A few mins later two black females came in. The other employee said we don't have time for you. She said - I called- 12 mins ago (while looking at her phone To verify) they told them no anyway. there was no one waiting in the shop. I am new to the area and wanted the small bit of gel polish removed from my nails and a basic manicure. When I told the woman I just wanted a manicure she said she did not have time and passed me to someone else. The woman doing my nails ignored me the entire time and used utensils that looked questionable. Not once did she ask me to rinse my hands after filing. She took a drill to my entire nail rather than soaking the small bit of gel that was on my nails off. she left my entire nail extremely thin and flaky. She then put on a clear polish and told me to go to the dryer. She gave me no instructions on how long to dry my nails and asked that I Pay. After paying she did not say anything to me the rest of my time in the salon despite the fact that I looked uncertain about what to do next. When I left no one said good bye or thank you. My nails have since been breaking and brittle as the drilled portion grows out. There is a deep indent on my nail from the unnecessary drilling that was done. Worst manicure I have had in 30 years of getting my nails done! My nails were cut and filed so unevenly that I wonder if she can see well. She left paint on my toes and part of my nail has no paint at all. She was nice BUT again, horrible. I paid for a mani pedi but left without getting my nails painted because I could see how horrible of a job she was doing. There are so many nail places out there, skip this one! read more

I got acrylic nails for $40 (which she had told me that it would only be $25 and 3 days after I got them, one broke off and then the rest started chipping away after 4 days. When I went back to ask for refund the lady refused and said they would only fix them. She blamed me for my cuticles having too much oil and that my work is too hard on them ( I only worked the first 2 days of having my nails). She kept blaming the thinness of the acrylic ( for more natural looking nails) but my friend who went with me had thicker nails and hers chipped too. Would give 0 stars if I could. Truly awful experience. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and do my pedi. I'm not sure where the person came from to do my pedi (like, did they just find her wandering the streets?) but I'd be surprised if she had any training or certification. Made quick work of cleaning up my nails--fastest Pedi in the West. Charged me an extra $5 for doing heels and hot towels. When she came with the hot towels, scalded one of my feet. She was completely disinterested in the whole process and did the world's fastest (and truly awful) pedi. The nail polish looks like it was put on by a beauty school dropout. Oh, and for the extra "service" (aka burned feet), I paid with a twenty dollar bill. How much change she coughed at me...I said $15. I guess she expected a tip for being rude, awful and untalented. She returned with my change and then just left me at the foot bowl. No communication. Nothing. I waited for a while and I asked if I could dry my nails. She pointed to the dryer and walked away. I wasn't aware that this was self service.... I went over there put my feet under and nicked one of the nails . Asked her to fix it and instead of making it right, she just globbed more polish on. Sat at the nail dryer for about twenty minutes and nobody said boo to me. Finally I got up and left. This place is absolutely the WORST EVER. Rude staff, no talent, nobody gives a damn. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Horrible. This place is actually ridiculous. I have been here several times. I had a certain woman that did my nails and the owner of the store did my sisters. At first my nails were done well until the woman that did my nails quit. For good reason. They charged 15 dollars for a fill and 27 dollars for a full set not completely acrylic. Overpriced for the work that the owner did. She would try and do my sister and I's nails at the same time! Then charge me full price plus an added tip for herself to the bill even though the nails were horrible. They were different shapes and lengths. And she didnt listen to what I wanted at all and just did my nails however she chose. I shouldnt have paid but I just wanted to leave and never come back. Went here because I was in a hurry, told the technician I was in a hurry and wanted a basic pedi. I've paid a lot more to spend less time in a chair for more services. My cuticles where really the issue along with some fresh paint. She barely touched them while trying to up sell. Even after reading the reviews, I still came. Never again. I'd suggest that the owner get some new employees in there who know what they're doing. read more

I walked in to have acrylics put on. I waited 40 minutes or so with only 3 people in the shop. The lady didn't even touch my cuticles and cut me at least 3 times. When I bled she said it was okay and it happens all the time. I love my nails but I had to file them myself because they were completely uneven. I won't be coming back. read more

If I could give this nail salon zero stars I would. I am new to this location and I tried KT nails, bad move. I will NEVER be going back there because first of all, they only had 3 workers so I was waiting for a while when they said I was ready. When they finally got to me, they painted all over the skin around my nails and it looked terrible! Then the lady was "massaging" me with lotion and then said to go wash my hands. She didn't even rub the lotion in all the way which made me very mad because I love a good hand massage. When she finally finished my nails and I went to dry them, my nails looked awful and I was so bummed. She didn't fix where there was polish on my skin. And my mom got her nails too and the girl who did them did such a terrible job that the owner had to come and redo them. But it was still really bad. Such a waste of money.
