It looked and SMELLED really good! I order a papelon to drink. I don't know exactly what it is, but seems to be fruit juice based with dark sugar / molasses sweetener. It was very good. I will say the food preparation was not very fast. I didn't time it but ij the 20min range. This is a good sign. This really isn't a fastfood restaurant. The burger was juicy with fresh ingredients and they serve it on a potato bun I believe that's really soft. When I visited the store to pick up my order, there wasn't really anybody in there so service was immediate. But the restaurant is clean, spacious and well lit so if you do want to eat your burger there, there's more than enough room. I've tried out Wayback burgers in a couple of different states including Arizona and North Carolina over the last year or two and I'm slowly becoming a fan.

Upon entering my friend and I were greeted by all three people behind the counter. It was around 5. I was grabbing food for myself to go. The employee who took my order was in process of being trained. Her manager was incredibly supportive of her. She watched her and helped when needed. But did not hover. She let her learn by doing. And told her that she did a great job after she took my order. It was wonderful to see such great care and interactions between manager and staff. I wish more people treated their staff with the care I saw with the way she was speaking and helping her two staff members. My food was correct and delicious as always. Five Guys food is delicious! The floor was a little sticky. But they were busy preparing food and a rush of people came in after us. The tables and chairs were all clean. So was the soda, and area with ketchup and extras. There are restrooms inside the restaurant.
