and was put off at the amounts we gave her like she earned a full tip. I was there almost 2 hours for a gel mani and basic pedicure but most of this time was sitting and waiting even though I had an appointment. The mani and pedi were rushed through and look very sloppy. My gel manicure chipped in less than a day! While I was there the first time, the owner yelled at another customer for using the groupon app wrong. When I went back a day later to fix my chipped nails, the staff was unbelievably rude and yelled at me for ruining the nails. I have never had worse service in my life. They were really sweet, the price was reasonalbe. But they press the acrylics in a liquid and then burn when it makes contact with the glue. Then with filing the nail one of the ladies did it rough enough to cut into my skin like a paper cut, on my index and pointed finger.
