Service & Food: The service has been consistently friendly, and the food has been spot-on every time. For a fast-casual spot, the dining area is as clean as it gets, and the restroom was surprisingly tidy as well. Small Suggestion: My only recommendation would be to keep the pumped ketchup stocked. Other than that, the team here is absolutely killing it. Extras & Convenience: When dining in, they usually bring your food right to your table after you order at the counter- not always but a nice touch. The women's restroom has a changing table (bonus points), and there's plenty of hassle-free parking. Price Point: Expect to spend around $23 for a cheeseburger with all the toppings, a soda, and little fries. When the employee finally came out, instead of being respectful, she immediately gave me an aggressive attitude. When I asked if everything was okay since I had been waiting so long, she became verbally aggressive and insulted me, including calling me a "fat ass." I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and was simply trying to use the restroom. Being spoken to this way was extremely humiliating and emotionally distressing. Another individual, who claimed to be her brother, was also present and aggressively yelled at me. I felt intimidated and unsafe, especially being 35 weeks pregnant. My partner had to step in because he was shouting at me. The shift leader on duty, Corey Hedges, did not properly handle the situation and instead implied that I had escalated it. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially not by employees. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
