She then asked me if I knew the date that I had brought it in, I was able to give her a range of three dates, she then did take the time to go back and look through the items from those dates and find the dress. This saved me a trip back from Illinois to St. Louis on a Saturday. I very much appreciate her above and beyond effort.

Many of the dryers were not working and people leaved their clothes in them and do not come back and take them out for others to use. My other issue is that the place feels like a hot yoga facility. Only complaint and 4 stars, is that you have to pay for dry time, 25 cents for 3 minutes, every other laundromat I've been to has free dry with wash having to pay every 3 min is kinda annoying. The dryers are brand new so they dry pretty fast but still I'd rather pay an extra dollar on the wash to get a free dry. Besides that everything is clean and spacious with many options, the owners seem very kind.

I was contacted by the owners daughter,Michelle, who apologized profusely and was adamant about…read moremaking it right. I explained how disappointed I was because when I dropped off the garments, there was no mention about having to replace the fabric of the belt loops or completely altering the back of the skirt where the zipper was. She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. Michelle, thank you for your kindness and empathy you displayed in trying to remedy this situation.

I was looking for a place to clean and package up my wife's wedding dress as an anniversary gift to…read moreher. I came across this place when I was googling. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you're looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST

When I picked up the items, I was told there was an extra $3 per item charge since they were very dirty. What? They are shirts to be dry cleaned and they were not that dirty or the Suit. Also, that the shirts had to be "hand pressed for 1" I was not told that or about any upcharge until I needed the items. I will never go back. I will stay with my fantastic dry cleaner near work. The shop is located in Crestwood plaza close to Walgreens so it's perfect since I live nearby. They are open until 7pm which works even better for me! I dropped off my coats on a Monday and was asked when I needed it by. I didn't really need it by any certain time as it just started warming up that week again and I still have a couple of other coats I can wear in case it got cold so I asked for their usual turnaround time. He told me Friday of that same week that my coats will be ready for pickup. Friday was Christmas Eve, however, and we got so busy running around prepping for Christmas that I did not get the chance to pick my items up until the following Monday. Pick-up was a breeze though. Handed the lady the ticket and she grabbed my items, I paid for it and that was that. My coats look clean and most importantly, the smoky smell was gone from one of them. I previously wore one of my coats outside where there was a bon fire and could not air out the smoke. The cost for 2 coats was around $33. Not sure if it's pricey or not but I would say about the same when compared to the other dry cleaning shop I go to. I'm glad to have found this place and I'm glad they stay open longer. It looks to be a family-owned business with photos of the family hanging on the walls. The people working there were very nice and accommodating. Their new location will not be as convenient for me but I will keep going to them and here is why: Once, about 10 years ago, I went to this place with my son's favorite teddy bear, which he had soiled as part of a "toileting accident". I was hoping they could dry clean it so the fur would still feel soft after it was cleaned. The lady working then told me that sometimes the dry cleaning chemicals destroy the eyes of stuffed animals and recommended I try washing it in one of the oversized washing machines at the laundry mat instead. I did that, and the fur came out kind of stiff but it was clean and still had its eyes intact. She didn't have to be so helpful to me with my problem and I really appreciate how she was conscientious enough to be so honest and not take my money for something she thought not might have a good outcome. Since that incident I have t all my dry cleaning to this place and feel good about giving my money to real people who care about their business and care about doing the right thing instead of some big chain which....
