I was greeted pretty much as soon as I walked in. She offered to take my order but........Seems like her mind was somewhere else, she had to ask me a couple of times what I had already told her. Ughhhh, what I got today wasn't it! I got the grits with egg and bacon, apparently, I ordered another side of grits. Also got hashbrowns, and a Krystal cheeseburger. Never the less...If you must get the grits, make sure your prepared to season it how you prefer...I'm not going to debate with ya'll I like Salt and Pepper and butter. Take it home add your butter and your preference. But it still wasn't it. Now the bacon was nice and crispy and it was a lot! I will never order this again. That burger looked a little scary, but over all the bun was soft, and it wasn't bad. I love the tater tots, you can't really mess those up. I think I will stick with the waffle breakfast sandwich. Maybe next time I will try the Chicken waffle sandwich. read more

I stopped in at 8:30 am. I like burgers for breakfast sometimes and Krystal always hits the spot. This one has been there for a long time, so I didn't bother to check yelp. The lady at the counter was very friendly. They were slow so she was working the counter and the drive thru. I ordered 4 Krystals with cheese, add ketchup. My drink was a diet coke, it is not self serve so she made it. She came back with it immediately but it was Coke. Getting drinks with no sugar right is super important for some peoples health. She got the diet right away. While I waited, not long especially since I was ordering lunch during breakfast hours, I found a table. None of the tables were really clean. They weren't filthy, just needed to be wiped off. The lobby kind of got overlooked. When I got my food everything was fresh. They did not add ketchup. It was a simple ask and I heard her tell the person making the food. 2 requests, 2 mistakes by 2 people. This is clearly not a detail oriented team. When I left I got a drink refill. It was right this time. The lady was still very friendly so I asked her name for the review. She hesitated then said" Shaniqua- by way of Jamell". I am not sure what that meant but I was pretty sure she was trying to make a statement of some sort. I just wanted to give the lady some credit for her work. read more

Wiw. What a terrible Krystal. I'm a big Krystal fan, but this one... First, the place is playing foul language rap music. Nobody up front to help. You can hear all the people yelling and cussing in the back and up front when they were leacing. I assume one was the manager leacing at 2pm. Second, this place is dirty. I didn't pay attention when I first walked in, or I wouldn't have ordered food. Additionally, the burgers were old. I asked to add mayo and I got so much it was running off the bun. For $20+ for 4 little burgers and 2 chicks medium meals. No longer a cheap place to eat and then food not good and the place is nasty. The people have pants habging off their butts and not friendly. They all definitely just wanted to be somewhere else. Stay clear of this one. read more

The breakfast that your grandmother cooked you can get, tots are golden brown fresh, none are ever left, the grits are creamy, bacon is crispy. She acknowledged me as soon as I pulled to the speaker & was so pleasant! By the time I left the window, she was definitely a breath of fresh air. The drive through has a busted barely functioning speaker and the lady in the drive through was a little rude; and the food was dreadful.The bread felt like it had been left out for days I would've preferred cardboard, the cheese was cold and the burger was baptized in mustard. If you have all the time in the world this is the place to go. If not I wouldn't even bother coming here. Service is so slow. Waiting waiting on fries and it took forever in a day to get them. So the area that I live in does not have many food choices, and my mom being hungry said, "let's get some Krystal's." I am not one to say no to mini square burgers so of course I was willing to drive to get food. We had a pretty decent sized order, and I suspected they would get it right since it was three of the same meals. I was wrong. At the window, she gave me my last bag and told me to have a blessed day. I left, and headed back home. I got back home, and while taking everything out of the bags we realized they forgot a drink and a meal. With that, my mom and I drove the five minutes back to Krystal's. Instead of going back through the drive thru I decided to walk inside. Right when I walked inside, the woman at the window noticed me and said I drove off without all of my food. I found that odd since she was the one who told me that was it when I was at the window earlier. She gave me the bag (which had cold fries and cheeseburgers in it), and the manager on duty took the bag and said she would give me fresh ones. They also gave me the drink I asked for, and apologized for the inconvenience. I am just glad they fixed my order, and gave me the right food! If I could give a rating of 0 I would. We waiting too long in the drive thru so, I decided to go in. To my surprised they were over staffed. The restaurant was hot! Everyone was walking around behind the counter playing, laughing and eating food. I would have never order but we were starving from a day of shopping and needed something. If they not working I'm not going to this Krystal's. The level of experience and professionalism no matter where they are they have displayed nothing but greatness change my mind about this Krystal's due to past experiences. Every single time I come here after 9, they say they're closed. The food is alright when they're open, but I mean it's just annoying.

Horrible, horrible experience. I can't believe I still ate there considering, but I was hungry and it was late. We waited for someone to come from the back to take our order, when she finally came she didn't greet me, but instead instructed me to "go ahead with my order". She seemed really young, so I gave her a pass. The food took a while for to come, but when it did it was hot so I give them that. The store was dirty from the parking lot to when we entered. Again, I still can't believe I ate there, but my husband prayed over the food really well for us not to get sick. I would advise you to steer clear from here. read more

PLEASE review your film from last night!! The time I would look at would be between 6:40PM and 8:30PM. We waited in the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes before someone took our order. We drove up to the window twice before someone came to the window and took our order. I have no idea where all the employees were the whole time. It was a ghost town. This is not good for business, and on this side of town we need to keep our business's or it will really turn into a ghost town. Please address this with management and employees. read more

WORST KRYSTALS ON THE PLANET. I work down the road from this place and used to come here a lot for lunch, they CONSTANTLY give me old, overly dry or soggy food. Absolutely disgusting waste of money read more
