I went to the Wendy's in Milton FL last week and ordered a Big Bacon Classic in the drive-thru, got home and there's no bacon on it.. No big deal, honest mistake I said. I went back today and ordered a Baconator in the drive-thru, got home and once again no bacon! As someone mentioned earlier the level of incompetence is too much to deal with at this establishment. There's a McDonalds just a few blocks West of them, and I'd go there instead. You have a better shot of actually getting what you ordered! read more

While waiting on my order. The drive thru "Cashier" comes over and fixes a 10 piece nugget with his bare hands. Instead of making sure the employee uses utensils, manger says "I'll make sure he wears gloves." If he does, I'm sure he'll probably be wearing them collecting money and fixing food. Yikes! So I ordered over the app, that was my first mistake. The app will take any order you want, regardless of whether or not they have the item.. That was my second mistake, to try and order a *NEW* item -- which have been sold out of since yesterday. But don't worry, they can offer a sandwich readily available from their normal menu at a lesser value! It's been a year and a half since that initial review. My friend and I popped in here today after a day at the beach, opting to carry our grub to her house to eat. It was probably 20 minutes between getting the grub and actually grubbing. With any other fast food, that would be a deal-breaker. With Wendy's, it improves their burgers. The bun was as warm as the rest of the burger, which meant that the lettuce was wilted, flaccid, and contributed nothing to the gastronomic experience. But the burger was pretty...okay. Better than the last time that I went to a Wendy's. Too, a double cheeseburger (1/2 pound, before "cooking," whatever method they use to turn hamburger meat gray and icky) is only $4.59. That's a bargain, these days. The chili cheese fries sucked. Beans in chili are great when you are eating a bowl of chili. Beans in chili on chili cheese fries are an apostasy from the Chili Church (which I attend irregularly, but support nonetheless). Goopy liquid cheese with a strange tangy twang topped it off, with a light dusting of shredded "real" cheese (look at the pic and you can see it). Undercooked fries, not enough of them, not enough of the chili or cheese, and $2.59. I felt like I had been robbed. Do not purchase this item. The baked taters, which I last recommended--in an off-hand fashion--are now priced like they are actually real food...over $3. lulz, Wendy's! You still suck, but your burgers cold are better than your burgers hot. It'll be another 18 months or longer before I step through the doors of one of your ludicrous palaces of fast food fail. read more

I have never been to this WENDY'S before, after seeing the employee taking a BATH IN THE SINK ON CHANNEL 3, it still doesn't sit well w me, but I had just been to the vet, and wanted to get my dogs a treat, CHICKEN NUGGETS. I pulled into drive thru, no one is waiting behind me, it is 2:15 ish, so I order chicken nuggets, then I see something different on menu and ask to change order, I GET THE ,"BIG PUT OUT GRUNT" so I asked if this was a issue, hear nothing in reply, so I guess she didn't know how to push the cancel button, then I hear,GO AHEAD, so I DID GO AHEAD, AND LEFT. Here is my issue, I changed my mind and was going to order more, and again no one was in line to order behind me, so what was the issue, and why does there ALWAYS HAVE TO BE SUCH BAD ATTITUDES ANYMORE MOST ANY WHERE YOU GO, IT IS THE JOB THEY APPLIED FOR , no one put a gun to anyone's head a made you work for the place YOU APPIED TOO. I have wanted a Taco Salad for weeks. Came in at 1:30 to drive thru. I started at the entry door, needing to drive all around for the pick up window. After 15 minutes moving 3 car length spots, I debated on just going in. I decided I'd just hang in line. 50, yes 50 minutes I finally got to the window, paid, waited 3 more minutes to get food. Maybe short staffed but 2 people at the window. Training? I checked the site, it did say unusually busy. WOW. It will be awhile before I come back and the business they lost with people leaving. This restaurant really did a fantastic job there a new morning crew is amazing and if you haven't tried the vanilla Frappuccino yet holy cow you need to get in there and try it it's not a Frappuccino it's a frosty Chino. The crew is definitely service with a smile now you're fast they're convenient and friendly and their breakfast it's actually really good. I've had some pretty poopy service from them in the past, and remember they have a new crew in the last three months they've been rocking it!! read more

Please hire more people, extremely, extremely long waits, for food!! All the workers are very stressed and very tense, and very upset, when you go there, to place your order! I have been to many other Wendy's, in Pensacola, and the other Wendy's workers, in Pensacola, are fast and friendly! (Near my job, in Pensacola) (But I live in Milton) But, not in Milton, Florida, the workers are tense, and stressed, and they tell you up front, that they are short of workers, and that there is only one cook, for drive thru and for up front orders, inside restaurant!! I love the Wendy's food, but, I feel so sad, that my food takes forever, and that the workers are all so stressed, and its not my fault, I am only a kind, good customer trying to place an order for me and for my family, inside their restaurant, to take home!! This is the worst Wendy's I've been to. Ordered through door dash twice on separate occasions. Both times they sent food that was severely burnt. The burger was charred so badly it was too hard to bite into. They put no condiments or toppings on the burger either. Also, both times they completely left off items we ordered. I don't really understand because it's not like they were big orders. So sad. I tried to call to speak with a manager to let them know what happened and they won't even answer the phone. Went there last night and their sign was messed up to the point where you couldn't read. I can forgive that. I ordered and drove up and the cashier was not wearing a mask (in a hot spot during a global pandemic but whatever) and gave me my drink then closed the door.
