The absolutely friendliest Krystals I have ever been to. Hands down all three stars belong to their staff. However, aside from the prices which were a bit of a sticker shock the classic burgers and fries were a bit funky like they were old or used old fry oil or whatever they were not at all fresh tasting. If I could give this place a negative 100, I would. Never have I felt more robbed spending over $30 on a "meal" than I did the other night coming here. The junkyard fries are basically poorly put together fries thrown in with a bunch of random things to seem appealing. We got two 4 Krystal combos and couldn't make it past the second "burger." It appears to be some sort of White Castle knock off with a thin slice of mystery meat instead of a beef patty. We took it out to inspect it & it just looked unnatural. Not only that, but the "burgers" were so soggy making it even more unappetizing. They definitely just microwaved these fake little burgers instead of cooking them. I will never return to a Krystal's even if the world was ending and it was my only option to eat. I'd rather starve. read more

What an absolutely crap business. Went for a basic meal and was forced to keep food I didn't want or ask for. I was forced into an upsize and forced to pay even after asking for a refund. They refused the refund and called the cops when I refused to move from the drive with no customers behind us. First person to be behind us was a cop and I pulled forward. I stopped at Krystals today and got the spicy chick combo. I change my fries to chili cheese tots with extra cheese. I also got a roadie sized Coke icy. Usually at this location. I have trouble getting the Coke. I see because the machine is never working. It was working I was absolutely impressed. The taste of the food was hot. Delicious. The chicken spicy sandwich comes with a pickle and mayonnaise on it. It was delicious. I don't think I've ever seen so much chicken on a sandwich before at fast food it was hanging off the sides. It was so delicious. They definitely have cleaned up the store. The customer service was great. They were smiling and so incredibly friendly. They made my food exactly the way I ordered it. I definitely had to post a review about them. If you've tried them in the past, and they were not to your liking, give them another try it's under new management. As we were passing thru Milton, FL we saw a Krystal on Hwy 90 (Milton) & decided since it had been years since we had eaten at a Krystal, we pulled their drive thru, ordered, then in parking lot distributed meals about to family & when one box container holding the little cheeseburger was lifted out, a small roach crawled out of the box to Much screeching of our grandson, as I was trying to not throw up! Our daughter tried grabbing box container, but not before roach got away in van. I quickly grabbed up the bag with good still inside, raced back in & handed to lady & explained what we all saw. Her response was, we do NOT have roaches in this store! I said yes! You do! Four people at least just had the encounter of one crawling OUT of box container where cheeseburger was, so YES you do have roach bugs! No refund! Who cares, she offered to refill the order I said, NO! We don't want ANY food from here. Better since they remodeled the joint and added some seating inside. But still, it's Krystal. They could deliver my food to me while sporting spark-flinging sparklers in both ears and it would still be...Krystal. I grew up eating these things and my fond memories get shattered every time that I return as a grown-up. Add to that the fact that they charge an almost 50% premium over and beyond what the yellow arches place charges for a double cheeseburger--which has patties and cheese slices probably twice the size/weight--and I really question why I ever mark any Krystal as a destination. On my most recent trip, I had two chili cheese Pups and two double cheese Krystal burgers. Total cost was $6.75. The chili cheese pups had stale buns that broke on the first bite, which let the weiner (heh!) fall out of the bottom and made noshing a challenge. And the chili was approximately 50% salt. I exaggerate not, that substance is semi-lethal to those with high blood pressure. Tone it down, Krystal. On the positive side, for a place with exterior restrooms located on the back of the building, the men's room was incredibly clean. They must outsource gastronomical distress to their customers' homes, because I was pleasantly surprised by the hygienic conditions. Too, there are wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispensers by both of the doors. read more

Best fast food place in Milton in my opinion! I've been to quite a few Krystals and honestly the company as a whole sucks. They used to be so yummy and now they serve all day long old Krystal's and if I ask for fresh they take 45 minutes to make them. All of them that I've been to have been sadly disappointing. This use to be the best place to eat. Lately the food and service has gone down somewhat. The place needs to be cleaned up some. The lady working the breakfast counter on the dining room side is loud and rude. She wears glasses. The prices on the menu board are less than what you are charged. They need to change the sign or lower the price to match. Really liked eating here. Im going to stop for a while to see if things change, if it does we will continue to eat here. I like fast food. I also like chain restaurants, although I eat at them only at the request of others or for highly specific reasons (i.e. I'm writing about them.) As a cook I marvel at the ability of organizations to turn out the same food, prepared identically, by hundreds of cooks at dozens of locations. I particularly enjoy trying regional chains that have survived - even thrived - by forsaking the temptations of national markets. On this trip it was Krystal, America's second oldest burger chain brand not too long behind White Castle. The Krystal Kreed is as valid today as in 1932 and we witnessed it in action at the Milton location. To Operate A Spotlessly Clean Establishment To Serve The Best Foods Obtainable, Properly Cooked To Render Quick, Efficient, And Courteous Service To Offer All These At The Lowest Price Possible (The 59 cent special was awesome.) As to what to eat, I suppose that they innovate regularly and that's just fine for someone driving by everyday. For those visiting the southeast, though, just order a bag of the "Famous Krystals," and no, it isn't funny to call them "sliders." read more

Going through the drive through was a horrible experience. I told her my order but kept getting interrupted so the woman could talk to her coworker. I got to the window and my order was wrong and was told she can't change it. Who wants 40 nuggets? I even asked if I can get honey mustard which I didn't even get. That woman was rude and even though I was pissed for being treated that way. I remained calm and just stopped talking. I loves me some Krystal. But seriously though, I remember when I was about 5, my grandpa asked me if I wanted to go to Krystal for lunch, I shouted, "No! I hate Krystal!!" And he asked me, "Have you ever been to Krystal?", and I said no... I never used to like to try new things... But we went and it's been our tradition ever since. Whenever I go visit him we always have to get Krystal no matter what. It's kind of like Harold and Kumar with us when it comes to Krystal. Anyways I like how they bring your food to you after you order. Every time they do it for me time slows down and the burgers levitate a little off the tray while fireworks explode in the background. Then the tray teleports onto my table and I grab the first little burger and swallow it whole. After I swallow the burger I die for exactly 3 seconds until gods hand comes out of the sky and revives me so I can continue eating. After I'm finished I go to my car and fly towards the sky into infinity only to realize that I have to turn around and go back to Krystal because I'm not sure there are any Krystal's in heaven. There better be!!! But in all seriousness I think Krystal is my favorite fast food chain, and the one in Milton seems to stand out for me as the best one I've eaten at. The night crew always gets the buns a little soggy and I absolutely LOVE soggy buns! Might just be me but it seems so juicy and lovable.
