Service was exceptional. Location was near by, no hassle towing company. The workers here knew what they were doing and were able to bring my vehicle out in minutes. Will use when ever necessary. read more

Well, I was completely impressed with Kruger Tow and the way they handle my situation. The lady in the office named Brenda was completely professional and understanding when it came to helping me after my accident.4 stars I give them :) read more

Beware! Beware! Beware! This place is completely unprofessional; they are thieves, the employees namely Sherry or Terry, is very nasty and rude. You are employed, do your job and do it professionally. My Husband's iPhone and accessories were stolen out the vehicle. When we arrived to pickup a few items namely the phone and paperwork out the vehicle, prior to being allowed to remove the vehicle, we were given all the paperwork we asked for INCLUDING the receipt for the phone which was in the box with the phone and accessories but somehow, mysteriously, there was no phone retrieved. Each time my Husband and I called about it we were given a ridiculous story about waiting for the bookkeeper to come in to check to see if it was noted. 1- Why would something in the glove box be noted in your books? 2nd- if that is the case, why would a "bookkeeper" of a "company" remove the books each day they leave the business?? Makes no sense and we are not dumb. They believe people have no common sense and will not pursue this. We are not done! You never know who knows who and we have evidence it was removed! We are currently in contact with proper channels to pursue this on a higher level. I don't care if it was only a piece of paper removed or something as expensive as a phone, it is not yours to steal! They will answer. I hope everyone reviews yelp before contacting/using a business and will steer clear of this unprofessional place. I will not give them the courtesy of calling it a business. Furthermore- it is very nasty in appearance. Broken glass from what appeared to be the front window and trash left inside. Had to press the button several times for someone to come to the front window. Was greeted with attitude. When asked to sign the release paper, I of course asked for a copy (it was the 3 part white, pink & yellow carbonless paper) I was told it would be mailed to me IF I haven't received it already. How would I have receive it already and I am signing it as you are speaking Sherry/Terry? She could have tore off my copy right then and there. She was being nasty per her MO I suppose. Luckily, my instincts told me to take a picture before handing it over, good thing I did because the copy I was mailed was literally a photocopy (black and white) of the original and there are things whited out and written over which it was not on the original and you can you clearly see in the photo I took on my phone what was whited out and written over. We couldn't believe it! I will say, they encountered the right ones this time and they are really in for it!! Beware of these unprofessional, insolent crooks! In order to leave a review I have to click one star, otherwise no stars would be given. Again- refrain from using this nasty place. read more

My motorcycle was stolen, then found by the police and towed here. I got dropped off to drive it home, only to realize that the ignition had been ripped out and the battery stolen. Obviously I couldn't drive it home. The clerk at the front desk, Michelle, was very understanding and let me keep it there an extra day. The man who brought our bike out was very friendly and empathetic to our situation. Getting your bike stolen and towed is so shitty, but at least my experience with Kruger towing was a positive one. read more

I actually had my car stolen and was stripped. Luckily my insurance covers this type of thing. Cops called me told me they found it and it was here. This had never happened to me. I actually dealt with Brenda. She explained the processes on what I had to do so my insurance can pick up my car. She got me pics of my car and what ever was left in my car. My insurance was able to pick up without a problem. read more

FOR ANYBODY WHO HAS HAD THEIR ITEMS STOLEN AND PROPERTY DAMAGED BY KRUGER TOW PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS (https://www.dca.ca.gov) AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU......My mother was in a car accident 10/19/19 and her car was towed to Kruger tow. When we called they stated that they were only open 8am-10am on Saturday and Sunday. My mother and I went to Kruger tow 10/20/19 expecting to go through the car. When we arrived they told us that they would clear the vehicle and provide us with he belongings . We were surprised about this policy as we provided proof of our car and were expecting to be the ones to go through the car to ensure that we got all of our belongings. The customer service representative at the front stated "we do this everyday" and attempts to reassure us that they look through the whole car including under the seats and the glove box. When the worker who went through our car can with a shopping cart and met us at the front gate my mother noticed a bag was missing to which the worker stated the bag was left in the front seat and he would go back to get it. This is was a red flag. The worker also stated that he was unable to get Some things in the back trunk because he was not able to reach it and stated "we don't go above and beyond to get things out of the car we just get what we can". My mother and I were unable to take any action and had to accept what was. I called to speak to their customer service representative who was rude and basically said oh well. My mother and I went through the things and she has stated that there are items missing. Kruger tow steals and damages cars with no consequences. If you look at their history and the yelp review you can see that this company which is supposed to work with the police department is running a scam and they need to be stopped. This pattern of history has showed they are taking advantage of people while hiding behind their business deal with the police department. I hope nobody ever has to deal with these crooks. If you have had to deal with them please file a formal report. What's done in the dark always comes to light and Kruger tow will not be in business any longer if we all take action and report them. read more

This place is a complete rip off and just wants the money! Gives no shit about the customer. I went In to recover my stolen Tahoe. They would not let retrieve any property. Some lame excuse about insurance. It was to hide the fact my vehicle was a total LOSS. The lied about having 2 chrome rims on there ... and lied about being salvageable. Only the engine and trans were still there. They only wanted their 241$ they in my book are just like the scum that stole my vehicle..no wonder why their front window was broken! Is there a option to give negative stars? read more

First of all. This is the nastiest establishment I've ever been too, (wasp and mosquito infestation inside of the lobby!) second theemployees are very rude and lie about wait times. (Tells me 20 mins, then has me waiting for 90 mins) tell me I'm not allowed to get any thing out of my vehicle while In Impound ? Even tho the car is mine, in my name and I have the keys, ( isn't that illegal?) I checked google.. I get there at 4:50, it closes at 5:00 and he tells me to wait 15 mins, then tries to charge after hours fee?? CRIMINALS!! just be prepared to be really angry when you come here and don't forget your bug spray unless you want to leave with wasp and mosquito bites read more

I'm not a fan of most tow yards because of past experiences with too many shady ones. So when my car was impounded by the Carson sheriffs I was prepared to be overcharged and poorly treated by the tow yard. However, to my surprise Kruger's was the total opposite! Brenda was professional and actually very nice when I called. (And I called a lot).. I picked up my car today and while I'm not happy about having to pay any fees, I must admit Brenda really helped me out and I truly appreciate it! Oh, the guy (forgot his name) that pulled my car out to the street was also nice and even gave me a jump start! read more

Went to get my car that is registered in my sisters name. she has a crazy work schedule and they were still able to work with us and kept their word on the payment we agreed on over the phone. alot of people hate this place but they treated my sister and I right with respect. They are a bunch of thieves I had my car stolen and when it was found by the sheriff's department the cop who found my car gave me a call and told me the car was perfectly intact and the only thing that was missing was my back license plate before it was taken to this crooked place and when I called kruger tow they told me the same story as the cop did and so as I was happily headed to pick up my car 30m later kruger tow gives me a call saying that now my car magically does not have any tires, rims, radio or battery and to top it all off they didn't let me go look at my own car to see the shape it was and see if it was worth taking it out so they pretty much forced me to give over my pink slip to them because they where threatening me to charge me for the tow storage and fees if I didn't hand the pink slip forward and you cant even do anything to them because they are backed up by the Carson sheriffs department if anyone else is planning to take legal action against them I'll be happily on board to join on a lawsuit against these low life crooks, forgot to mention that this place was so terrible that the fat lady with no teeth was super rude to me when I tried explaining my situation she would start laughing and go over to her other co workers to laugh in the middle of our conversation and made me wait in the waiting room for an hour she didn't even tell me to wait or that she will be right back she just walked away when I was the only customer their and I was able to hear them just gossip the whole time not carrying about me or my situation and I was very professional and respectful to her and she still treated me like shit any honest and carrying company would of fired her already every real review (that is not a fake review made by there friends and family) talks about how much of a terrible person she it's not a coincidence she is very unprofessional and disrespectful read more

My vehicle was towed on a Saturday. When I picked up my vehicle less than 24 hours later on Sunday, I noticed that the property and the possessions left in my car were missing. I made the front desk and managerial staff aware of this the day of, as well as every day thereafter during that subsequent week. I have not received acknowledgment nor any type of proposed solution to understand what may have happened or how this may be resolved. I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend against hiring this company for any of your towing needs. The manager whose first name is Joe, and his staff are also extremely unprofessional, lacking any integrity behind the level of customer service that they provide. read more

BRENDA IS AN ASSHOLE I would give no stars for this place or negative 100 if I could, worst place and worst customer service EVER. BRENDA that means you sweetheart...my car was stolen and received a letter in the mail telling me that my car has been recovered, the authorities nor Kruger Tow let me know that my car was there for a week! I call the tow company to confirm if in fact my car is there and the girl, which I know now was Brenda was rude over the phone and hangs up on me. I show up in person and Brenda takes 15mins to show up to the window (mind you, I am the only person there) and is just rolling her eyes and being snarky, I ask if my car is in driving condition and she tells me it's in "pretty good" condition and it's drivable and wants me to pay up. My car gets pushed out by a forklift and there is nothing under the hood! How can I drive off?! I go back inside and politely let them know that they lied and that my car is nothing but a shell and can't be driven off like Brenda said that I could, this is when she gets more rude and says that I'm giving her attitude (ridiculous ) and tries to keep my money and lagged 40 mins to give me a refund, Kruger Tow are crooks and BRENDA needs some CUSTOMER SERVICE training and lessons in EMPATHY. Pretty much that whole company needs to be trained. People go to that place because their cars were stolen or they were in an accident, we don't go there because we want to, people show up nervous and anxious to see what might be left of their vehicles, we don't need assholes like BRENDA shitting on people for just showing up at that miserable place. Get a different job if you don't want to help people Brenda. read more

I give Kruger Tow and A+. They were kind both on the phone and in person. Brenda was very helpful with directions and details about my car. When I arrived the staff was courteous and the process of retrieving my stolen vehicle was quick and efficient. The towing and impound fees were reasonable and I wasn't treated like a criminal rather than a victim. read more

I was involved in a 5-car accident a week ago- my car being the only immobile one as result. Kruger Tow was at the scene in about 15 minutes and was very attentive. This is where they played the hero: I originally was under the impression that my Insurance policy had full-coverage on my 2016 leased vehicle, and therefore had Kruger Tow take my car to their yard where my Insurance would pay the towing fees. Unfortunately, I had them take my car in only to discover that the policy changes I had requested online were never actually processed. Being a full-time student and only working part-time, I had no idea how I would afford to pay the fees to get my car out and to the shop. However, Joe the owner was extremely understanding of my situation and was willing to discount the original price to get my car out for an amount that was affordable for me. I could not be more grateful for this business and its employees! I was very lucky that this specific towing company were the ones at the scene. read more

Worst service ever. There employed know NOTHING about customer service or even proper grammar. They need new window attendants that aren't RUDE and actually do there job, not make you wait twenty minutes while there on theirs cell phone read more

Incredibly rude customer service over the phone. The car got towed at the lot across the Double Tree Hilton, who had no idea that any cars would get towed. There was no sign either that there would be an event for which the car would be towed. They even do not tell you if they have your car if you don't know the licence plate. Then they told us they close in 15 minutes and we would have to go to the sherrif before. Plus we were charged even though there was no sign up. So they said they would charge us an extra $60 to open the gate again. Ridiculous, what a scam! read more

Some definite bullshit to deal with (no access to yard, strict fees/ policies) but, in the end, the one guy in the yard kept it real with me as best he could. It's about the worst experience I've had with a tow yard, but hey, they just follow the bosses rules I suppose. read more

My Rolls Royce was impounded as a consequence of my mechanic's negligence. Once the mechanic put me in contact with Kruger Towing, I was informed that my car was going to be aucitoned off as a lien sale in two days. My bill by this time was $1800. Jim offered me a settlement of $1,000 if I could pick up my car the following day (a day prior to the lien sale day), which I did. My compliments to Jim and Kruger Towing for making this offer to me, the recovery of my car would have been much more difficult without his help. Thank you. read more

I've had the bad luck of having my car impounded a few times and I can only blame myself. But I've put a lot of money into my custom car. Have had really bad experiences at other facilities when I went to Kruger tow to pick up my car i dealt with Joe at the window. He told me it would be a 20 min wait, then I noticed them taking out my car from inside the building. I asked Joe why was my car kept inside ? If I was charged extra for indoor storage. He told me "I noticed a lot of money put into your car, I can appreciate that and stored your car indoors for no extra charge". I inspected my car all my belonging still in it money and watch. The lady/man at the window that I talk to that looks like a dude is rude af. First they make you sign the paper work before they let you check your car. They won't answer any questions or let you check the car, because they want you to pay them first in case they have already damaged your car so they won't be responsible for the damages. Witch they did scratch my car, the front bumper of my car and the sides by the door. When I got the car the man at the gate closed the gate right away so I didn't ask questions. I check the car and saw the scratches that they made to the car, I when back to the window to talk to the rude dude/women but by the time I talk to her she had already made changes to the paper work, I hurd the guy tell her "oh she said is the bumper" and she made a big circle in pen on the bumper area of the drawing on the copies off the paper work. Keep in mind she has an original copy and that circle is not on my copy of the paper work. I have pictures of the car from before and those scratches are not there. Lesson learned always check sheriff's report before you sign any paper work ask to check your car for damages before paying. I also called the the sheriff's and they said this type of cased are civil mater so they won't get involved.
