Upon entering my friend and I were greeted by all three people behind the counter. It was around 5. I was grabbing food for myself to go. The employee who took my order was in process of being trained. Her manager was incredibly supportive of her. She watched her and helped when needed. But did not hover. She let her learn by doing. And told her that she did a great job after she took my order. It was wonderful to see such great care and interactions between manager and staff.
