No joke here... it has been probably 30 years since I stepped foot in a Krystal. Living in other parts of the country, they didn't exist, and when I am in the area, I am with family so there is no need to stop... until today. I am out running a few errands and decide to stop in. It's shortly after 1pm and there is no one else in the dining room. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the store opening. I place my order and wait. The refreshment station is sticky, splattered and populated with flies. My order is called and I am seated. Yes, I am familiar with the steamed buns the hamburger product. The bun tops on each of my three hamburgers are sopping wet and the insides are swimming in mustard. I muscle through and eat them even though the experience is not all that pleasant. As I am ready to leave, I go to dump my trash. The trash receptacles are full and one side is slightly overflowing! I cannot imagine the desire to come back. This experience was just was so regrettable. read more

Krystal - Burgers Near Me - Gallatin, Tennessee

See all

I waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru then whenever I finally got my food it was cold and theperson in the window was rude

The little guy bombs are good as they were when I was little. You'll be waiting a long time for food sometimes. They're under staffed so they can't help it. 4 out of five would recommend if you want a fun snack. read more

I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the smell. I look down and saw a bag full of trash. The worker at front was beating on the checkout screen. They were listening to very disrespectful music talking about sex and other foul things. A guy was sitting behind me and watching inappropriate things as his volume on his phone was turned up. I noticed a girl working without gloves as well. read more

Basic, steamed burger. Nothing fancy about this place, what you see is what you get, perfect for late night cravings. Had to wait a few minutes for them to take my order even when they were not busy. read more

Walked in to order some krystals to go, waited... And waited. Several employees looked at me and you would think they would say it would be a minute, but no, looked and turned their heads. So after several more minutes, it was quite apparent they really didn't want or need my business. So I left and went across the street to Wendy's. They acknowledge me immediately. Maybe these folks need to go across the street and be taught customer service. read more

They are so slow they need to step it up I have been waiting for 45 minutes on and order get it in gear yall are as fowl play hot chicken read more

I'm a normal customer and my experience was the worst today they let their workers vape which I think that's disrespectful to people that eats inside that building my food was very cold and the person that took my order was very rude and disrespectful read more

5 star service from hell. The poor guy manning the window couldn't have been there unless by force. I'm certain by looking at him trying to do a service to me,his customer. That he was possibly realizing this franchise was in big trouble. It's not functional starting with the owners expecting customers to eat food prepared by employees who care so little about cleanliness, housekeeping and serving well prepared foods to families who are trusting that order is cooked and healthy. But it again falls back on ownership. If the owners are not taking an active roll in seeing that procedure and policy are followed, chances are somebody's going to suffer. The employees will only pass to mgmt. But it will inevitably be bad for the customer. All because mgmt sold the customer short. Be safe. Learn to cook. read more

The workers who bag your food don't wear gloves. I seen one lady scratch her face then handle other people's food. She had her bare hands directly on top of someone's french fries. There's a sanitation problem here and it needs to be addressed. read more

What do you expect, it's Krystal folks. Staff is normally unfriendly , restaurant is dirty with old nasty carpet in the dining area but something about that little Krystal always brings you back. read more

I'm writing this as I'm waiting on my food (5/10/24). I can understand busy, but this is not that. I waited at the speaker for 20+minutes and then proceeded to wait 10+ and the window. Everyone kept leaving the line because it was taking so slow and I would have as well but I had already paid and placed my order online. No explanation whatsoever. And honestly if they had a good excuse I wouldn't even be mad but I can see some of the workers on their phone and taking 2 minutes to put food in a dang bag. Some serious training needs done in the nicest way possible. EDIT: left out food too. Literally want to cry. read more

Can't rate much. Drive through worker inside said they were closed early. Had to eat at Waffle House instead. That place I'd recommend. This Krystal's... not so much. read more

Terrible service. The food looks thrown together like they were doing me a favor. The bacon is completely fried to a black crisp . My order was not even correct . Corporate pay your employees more so they will start acting like they want to be there read more

Got incredibly sick, food poisoning I'm sure from 2 sunrise sandwiches yesterday morning. I know this because I had nothing else to eat that afternoon before I started feeling I'll. 4 bucks and a full night of throwing up. I gave them one star because the workers there are very nice. I did call the supervisor their today, hadn't heard from anyone else....hmmmm I'll never be back. read more

Most disgusting "fast" food experience I ever had! Waited in drive thru for a long time. Once I finally got to the window they asked me to pull up, as it would take 3 minutes to cook. I did so and after 20 minutes decided to go inside and see what was the hold up. 4 employees inside, one literally laying on the counter, one in the grill area looking at his phone did not even look up, two chatting and laughing, nobody attending to orders. The kitchen was beyond gross with trash and food all over the floor, looked like it had never been cleaned. When I asked about my food, they asked what I ordered again and scraped off onions from old patties and began to put cheese on them and put them in a box with bare hands. Nobody wearing gloves, masks, or hair nets in the middle of a pandemic?? Received one star because girl gave me my money back without having to call the law or the health department. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Since the Krystal on my side of town has closed down, I was wanting some and I was in the area visiting my Aunt. I got the 24 pack so I could share with my Aunt and bring some home for later. Well....where is the mustard and pickles? The pickles were maybe the size of a dime, if even that, and of course, only one on each burger. And if there was mustard on them, I could not see any. I had to add my own condiments!!!! To the manager there, buy a jar of pickles and mustard. Such a disappointment....will NOT be going back! read more

Really funny manager on duty. Staff really enjoys their job. You have to try the Freeze. I mixed sour apple and pomegranate...yummy read more

Wow. Worst food and service ever. I know its a dive burger joint for drunks but jeez. Have a little pride in your work. Caution tape around some of the building. Trash and beer bottles everywhere. Parking lot full of holes. Rude service when they forgot my food and i had to go back. Couldnt get chili pups because no buns so i asked to put on burger buns and they said no. Wtf? Too hard? read more

They don't use gloves. They are a complete mess. Yelling orders no one moving or having any type of sense of urgency. They don't care they give horrible attitude like you are an issue for just walking through the door. I wouldn't eat here. It's sad I work in the restaurant business and I could have probably moved faster than they were even if I didn't know what I was doing. Pure laziness. Everyone on shift should be terminated. read more

The manager here bent over backwards to make sure everything was fresh for us we are from another state that has no Krystal there . Next time I'm back here will definitely go back thanks for the awesome service and food. read more

I cannot even give this place one star! Worst experience ever in a fast food place. The smell once inside is so bad, sour and rotten. So dirty inside... I will never go back! One star because I have to read more

Tasty little burgers you can eat by the sackful! What's not to love?

Horrible restaurant. I don't think anyone had cleaned the place in months. Never seen a place so dirty. We will never be back.

Service here is frequently extremely slow! Food quality is 50/50. Toss a coin and hope for the best if you're in Gallatin and the Krystal craving hits. Good luck! read more

Visited the drive-thru of our Gallatin Krystal yesterday. It was our first time there. Ordered the 12 Krystal Combo Pack (6 Reg and 6 Cheese; 2 fries & 2 drinks) and drove home. When I took the first burger out of the bag I noticed that the bun edges felt stale. After the first COLD bite, I realized the burger was not steamed...none of them were! Isn't the "steam" what a Krystal is all about?? Very disappointed! Likely will not try this location again! read more

Worst Krystal's that i have had the misfortune to choose. Waited thirty minutes to get a sack of 12

Been there 4 times and have never received a correct order. I always go through the drive thru so I cannot speak to the dine-in experience. I have not been displeased by Krystals as a whole but this particular location lacks "for par" service. read more

I don't recommend going there at night. The SERVICE is very SLOW . The food is alright but I can not get over how slow they are.
