Do not go here they are rude and not every good I went there for a gel set and I didn't really look at them till I got home and they had chips and waves in them so I went back to have them correct them and the lady basically clawed at my nails it was very painful. I had to ask for someone different and it wasn't much better. Over priced and horrible service. read more

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. No one seems to be interested in actually helping their customers, but to just rush through and do jobs that are half adequate. Luckily I used a gift certificate for my time spent here, but I will never return for future service. read more

Worst Nail Salon in Indy... Have been there a few times. Years ago I liked it. I went a year ago and got crappy service and was not satisfied. But when I went Wednesday that did it. Walked in and sat right down and he started on my nails. I showed him 2 different pics of what I wanted which was a painted French tip. One was glitter and one was black. He told me I had to decide now so he knew how much to charge. I said well it's the same design so wouldn't it be the same price? He said no... Ok so I tell him I will let him know in a min. So he starts on my nails. There is 1 other lady getting her nails filled, it's time for her to pay and they tell her 60. She also had a pedicure so she simply asked how much for each one and the man starts yelling to the group of women sitting around and she says it's Ok never mind (in a nice voice) and he yells No and starts to explain so she just says ok. I'm like dang... But it's none of my business so I keep quiet. A lady walks in and says she needs a fill in and they ask Gel or reg? She says how long is the wait? They tell her no wait...There were 2 men doing nails mine and the other lady. They left her setting there for 20 minutes while there were 4 women setting by the pedicure area laughing and hanging out doing nothing. So that lady walked out. I actually watched 2 women walk out because they were left setting when this whole place is empty. These other 2 ladies came in and said Hello and they ignored them so those ladies walked out. Now my tech asked me if I wanted square nails I said No I hate square nails and showed him a pic of how I wanted them. So he does my right hand and says u like?? I looked down and they are square so I said no and he like huffed at me all mad so I took the file and filed my pinky and said like this. He snatched the file and said that's round now u wasted my time... Oh that went through me!!! (No I'm paying u for ur time) and I showed him a picture how much clearer could I get!!! So the girl next to me is finished and she still tried to be nice to them and told them Thank U and have a good day and they ignored her.. That made me mad so I to her to report them on Yelp. Now he's asking me about my design I'm not getting a design I'm just gonna paint them because this place won't get another dollar out of me. I was so mad I couldn't get out of here fast enough. I made sure I told him that I always tip them 5-10 but because of the way they treat people I was tipping shit. So now I have little stubby round nails that I hate but I know I will never go back there and I decided to report them so none of u waist your money. read more

Kt Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

UGH!!! I went in to get a fill and it wasn't bad, nails looked great... However the next morning my GEL nail polish was chipping on ALL my nails. I went back, they fixed for free HOWEVER the guy who did them "fixed" them. Painted ONLY the spot that was chipping, and clumped the clear topping. I expressed how he should have painted the whole nail again but he was too busy watching a football game. My nails looked HORRIBLE. A day later (less than 24 hours) my GEL nail color is peeling. I will NOT go back there EVER. read more

This was literally the trashiest nail salon I have ever attended! Super rude to customers and OVER PRICED!!! The owner told me to get long gel nails (one solid color as it comes with) I would have to pay 70$ although the full set starts at 40$!! So an additional 30$ just to go long. I am willing to pay for quality work but the work was beneath mediocre. I went in tonight waited 3 1/2 hrs just for one pedicure that had to be repainted. While waiting 3 woman came in for corrections because there nails were wrong. Once I finally got a nail tech the guy was completely rude to the others waiting for service yelling "after her I'm done!" DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

I went this place for almost 7 years I wont ever go there again! !!!. I went the week of Christmas and ended up having emergency surgery the following week on one of my fingers because they didn't use clean instruments! Every time I went in there the owner was arguing with a customer. They don't go by their own pricing and charge whatever they want. I am currently suing them because my nail and the tip of my finger had to be removed! ! read more

Unfortunately, the technicians are incapable of doing anything beyond basic pedicures and manicures, and even those are rushed and messy. I was charged $85 for an acrylic manicure... $80 for the "ombre" style and $5 because I wanted an almond shape. In the end, my left hand is significantly different in length and shape than my right, the ombre has multiple imperfections, and the tops are GLOBS of acrylic that are uneven and do not reach my cuticles. If that wasn't enough, the technician burned with me chemicals in two different areas, cut me with the drill, and didn't clean off the excess acrylic coating over the ends of my fingers. He also failed to clean the underside of the nails, so there are globs of acrylic digging into my fingers. One of my nails is completely solid underneath, and is nearly round when looking from the tip. For such a PRICEY manicure, the basics were not accomplished, and the result is shoddy at best. Will not be going back. read more

I suggest you to go to this place if you want to end up with a HOSPITAL BILL! Do not come . And do not let Tina do your nail she will rush to it just to get your money , she rushes so she could get to the next customer JUST A WASTE OF MONEY. She lies to you like if you ask when is she going to do your nails she says 5 minute but it could take like 1 hour and up. She rush and it will turn out like a blob of poo . She talks in her own language about the customers . read more

Terrible! I give them zero stars! My nail tech was arguing with the owner the whole time and did a horrible job! She barley filed, buffed, or clipped my cuticles. I had polish on my toes/fingers and cuticles. The paint job was all stripy and she missed the edges of all my nails. I complained before I left and the owner took the mechanical file and smoothed my cuticles...? I guess. Didn't do a thing. I then told her I wanted my money back and showed her the awful job I paid $55 for. Another worker repainted my toenails but didn't offer to touch my nails nor give me my money back. I went across the street to Queen Nails and they did a gel polish change. Looks FANTASTIC! Sucks I had to pay 2! Won't ever be going there again and don't advise anyone to! Bad bad experience! read more

They are unorganized and do seem rushed, instead of calling names off the list they just ask whose next and keep going, this causes confusion with customers, my nails are very nice...but then they double charged my card and I'm going to have to have to go back up there but overall give it two starts read more

Worst nail job ever. I went in to have my natural nails painted with gel polish and upon inspecting my nails, the guy told me that my nails were very thin and brittle (which I already knew). He then told me that he could make my hands look very beautiful if I would let him do gel tips. I told him I didn't want fake nails I just wanted my nails painted. He said he could make them look very beautiful and natural and they'd be much stronger. Again I stated that I did not want acrylics. He told me that what he was doing was gel and it wasn't the same as acrylic, BUT it was $5 more. I agreed because he wouldn't stop being pushy. The process and the smell and the look of the gel and the acrylic is exactly the same, so I'm not exactly sure why I got charged five more dollars for the gel as opposed to the acrylic. Anyway, he kept getting offended every time I told him I needed my nails very short and he kept saying that he wanted to make my hands beautiful and I said I understood but I needed my nails to be short and I wanted them natural shaped. My nails and it up being a half an inch too long after I made him cut them down twice, and they were almost completely Square. I also gave him the number of a color I wanted which did not correspond to the number he brought me. Then they went back and found the same number, but it was not the same color as the corresponding number on the sample. He proceeded to argue with me about whether it was the same color so I just let him paint my nails so that he could be done so that I could leave. I had to go to my old nail salon 25 minutes away from my home to have them fix his horrible job today. Do not ever go here. Oh and I forgot, he sanded my nails down too close at the cuticles so even after getting my nails fixed, the indentation between the nail and the nailbed is too deep and looks unnatural. He also sliced open the side of my finger with his nail file. read more

This place was horrible during the holiday seasons #1 the whole shop smells like smoke this was caused by the employees taking smoke breaks in the middle of a shift. And the manicures/pedis were overpriced for no reason? The quality is not very good one of the employees named "Kenney" gave an attitude when we asked for a certain shape also he answered personal calls in the middle of the appointment but he complained about how busy he was . On to my nails I got a mani and pedi lady didn't even shape my nails she kinda just through some polish on and thought I would be satisfied with it .also in the middle of the appointment my nail got bumped and I asked the lady who was doing my nails the fix it .. before she fixed it she complained and said that "it was my fault ". Then with my pedicure my nails were not clipped to the best possible way they could be .. the time wait was absolutely crazy I walked in and I got straight in but there were a few People waiting for about and hour which is ridiculous you guys should plan to have more than just 6 workers there the Friday before Christmas. All n all I would go to the Walmart salon and get better service than this read more

Worst experience ever! I payed $166 for bad service, long wait times and the worst manicure ever! Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop!

The lady that did my pedicure put something on my skin that smelled really strong and I asked her what it was and she told me it was oil. When she tried to whip it off it started peeling and turning white on my skin and would not come off .. I told her to stop and have someone else come over . The guy that came over kept telling me it was oil and I'm asking him to look at my skin .. which had turned white (I am African American and dark skinned) he laughed and said he didn't know and walked away . I'm asking someone to help me by at least admitting she did something wrong and at least try to get it off but everyone decided to look confused instead. I've never had an experience this bad and I would never go back again, I ended up leaving with whatever she put on my skin and left to figure it out ... this is unacceptable read more

They're rude as hell & barely speak English. I told the guy to grab the color selection for gel polish and he goes and come back the next thing you know he's cutting my nails down. On top of that I have several bruises & scars on my hand. The guy painted my nails like a 3 year old. It was the skinny guy who sits almost in the back. Stay away from this place. I do plan on going back to have them fix 2 nails because I paid before they did my nails which was stupid on my end. & I don't understand how the gel came off less than 2 days. Please stay away!!! read more

The floor was kinda dirty. The main ladies who works there was really nice!! But the person who did my daughters nails seemed pretty rushed but still did a pretty good job. Although they were a little difficult to understand they did give us a free take home spa package. read more

I've been here twice but Today is the last day, they just can't seem to get it right, communication horrible never again !!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! My nail tech was so rude, she would like shove my hand away whenever she was ready for the next hand without even giving me a chance. My main reasoning for this horrible review is bc I always get Gel polish, always always!! I know good gel polish when I see it and I know when the gel polish is diluted or thinned to make it last longer! Nail techs typically do this when the bottle is getting low! After applying the second coat it literally looked like water paint! So I asked her to do a 3rd coat as she huffed and puffed. As I was checking out I told the manager and she said no that's how it's supposed to be "thin"! Nooo, if I wanted thin ass nail polish I would have got regular nail polish!!! I will NEVER GO BACK! read more

I have a fungal infection as a result of a pedicure that I received at this salon along with a botched set of gel nails. No one could understand what I was asking for, so I decided to get a simple french set of gel nails and a pedicure. After waiting an hour with my feet in the water, I finally received a pedicure. The man doing my pedicure cut too deep into my cuticles and this is why I have a fungal infection under my toenails. He then messed up my gel nails and made no attempt to correct it until I brought it to the attention of another worker at the salon. read more

NEVER GO HERE this place is awful. . You don't get greeted when you walk in. . They don't say good bye either a woman kept rolling her eyes at me and then she had to paint my toes and she was gripping myfeet and legs and when she was painting my nails she was being rough as well. I went for a fill in. My nails are simply ok. . I paid an extra 5$ for coffin shaped nails and ended up getting regular filed nails. These people are so rude you leave feeling very negative and unhappy read more

KT Nails isTERRIBLE. I had a gel polish change and fill in on Tuesday, and by Wednesday (not even 24 hours later) one nail was chipped and another was lifting. The owner was adamant that I get the same color, which I didn't want and I chose the French manicure. I was willing to pay the difference. I wasn't even upset about the polish or paying the difference. The technician was nervous and did not handle the drill/sander well, leaving much of the old color still on my nail edges and had basically removed all of the fill in. The owner came over and finished the service , but she did not say one word to me and pushed and shoved my hands in the direction of the curing light very rudely EVERY TIME. At the end of the service, after putting cuticle oil on my hands, she used a drill on the under side of my nails and left the curly residue still there as an after thought. 2 of my nails have broken or cracked and it is MONDAY. I have spent at total of $67+tips in 2 days at this crappy place. NEVER AGAIN...on each visit ,the first one on Tuesday and Wednesday, there were multiple customers who came in because of poor quality polish jobs that lifted or chipped within a day of having their service. This place is a dump. Trash. The manicure tables were dirty from the previous client and they don't reset or clean them off unless you indicate that it is dirty. DUMP. read more

They Suck...I was new to area and my cousin say they do good pedicure and I decided to go get a fill-in and the next day they started to pop if I spent $35 I expected for they to say I didn't want gel nail polish but they did it anything Way... I went there a couple day ago to give them another chance even worse she didn't do the design I wanted or didn't cut them the correct length and she put the clear coat on to early and mess it up I will not be going there ever...please don't waste your money read more

KT Nails employeses are VERY rude to customers and their prices are very high. $40 for a fill in with one repair and $40 for a set with no polish or anything. I watched one lady walk out after asking for a price of acrylic nails with nothing on them and when she asked why so I the man there snapped on her for asking. Then another woman asked the price for the full set and polish and again she asked why and the guy snapped on her and told her she was not to ask why and that they don't do specials. Another lady only asked for a pedicure and was put in the chair with her feet in the water and the technician gets up and goes and starts another person nails. When the woman questioned since she had started her pedi and left the tech told to just hold on for 10 minutes. The tech didn't even bother to face her and say anything she kept her back to her the while time. Then 15 minutes later the tech told another man in the shop to do the woman's feet because she didn't want to do it. The woman in the end told them she would not be returning because of how rude they were and two men looked at her and said nothing. After the lady paid and was leaving they did not apologize tell her bye have a nice day nothing. Then when I was finished and paid i wasn't told thank you or have a nice day or anything either. On the flip side, they do very good work however, I personally would prefer to do business with a company that values customers and appreciates your business, after all customers are the reason they are open. read more

I went there today to have my Shellac polish removed. I called before I went for a price quote. I was told $5. Once I arrived and was halfway through, the lady (Tina) asked me if I wanted it redonefor $25. I told her no. She THEN told me it would be $10 for removal. I told her that I called before I came and if that had been communicated then I wouldn't have come. She then got an attitude and started treating my hands roughly. She did a piss poor job of removing the polish and AFTER I paid the $10 , I told her that i did not appreciate her misquoting or deplorable attitude. She basically told me that she gave great customer service, though any reasonable person could have detected that she didn't. I will never go there again and suggest that no one else does. The short time I was in there the other nail technician was speaking to another client about how he was just fined $1000 and went to court for using blades during pedicures. Unprofessional and not following the health code. Scary. read more
