Not impressed. I've had whopper jrs at a couple different locations recently and I have to say I have no idea why it seemed so different here. We ordered Whopper Jrs and asked for them to be dropped fresh, And ordered some fries and onion rings. The Jr whoppers tasted cold, no way were they fresh! The meat tasted like it was not cooked all the way thru. One of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. The onion rings were soggy and not good at all . The French fries were actually good. Not happy with this order at all. I am not sure if the guy at the window was new or has been there for awhile. I think he was pretty new from the way he talked. I should have read reviews first, we were looking for the whopper to taste really good. Disappointing and too late by the time we were able to handle the situation.. Been through the Burger King drive thru in Milton, FL twice in the last few days. I ordered the same thing both times . The $5 Duo (2) Bacon & Cheese Whopper Jr's and both times there was no bacon and no cheese on either one. It was later in the evening around 8:30-9:00 pm each time I stopped.. I double checked my receipts to make sure it wasn't taken down wrong but it clearly stated Bacon & Cheese on both of them. I'm in hopes a mgr sees this and corrects the issue or atleast tries. There's no telling how often this is happening on the night shift. On the plus side though the young man working the drive thru window does a phenomenal job. He is very likable & friendly. I have an autistic son who loves Burger King and can only eat his chicken fresh I order through the mobile order while I'm in the building and please ask for fresh everytime and this last time I got verbally attacked and threatened to be kicked out because I do the same shit they said everytime I order for my 7 year old so. This is the night shift that gives me shit every time and it was also the night manager who gave me attitude first and said it was all me then ignored me when I asked for sauce so I could leave but instead cussed me out and threatened to have me picked up. read more

Well, if you're in the mood for a sad, soggy burger that tastes like regret and a side of lukewarm fries, Burger King is the place for you. The Whopper? More like a Whimper. It looked like it had been through a rough day, and the only thing flame-grilled was my hopes. The fries were so limp, I think they were just waiting for the inevitable soggy fate. They are always fast, friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. The dinning room is always clean.

Employee who took order and checked me out was pleasant and sweet. However how long in advance did they cook our whoppers? Lettuce and tomatoes fresh but burgers are ice cold. I drove straight home less than 4 minutes. I noticed there was no burger smell wafting in my car. Of course not burgers were cooked way before ick not even the least bit warm. Ugh! Then the onion rings I believe are being fried ahead of time then quick dunked to finish them off. They are cold and so hard (not frozen) over cooked. The onion rings inside are stringy very hard to chew they wad up into what reminds me of old time chewing gum. you can only chew it so long then finish it off by throwing it out the window(or into car garbage can). Why did I go here? They remodeled this place not long ago and it was a waste of money. The reviews of this place are all bad but nothing changes. Had 2 patti melts one with ham and the other with sausage. Both were barely toasted and near room temperature. Same with the hashbrowns. Don't eat here and I hope I don't get sick. Trash. This location features an old interior that probably hasn't been touched since '95 and cleaned since 2014. Food: I have to say, this will change if I were to go back and get a burger, but I tried those "chicken fries" and did not see the hype. Is there any chicken in them? They were gross, though visually appealing. Don't call me a liar. I said that the last time was actually the last time that I would foul the fetid air at Burger King. You'd think that I had learned my lesson. You'd think that the myriad people that affirm my frequent screeds against this once-great burger chain could keep me away. You'd think wrong. I have read in the financial news lately that BK has set its cap at a studly angle and is making an earnest attempt to unseat Wendy's as the nation's #2 burger chain. That shouldn't be that difficult of a task, because Wendy's burgers suck, too. But Wendy's burgers suck marginally less than the crap slung by BK. I read about the Big King being a clone of McDoodle's Big Mac, and that the BK version has 4 ounces of (some sort of) meat, versus 3.2 ounces for the Big Mac. I find that claim objectionable, but since I didn't drag my digital kitchen scale into the place, I'd be hard-pressed to mount an effective refutation. Walking into the place about 15 minutes before 8 pm, long after any potential dinner rush, I saw a couple of groups of fidgety folks that were obviously grievously pissed off that they had already paid for food that they had waited a long time for and hadn't yet received. One of the employees did a Chinese fire drill sprint to get a sack of crap out to a drive thru customer and exclaimed that the people had been waiting 7 minutes. That's an eternity, when your truck is idling and you are jonesing for bad food. There was a pail of "Sanitizing Solution" (see picture) featured prominently on a table in the middle of the dining area...which remained there the duration of my stay. It had murky, malodorous gunk in it that looked like it would only be sanitary in a post-nuclear blast scenario. It was nasty. To think that the tables were (maybe?) being swabbed with that dreck was off-putting. The store in general was a wreck. Trash everywhere on the floor. Disorder and chaos rampant. Standing at the counter to order, it looked like half of the food that they had prepared for the last 4 days was on the kitchen floor. There's a new-fangled doohickey called a broom that facilitates getting that refuse contained and another called a dustpan that makes it easy to collect. Perhaps the BK crew could avail themselves of the intarwebs and find Amazon and order a few of these amulets of sorcery. The Big King (henceforth, "B"K, to imply the irony of a damned-near slider-sized sandwich being tagged with a superlative adjective) wasn't bad. Wait. It wasn't good, either. It could have been "not bad," had it been at least warm. It was about as warm as a PB&J sandwich that your mom packs in a brown bag, you tote to school, stow in your locker for 5 hours, then unwrap to eat at lunch. In the winter. The sandwiches (2 for $5, ATM) had assumed room temp long before I appeared on the scene. How that is possible when everybody in the drive-thru and inside are waiting damned near 10 minutes is a feat of magnificent proportion. The bathroom was surprisingly clean, although I didn't hazard touching anything unnecessarily. I took a shower shortly beforehand, so I know that my junk was more hygienic than anything in the place. But hey, clean bathrooms! I'm still surprised that BK is still in business. I may scope out put options for two or three years in the future and bet on a crash for this sphincter of the burger wars. read more

Horrible service!! I normally go through the drive thru on my way into work, today there was a huge long line so decided to just run in so that I wouldn't be late for work. BIG mistake!!!! The girl inside says she'll be right with me and for the next 8 minutes I watched her filling drive through orders while I still stood there waiting to even order my food. I finally asked her if there was someone working the counter or was everyone working the drive thru. She acted very annoyed when I asked her that! She finally took my order and at least I can say the food was quick, sadly the sandwich was so cold the cheese didn't even melt!!! All that wait for cold food is really not acceptable!!! I would rate this at a 0 if I could! My whopper burger pattie was very cold which means it wasn't cooked. The bun wasn't toasted and not fresh. It had onions on it when I requested not to have them. When we pulled up the drive thru girl asked what we wanted and we ordered then she asked us again what we wanted. So we had to reorder again. She sounded irritated when we were ordering. We got to the window and she didn't bother to greet us and handed us our order right away so that should have told me something wasn't right with the order. DO NOT EAT HERE! It's a wonder to me that this place is allowed to stay open. Are there no health inspectors? Does Burger King have no inspectors? I have eaten here twice, and the second time was by mistake. My experience was similar both times although my husband and I both ordered different food each time. 1. The service was unbelievably slow.There were very few customers, but it was as if they had no idea how to make the menu items. We waited 20 minutes or more. 2. The floors, tables, chairs and restrooms were filthy* 3. The food we received was badly cooked. AND how can you ruin instant oatmeal??? It was almost as if the employees were intentionally sabotaging the meals. 4. Given the obvious lack of cleanliness in the public parts of the restaurant, it required a high level of hunger and trust to actually eat what we were given. First off, I'm a big fan of Burger King. Love their burgers and their fries have McDonalds beat by a mile. With that being said, I have had enough of this perticular resturant. The past three times I went through the drive through, they've managed to overcharge me. Each time I order from the menu asking for a "number 3" or other meal, they've priced each item individually from the meal upping to total price to way more than the advertised price on the drive up menu. I understand that high school students aren't expected to have basic math skills by the time they apply to work at a fast food resturant but come on. Your computer is plug and play, just push the button for the meal that I requested and read the number that it spits out. I haven't made any changes to the meal, I haven't requested any additions or extras, just the meal itself. While the above may be forgivable, the real reason I will never return to this resturant is the way I'm treated when I ask about my total, inquiring why it's $4-5 over what I was expecting. Answers of' "that's just what it is," or "don't you know what you ordered," (yes, I'm talking about you you tight shirted, flamboyant prick) said with a flippant tone and glazed over expression just piss me off. I don't presume that I'm going to be greated by the best and the brightest when I drive up to the window at a fast food resturant but this one really sets the bar pretty low. me and my buddies were all trying to find a place to eat on a Friday night at 10p.m. everything was closed but burger king. when we rolled up we were reading reviews, laughing and joking about how bad people thought this place was, but little did we know the nightmare and malicious intent this burger king had towards humanity. when we pulled up to order a ominous and unkept menu had no lights and looked like it was installed when the civil war was in the newspapers. the whole place looked like a war ground that the north was invading. we decided to order a whopper and a chicken sandwich, with a coke and sweet tea. during our order, a compulsive smell wandered under our nostril and almost knocked us out. we followed the mythical green vapors into the abyss to find out that a family of possums were rotting away and immediately lost our appetite. being shook from this nightmare we were not budging yet. when we get up to the window to pay we discover that there is only one person working. we patiently wait for her to cook our food and serve it to us. when we get our drink we had a hard time deciphering which one was coke and which one was sweet tea. already frightened we decided to bite into our food. the first seconds were not bad, but the inevitable nightmare was soon to kick in. first off the chicken sandwich was 50% water and 50% some mystery meat. the whopper i ordered had enough grease to fill up the engine block of a car. due to this experience we will not be attended this burger king anymore. After eating here my wife became violently ill - she ordered a whooper that was likely very old. I'll boycott Burger King until the end of time after this experience--she had to have cold water poured over her head, was vomiting, had to use the bathroom multiple times, and had a low-grade fever.
