From a distance my nails look nice, but up close there is pink dip powder left on the skin around several nails, and the undersides are rough and white instead of being cleaned up. I also asked for short nails, but they ended up much shorter than I wanted. I think she filed them too much. During my appointment my technician accidentally used the wrong product on one of my nails and joked that she needed more energy. She fixed it enough that it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't leave me feeling very confident. She also spent time writing things down and handling cash during my appointment, and the total unexpectedly changed from $53 to $55 at the end without any explanation. I had enough money with me but I thought that was a little weird. The staff was friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.

I saw their ad online and saw they were new so I wanted to try the out. Finding it is slightly hidden though it is next to a Kumon and pedatrics so parking isn't too bad. It's a modern chic minimalist vibe kind of shop with plenty of tv and clean tables and chairs for all. I felt like it was a clean environment and spacious so it wasn't like a cattle ranch, herding all the people you can cram into one space. Clean smell and everyone was so nice! Come here with a friend or two or three as there are plenty of chairs and room. The pedicure I received - Jade was well worth it and it's not even the top of the line. I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations. Sadly I didn't take any photos, but their IG page and online site, could provide a better preview! I mean i really liked the place that I forgot photos so come visit yourself. Overall, beautiful decor, chill vibes, excellent pedicure, easy experience. I loved it! I would highly recommend this place to try out!

The head spa service is performed in the massage rooms, and the room is very private, calming, and comfortable. They provide you with slippers and a robe and ask you to take off your shirt and put the robe on. The service I had was an hour long treatment where they massage your head, shampoo and condition, and then clean your face as well. Towards the end they put a face mask on and turn out the rainbow-shaped water spigot and they massage your arms and wrap your feet in hot towels. They have a sound machine going and dimmed lights so the whole process is calming and relaxing. PRO TIP: if you reference their Groupon for this service, they will honor the price. The only thing I didn't love was that they used Pantene shampoo/conditioner. Would be better if they used Japanese products or something cleaner than basic Pantene. Maybe even a scalp scrub?

Love, love, love Suite Nails!…read more I've been coming to this nail salon for quite some time now, and I've always enjoyed my visits. Each appointment feels like a quick spa retreat. All of their nail techs are very talented, kind, and thorough. I've had the pleasure of working with Amy and Titi. Amy is a dip powder pro. In addition to knowing how to apply dip powder so well, she's my favorite when it comes to nail prep and cleaning. I always appreciate the time she takes to properly clean and prep my nails before the dipping part begins. Titi is an artist. She's become my newer favorite tech when I want to get creative and add fun nail designs to my manicures. She specializes in recreating the most beautiful designs--Pinterest is no match for her. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Titi puts into her nail art, always making sure I'm happy with the final result. I also love the pedicures here, primarily due to how extremely relaxing they are. There are plenty of options and enhancements to turn your pedicure into a complete spa experience for your feet, but I really appreciate never feeling pushed to choose a specific upgrade--just whatever feels right that day. Whether it's gel or dip powder, my manicures typically last ~4 weeks, and my pedicures almost always last 5-6 weeks before looking like they need a touch-up. Excellent value. Because this is such a wonderful nail spa, they're usually pretty booked, so making an appointment is recommended. It's an excellent place for a girls' day or a well-deserved solo treat.
