Without remorse of any kind she continued to make mistakes with a "who cares" attitude. When I pointed out that her mistakes were costing me extra money because of the way she rang up the food she just stared at me until I requested to speak with the manager. The manager refunded me the money and then I waited half an hour for my food. I waited patiently, only once asking if I could have my drinks and happy meal which had been sitting getting warm/cold on the bench for over 15 minutes so I could take them to my waiting family in the car. The girl looked at me with a look of sheer hatred just for calmly asking for them. When I returned to wait for the rest of my meal and stood waiting an additional ten minutes the same inept server slammed a scrunched up bag on the counter in front of me and sneered a "have a great night" out at me. I then asked for my large Coke Zero which she had yet to give me, as she had only given me the coffee and small Fanta with the happy meal. She again just stared at me like she was just wishing I'd go away and staring at me would make that happen. So I proceeded to explain what I'd received and that the drink was missing, calmly asking her to please get it for me as I'd paid for it. She screamed "Don't be rude to me" and proceeded to storm out the back. At this point I DID get angry, having waited over half an hour at this point for a cold, miserable meal I'd paid good money for and then been accused of rudeness for simply asking for what I'd paid for. The manager came out and glared at me saying "She's a child". I'm sorry, but as a "child" I myself worked at McDonalds, and was expected to give fast and courteous service to my customers with a smile and crisply folded bag with meal inside, not something that looks like a hobo has had it for a week. I would have been fired on the spot for acting the way this girl did. I replied that if she wants to be paid to work then there are certain expectations of her behaviour and being rude to customers is not a great way to act in customer service. When I finally received my order, the nuggets I had ordered were missing. I walked in AGAIN to ask for what I'd paid for only to find the staff all gossiping about me. To have to pay money to stand and wait over half an hour for "fast" food, be dismissed and treated poorly and with disrespect for simply asking to receive what I paid for, overcharged, served cold food on top of all that is absolutely ridiculous. It's no wonder McDonald's, once a thriving empire has dramatically lost market share and popularity. This treatment along with ever increasing prices for ever shrinking and tasteless food will spell out their demise. Please note that the single star was only given because "no stars" is not an option.

I was so hungry and looking for a bite to eat before a busy day. Unfortunately it was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. When I got home with my order, I realized my sandwich wasn't plain. It was covered in mayonnaise and lettuce. Both sides of the sandwich were coated and literally soggy in the toppings. I tried to wipe some off; however, I believe even if they got the order correct, it still would have been terrible. The chicken had a gross, plastic taste. I understand it's fast food, but even McDonalds has better chicken sandwiches. This was truly a let down. Next time, I'll order something safe like chicken fries. I do not recommend for service, consistency, or taste.
