Surprisingly one food item had something I specifically said I didn't want when I ordered ahead using the app. Another item I noticed it can improve is the chicken sandwich, it could be bigger. Who can go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Located in Argyle, we stopped by for an 8 piece chick fil-a nuggets and chicken deluxe meal with the new peach shake. The double lane drive thru was full. The employees were walking both lines. One set was just taking orders. There was a second set of crews handing out Peach Shake samples. A 3rd set of crews passing out mints and wet wipes for your hands. Having all these interactions made you miss how long of a wait it was. Once we picked up our food, we were on our way. The nuggets were juicy and tender. The honey mustard sauce paired well with them. I was driving and licking my fingers at the same time. Hubby was enjoying his Deluxe chicken sandwich. The waffle fries were hot. The Peach Shake is creamy with chunks of peaches. The price was $22 bucks. read more

Exceptional as always only small issue the buns they use for the grilled chicken can't hold up to any sauce they start to fall apart but it tasted good just messy. Love the fresh flowers a the store is always clean an smells good. The hostesses are always freindly. read more

I was excited to see my closest Chick-fil-A in Oakleaf reopen after what felt like a long renovation. Pulling into the drive-thru, I noticed they had installed two new ordering speakers, which I assumed would speed things up. However, I could hear the car next to me placing a lengthy order, so it didn't seem like both speakers were being utilized effectively. Thankfully, I had preordered via the app, so when my turn came, I just gave my name--Bigfoot--and was through quickly. I do miss the two employees with tablets outside; they always seemed to make things move faster. One of the most impressive changes was the pickup window, or rather, the new sliding door setup. The renovation allows employees to walk out easily with the food instead of passing it through a window. I'm sure there's some logistical reasoning behind it, and it seems to work well. Now, onto the food. I got my usual: a spicy chicken biscuit with egg and pepper jack cheese, paired with a lemonade. I'm still thrilled they brought back the spicy chicken biscuit--it was a sad day when it disappeared from the menu for a while. The hash browns were crispy and delicious, and the lemonade was as fresh as it gets--much better than what some other places claim as "fresh squeezed." The only letdown was the chicken in my biscuit. The filet was disappointingly thin, almost the same thickness as the breading. That's a bit hit-or-miss with Chick-fil-A sometimes, but it won't stop me from returning, especially since Mrs. Foot loves the chicken minis. read more

As I sit in the drive through line waiting over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich I am amazed that it takes this long to get the chains famous sandwich. My son and I stopped tonight on our way home after a late ball game to grab dinner. As usual the line was wrapped around the building but they usually move fast so we chanced it. We should have skipped it, from the start it was clear that the staff could not handle the line or volume. Here are the things that I noticed while I waited: 1. Staff standing around or congregating in groups, esp. in drive through area 2. One staff member checking his phone while wearing plastic gloves 3. A clear lack of direction from management - apparently my sandwich was requested to be made several times but the kitchen kept forgetting 4. Staff could not handle special orders (I did not have any but the car in front of me did and it threw them for a loop) After a while (over 20 minutes) a manager came out and apologized for the delay and explained they were still waiting on my sandwich. I asked if I could swap it out and I got nuggets instead. When we got the food home, the sandwiches, nuggets and the mac and cheese were fine but the fries were soggy. While the chain is famous for two things - chicken sandwiches and fast drive throughs both let me down tonight. read more

Normally this CFA is on point with fast, friendly service where every worker is super polite and the food is hot and ready. I can't say enough good things about this location. Today they let me down. I ordered $30 of food. One of my spicy chicken biscuits was a biscuit and spicy breading with barely any chicken at all. How did this make it out to the customer? They also gave me the incorrect jelly (my daughter is picky). I still recommend this location. Yes, I understand it's a busy location. Mistakes happen. Yes, I will continue to go there. Thieves!!! calling themselves a Christian organization. That is what I call it when you pay for something that you don't get and they refuse to give you a refund. Well, to be fair, if I had driven an hour out of my way the night before I was leaving the country for several months, they would have given me a refund but since that was not going to happen, they now have my money and will NOT GIVE IT BACK! They sent me "coupons" for food that I do not want. The Asst DM told me to leave the store. I am NOT returning. This place is nothing but a bunch of thieves that take your money and are not willing to give you refunds even if they are the ones in the wrong! They only care about themselves and their money! I went to this location yesterday through the Drive-Thru. The employees customer service skills were okay. But when I got the food, that's when I was a bit disappointed. My fries weren't fresh, they were a bit stale and it was the same for my original Chick-Fil-A sandwich. The chicken and bread were also not fresh. I have been a fan & patron of this Chikfila since they opened their doors! Part of the reason is that my oldest daughter was one of their first employees. It was also my middle son's first job too. They treat their young employees well and work around their school & activity schedules. They treat their customers as family and have created an inviting atmosphere. I've come to love their mobile ordering app! It's a fast & convenient way to skip the lines when you're in hurry. On a recent visit, the staff had posted signs honoring their graduating seniors - it was a touching token of appreciation to them during a time that should have been much different. read more

i used to love this chic fil a but a little bit before and after there remodeling it had really gone down not just in the food quality but the service. i had made a online order this morning and was there and made a mobile order checked in before it ended but the employees where too busy talking and not doing there job so by the time i got up there i was told breakfast had ended and my order would be cancelled. This is the first time I was at this location. I eat a salad and freckly it was flat gross. The restaurant was dirty well every table was dirty. Kids screaming everywhere. This is not my cup of tea but if you do not like salad and mind mind kids screaming this is definitely the place for you. Everyone in my party but me was happy with the food they ordered but me. My wife said that the southwest salad was very spicy . I thought it was just right for me I had the market salad and some of the fruit was over ripe. And the other was too green. Poor customer service. The two young ladies working the drive through were not friendly. Without greeting me the young lady working outside waved her hand and said pull up your food is not ready. She turned back to the young lady on the inside and they continued their conversation. After waiting 15minutes I decided to walk in. This is my first ever review for anywhere and the reason being is because I had an amazing experience with an awesome worker. Jacory (I hope I didn't butcher the spelling) was amazing. I was sitting in the drive through waiting to tell someone I had a mobile order and after noticing multiple cars passing in Jacory's line (because he was very attentive to them. i.e. walking to them and taking their orders and waving cars around to take their orders as well) I began to be a little upset (I guess I did have a somewhat noticeable look on my face) because I sat behind the same four vehicles waiting for the girl to take orders for my line, she was not doing the same as he was. He noticed me and came over to my car to check on me and see if he could help me and if everything was fine. He took care of my mobile order and brightened my very draining morning. I really appreciate workers who take their jobs seriously and who also cares for their customers. We need more workers like Jacory. The food was very good but he is the ONLY reason why I am giving a 5 star review. I hope this review gets to his boss or someone hire up so he can get the recognition that he deserves. :) read more

I had recently placed a doordash order for chicken minis. Normally I wouldn't spend the extra money to have a 3rd party delivery system deliver my food, but I didn't have the extra time to go and pick it up. Not even a minute after placing my order, I called to modify my order. The employee who answered it was rude and couldn't provide any assistance towards my requests for a single $25 item...It was pretty disappointing due to the fact Chick-fil-A always has outstanding customer service, but definitely not in this case. I wouldn't recommend doordashing food from this location if you have plans to modify items, as they don't provide special instructions for food on the app. read more

I love this Chik fil A because the employees treat you like the Publix employees do, except in a fast food setting! They are very friendly, fast, and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. The interior of the restaurant is also clean and well-kept, so I feel comfortable eating in here. They host events for the community like senior bingo. The bathroom smells better than my bathroom and has homey decorations inside too! I ordered 4 chick fil a minis by themselves with a side of hash browns because I didn't feel like ordering a drink, and it was cheaper this way too. The hash browns were a bit oily/greasy, so I squeezed them with some paper napkins before putting ketchup on them. The minis were very filling. I liked the butter on top of the soft bread. It tasted like the sweet rolls at Golden Corral, except lighter and in a smaller version. The chicken had a scrumptious, juicy breast taste that juxtaposed the bread well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because after eating this food, I felt sluggish and got some reflux (possibly from it being too oily?). Maybe that's what I get for eating fast food, but this doesn't typically happen when I go somewhere like Wendy's. If you come here, you should be prepared to wait in line in your car. If you don't want to do that, you can just park in their lot and go up to the cashiers in person. I came around 9:30-10 am, and the car line was constantly backed up, so I just ate inside to save some time and gas. They said to keep the food that I got and gave me my correct sandwiches. Now I have chicken sandwiches for the next two meals. So the food is standard Chick-fil-A, but this drive through consistently gets our orders wrong.

I have only ever had bad experiences here, for several years. Customer service is very rude and refuses to even do their their job. Food has clearly been sitting out for a long time and is sloppy most of the time. In the morning, the breakfast is soggy and cold and in the afternoon, the experience is not much different. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A this bad anywhere in the United States and I don't see it getting much better with how bad the management is at this location. read more
