Went there today and the service and food was horrible.4 krystals meal combo with two sweet teas. The person on the headset between 1-2 pm was just plain rude. I said thank you when she gave us the food and forgot our straws. I waited and got two straws said thank you again and absolutely no response. Simply disgusting in this establishment. The manager here clearly doesn't care about the job position. The bathroom stinks of something old and dead. The restroom checklist is empty. Toilet paper not restocked inside the containers. Not even gonna talk about the corners behind the toilet. My motto is: If the bathrooms are nasty then the kitchen is nasty.... That was an experience I'll never forget. We walked in and there was no one at the register to take our order. After a while someone showed up to take our order and seemed like they wished we hadn't been there. The bathroom has scarred me for life. The smell of the bathroom made me physically gag. Visiting the area & were so excited to see a Krystal near our hotel! Came by the drive thru one night, but the intercom was already acting up so we decided to just go inside. Walking in and the employee had to warn us of the wet floor. No wet floor sign available? Stood for some time deciding and finally got the bacon cheese fries, chix sandwich (regular & Nashville), regular sandwich, and an apple turnover. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, the cashier finally told us there were no apple turnovers & I'm confused because they're opened 24/7, so why aren't they ready? Ended up just replacing it. Food overall was okay. Loved how much mayo was on the chicken sandwich. And though I didn't get one, I like how they have icees available! I was at the Krystal located on 70 Goodman Rd. Southaven, Ms on 07/28/2023 at 10:00 AM. I ordered a sausage biscuit, grits and orange juice. I got to the window and asked for 4 sugars and 2 grape jelly. She had a smirk on her face and made eye movement as if I was getting on her nerves. This isn't the first time I received that reaction. She has an ugly and mean attitude. As I was waiting to receive my order, I heard say, "some people just make my damn job hard for no reason". I asked if she was referring to me. "She said no I was talking about something else". I'm done going to this location because she always have an attitude Everytime you ask for condiments just huffing and puffing. Sometimes I have a weakness that only a Krystal burger can satisfy. They are really great when they're done right. Once they are made, they deteriorate quickly into the crap that they really are. If not done correctly, they are crap to begin with. Typically, when a new place opens, everyone loves their job, they're all excited, patting each other on the back, and they care about the product they deliver. It goes downhill from there and that is what 70 Goodman road is like. I bought a meal at the new location in Lakeland 30 days ago. I completed a survey that promised 3 free Krystal burgers with the purchase of a fry and drink. The deal was only good for 30 days, and this was my last chance, and horn lake is where I happened to be. $3.74 after a $2.25 discount still isn't a good deal for having done their survey, so I have no intention of doing it for this one. The line took forever, the Krystals seemed a little old because they were cold and soggy, and they had neglected to salt the fries which were also not warm. Salt never sticks to cold fries. The place is filthy and there are roof leaks that caused mold. Tear this place down and start over. read more

I will not be going back to this Krystal. The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the Chiks and they were all dry and none of them had the signature pickle on them. When did the chicken become flat! I missed that memo. I thought they were regular Krystal Burgers at first. I realize this is a fast food place and you can't really be too critical given the type of business, but on Saturday, 8/1/15 the service was extremely slow and quite filthy. The tray with the ketchup packets was extremely filthy with dirty packets like they had been on the floor. Concerning the "food", it was barely edible. The "meat" in the burgers is not really meat. It is just meat flavored grease. To sum it up, there is no need to go to this or any Krystal. It is a waste of money for this so-called food. read more
