This is my favorite Kroger location in Warner Robins. It is clean, convenient and although it is busy, provides a good variety of foods, especially health foods. It is open 24 hours a day and this makes it even more convenient, because I'm sure not going grocery shopping at Walmart in the wee hours of the night. There is a Starbucks located inside and the baristas are very pleasant. One downside of this location, similar to the 96 location is the fact that it can be very busy to checkout and they don't seem to open more lines to accommodate this issue. It may be a manning issue, however, when you see other associates walking around without much to do, I would think that an unoccupied cashier could open another line. Anyways, I always am able to find parking, even if I have to walk a bit, but that's what needs to happen to get my groceries at most other chains. The prices can be high with some products but a bargain on others, so you just need to know what you're coming here for and use your coupons if you have them! read more

KROGER PHARMACY, WATSON BLVD TERRIBLE customer experience. Received a text and spoke to someone on the phone that my prescription was ready. Show up to the pharmacy 4 hours later to be told no prescription available for me. After showing the text, the associate (Jeanette) finds the prescription, but gives me the incorrect price. When I try to explain to her the price is wrong. She walks away with an attitude and tells the pharmacist to assist me. I tell the pharmacist I don't understand what the issue is and SHE yells at me telling me to just focus on her. As we're talking, Jeanette looks at me and sticks her tongue out. I tell the pharmacist who again ignores my concern, telling me to just continue the transaction. I will NEVER shop here again. read more

I went to this bakery a few days ago ( just convenient to where I was going instead of Publix that I normally go to )and I was pleasantly surprised how amazing the bakery lady was. She very knowledgeable about all the cakes and recommended these puff pastries that were amazing. Her name is Alicia if you go to the bakery and need ideas or help ask for her. She's the one that seems to always have a smile. P.S Publix got some competition lately read more

KROGER PHARMACY, WATSON BLVD, WARNER ROBINS, GA I would give it a 0 for lack of compassion and incompetence if possible. I know most of us are overworked at this point in this country. My 89 year old mother was discharged from the hospital this afternoon after being in over a week. I got her prescriptions and took them to her Kroger Watson blvd pharmacy to fill. When it was my turn, I asked to check if they had the medications in stock because she had to take them tonight - Heart rhythm and heart rate medications. VERY IMPORTANT, but you work at a pharmacy so I'm sure you know or could find out, right? The blonde woman at the drive thru window comes back and says, we have the medication but I can't guarantee we will get it filled tonight because there are 150 prescriptions in front of you. Well THANK GOD YOU don't work triage at the ER when people require more urgent attention than maybe one of the 150 people in front of her Orescriptions! I said again that she HAS to take these medications tonight. She scowls and says then I'll give them back to you because I can't guarantee she will get them tonight. I regret really I didn't have the presence of mind to go inside and talk to someone over her head that might actually be able to comprehend the situation and maybe bring to light that she obviously shouldn't be in that position. But all I could think was I had to immediately find someplace else to take these prescriptions. U save it, nice girl, but couldn't take her insurance. She suggested other pharmacies to try. So I went to Walgreens, just as busy as krogers was. Stood in line while calling hospital to find out what I could do if I couldn't get it filled. On my turn I again asked her to verify the meds were in stock because she needed them tonight. She typed meds in and yes, somehow miraculously, they will be ready a couple of hours before they close tonight. And it was strange because the nice lady there didn't act like it was a horrible thing to ask them to do. I will get the workers name and register a complaint with them since I believe it is a person problem, not necessarily the whole pharmacy. If it is a standard policy of strictly 1st come 1st served without taking the actual medication and circumstances into account, that is a different story. read more

The employees will bombard the workers at the Starbucks as soon as they open, leaving customers who have been waiting for the store to open standing there for 15 minutes just to take an order. Additionally, they were exceptionally rude and obnoxiously loud to the poor employee who works behind there. He was working behind the counter alone and then by the time they had all ordered, there were 7 orders. Being loud and using explicit language in front of customers is NOT professional in any way. I'd rather shop at ALDI and add the additional trip to the other Starbucks on Watson. Have another employee working at the Starbucks at opening and inform employees of professionalism when the store is open. read more

Kroger's venture into home delivery seems to be ill-advised since their staffing probleme prevent deliveries any where near the promised time. After trying for several weeks without success I cancelled my last order and the Boost membership I give up on delivery. However I consider it false advertising to continue promoting the service when it doesn't work. read more

This is the better of the 3 Kroger stores that I have found in the Warner Robins area. They have been doing a good job of managing the covid chaos during 2020. I really enjoy the rewards card to save on gas, but I usually can't get to the pump at this location because it is in a very busy area. Nothing to be done about that. Kroger is the closest thing that I can get to HEB in Texas, which if you have ever been to Texas, you will know is definitely a compliment. I recommend coming here, but try to avoid peak hours if possible. read more

Terrible store!! Was approached in parking lot while loading groceries in car. The guy was asking for money, which is against the law! I called Warner Robins police dept. This store has gone downhill in the 18 years we have lived here. Panhandlers there every weekend and making a mess of the area. I REFUSE to go back! I will take my business to Publix or Kroger on Hartley Bridge in Macon. That store is clean, cashiers are friendly, and no solicitors!!! read more

Besides good prices terrible hiring service towards people. Waited 3 weeks for an interview to get told I'll have another one in a couple days turns out I ended up waiting two months to get told the guy was on vacation and that he would be back by the end of the week to then turn around to hear I'd get a call Monday or Tuesday turns out I call back again to finally find out I waited 2 months and a week to be told they are on a hiring freeze I cannot stress this enough don't waste your time applying to this Kroger go the the bigger one, sad you say urgently hiring and can't even hire a single person within 2 and a half months. good job kroger read more

Very slow service at the Starbucks. The guy asked me my name three times and how to spell it. My name is Laura... there was one couple in line in front of me and it took about 15 Minutes to get two drinks. We needed a pick me up from driving. Should have gone to a drive thru Dunkin' Donuts across the way. read more

Kroger - a person holding a drink in a plastic cup - Grocery Near Me - Warner Robins, Georgia

Customer service desk very rude look like disgruntled employees I took it as race issues

This is THE largest grocery store I've ever encountered. I've been in some superstores that are larger, but as far as just straight-up grocery stores...this place takes the cake. It's huge. Unless you're in search of some incredibly hard to find items, you can pretty much find any food item you may be looking for within this building. The thing I love about this place is the fact that it's open 24 hours. The only other place in the area that maintains those hours is Walmart, and I would MUCH rather bring my business here. I work odd hours, and my schedule's NEVER the same. Finding time to go grocery shopping is very difficult for me, and I always tend to end up trying to do it in the middle of the night. Kroger's always there for me! I like that during the night hours, they leave the self-checkout lanes open (there are 6 of them), as opposed to a single lane requiring a cashier. If the employees are busy, you can check yourself out and be on your way... no fuss, no hassle. Everything is always well stocked and I've never had a problem finding anything I'm searching for. The store is laid out and labeled pretty well, making it very easy to navigate through the various sections to find what I'm in need of. The store is always very clean and generally clutter-free. The exception to that being in the middle of the night when the stockers are taking care of business... but that is to be expected, they have to stock the shelves sometime, right? If you happen to visit during the daytime, there is a Starbucks conveniently located right in front of one of the two entrances. Great to grab a little pick-me-up beverage to sip on while perusing the aisles. The only reason I'm knocking them down one star is because during the typical weekend shopping hours, this place becomes a madhouse. Lines out the wazoo! That's not really Kroger's fault, they only have so many registers, and when 67 or so people finish shopping and need to checkout, you end up standing in line for a good little bit. I suppose one could say the plus side of that is the fact so many people can shop there at once, and it doesn't really tend to become an issue until checkout time. The store is large enough, and the aisles are spacious enough, that it never really feels overcrowded. read more

I buy probably 80 percent of my groceries here. The kroger brands are normally a good price and quality on most is good. The meats here are better than most other chain stores. Nice to get a senior discount on Wednesdays. read more

While I've never encountered trouble with the staff here, they are consistently out of the same products. I like to make reuben sandwhiches with a turkey pastrami and a seeded dark rye bread. The passed 3 times I've gone, they've been out of dark rye bread and turkey pastrami (except for the overpriced "we'll slice it for you, how much do you need?" which they had once). Almost every other time I've gone they've either been out of dark rye or only had one loaf left. The reason they're getting 3 stars instead of 2? Well, one time when we went there, we accidentally forgot some squash, zucchini and onion at the register bagging area after we had paid for it and we called and asked if we could pick it up the next day and they accommodated us with no fuss. The manager on duty could have simply said "we didn't find it" or whatever, but instead, he went and checked the register, said it was sitting there and he'd be happy to leave a note for the manager the next day saying that they "owed" us 2 yellow squash, a zucchini and an onion. We went and picked out said veggies, showed our receipt and were on our way without any trouble. read more

The people at the customer service desk were awful. I don't have a bank in Georgia and I needed to turn a large sum of cash into an easier to handle debit card or money order. The associates were very rude and made it a very unpleasant experience. I felt like I was a nuisance to them. They say how their Kroger plus card is so valuable, I was never even asked for my Kroger card at checkout. I wouldn't recommend this Kroger based on customer service. It has wonderful experiences with other Kroger's in the area. read more

This is appalling. If I could rate lower than one star I would. 16 expired containers of goat milk yogurt. 16!!! How the hell does that happen!?? The ONLY reason I go here is because I don't have other options. read more

My mom came in there and went to the backery and asked about a price on a cake and her in a roll cart with one leg. The lady behind the canter told her to get off her lazy ass to check herself. It's not the first time that this has happened she has done it repeatedly more than this time and I want something done if not I'm going higher than the manager read more

I absolutely love Kroger! The gas perks have saved us so much! The produce and meats are always fresh and if they don't have something that we know they usually carry, they always offer to order it for us. The first of the two complaints I have about this location is how busy they always are. There is never any parking whether you go at 7AM or 11PM. But that isn't entirely their fault. The second is the pricing. When compared to somewhere like the commissary and Publix, they seem to sit right between the two. But again, the quality of the food and the gas perks are what keep us shopping here. read more

Well what can I say about this Kroger it has definitely gone downhill in the past year. The pharmacy personnel are very rude and do not help in any prescription problems that you may have. I have personally started using the Kroger on 96 because the attitude and the cleanliness of this store is Far better than the Watson Blvd Kroger. I've addressed my complaints with management on several occasions and no Improvements have been made. Some of the foods in the store are expired so you must pay close attention when purchasing these items. read more

Sorry but the whole chain is going downhill and this is a good example of that. They're trying to be something that they're not. While this is a very large store and has many products, they don't have everything and what they do have is going to be priced at a premium. I find it condesending that they have a beer section with mix and match old, tired, beyond their prime brews for a high price. Can't quite put my finger on why this store fails. Maybe it's the parking lot and never being able to find a place to park. Maybe it's walking forever and never finding what I'm looking for. Maybe it's the general layout or even the distance that I have to walk for three items isn't worth it. Or, maybe it's the fact that I don't see this as a store that values customers and repeat business due to its location, the city or possibly that this store thinks that they're the only game in town. read more

This is not a bad Kroger location. It has more than some, less than others. It's always fairly clean though, so that counts for something. Don't look for any items too exotic here, but they do have the same deals as all Kroger locations. The staff varies though. I did one time get passed over in line at the deli in favor of a lady behind me. So that wasn't good. Overall, three stars because it's adequate, but nothing special. read more

The Starbucks staff this morning were rude and didn't pay attention to what I asked for. When I received my coffee I asked for whip cream she checks the side of the cup and states it's not written there. I replied that I asked for it so she proceeds to dump out a quarter of the coffee then puts on the whip cream and puts a flat top on it. Then says my bad as the coffee is almost coming out the top. Considering the coffee cost $5.10 I don't think it's much to ask to get what you ask for and to not be made to feel like you're bothering them. read more

First off, what's there to like about a super sized grocery store that has a RUDE customer service staff ? Not only are the front line employees rude but the management staff is as rude if not more so. Forget about the customer always being right, not at this store. I had to return some items that were not good and did not have my receipt. I stood in line at the customer service center for about 45 minutes waiting for management to come to assist me because the dumb girl behind the counter didn't know what the heck she was doing and was too busy talking with another employee. Finally, this manager came up and acted as if I had disturbed him and he was not a pleasant person to deal with at all. I explained the circumstances and advised I would be happy with store credit. You would have thought I had slapped his mother instead of my actual request. He gave me an awful stare and proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait while he checked his tape receipts from weeks ago to see if I had purchased these items from this store. Now that was all fine and good, but if any of those dummies would have taken the time to see that the products had the Kroger price stickers on the product then it would have been a simple thing to fulfill my request. Just so you know, I did point out the price stickers on the items. Also, they had asked another employee to check and see if indeed they carried these items, and they did. Finally after having to stand inline for a long time the manager gave me store credit. I pointed out that most stores accommodate their customers without the negative ATTITUDE ! What really set me off was the NEGATIVE ATTITUDE from employee and management personnel. I vowed I would never go back to this store again, but I have several times since this incident and TRUST me it has not improved much. The staff is rude and act as if they would rather be anywhere else besides working at this store. FYI : Forget about registering a complaint with the District Manager, apparently nothing is done about the moral problem or ATTITUDE problem with the personnel at this store. So....I no longer shop at the Kroger Store on Watson Blvd. I shop at the Publix Store on Gunn Road at Hwy. 41, which is on Watson Blvd. headed towards Interstate 75. The staff at this Publix try and accommodate the customer with any returns or finding items in their store. NO ATTITUDE PROBLEM AT THIS STORE ! HOW REFRESHING! read more

I usually go to this Kroger because its a lot cleaner than the one near my home, well this particular morning I encountered the rudest nastiest employee at the self check out, she had just started her shift and she kept making rude comments because she had to correct a price on my order, lady if you hate your job please quit and stop making everyone miserable just because you are! read more

Probably the worst Kroger in town. Frozen food is consistently thawed and re-frozen, pharmacy technicians are incompetent and overall most employees are rude/indifferent. I have tried on numerous occasions to talk to the managers, but they don't take it seriously or don't care. This is probably where the other employees get their attitude. read more

Kroger pharmacy was extremely rude and insulting when there was confusion about my mom's prescription. They said they couldn't fill a specific prescription without the doctor's consent and from across the room the man said "it's a month old narcotic" in an obviously-we-can't-fill-that tone. First of all I was asking for Amoxicillin - I wouldn't even know if it was a narcotic or not but I'm pretty sure it isn't? It's like he was saying I was a drug addict just needing more drugs that my doctor probably didn't even say I could take. Like, what? It wasn't even my prescription and I didn't go to school for pharmacy tech obviously I'm not going to know the shit you do about any prescription/medication. Ended up getting the amoxicillin and wondering why they filled it when they told me they couldn't. Then I was told that was about a cough syrup that I didn't know was even on that prescription... Thanks dude read more

I have shopped at this Kroger for 10 years and lately I'm getting tired of being harassed at the fuel station almost every time I stop for gas, first it was those people with their ipads wanting me to get the Kroger credit card. It's annoying! read more

While the store has lots of products, the customer service is horrible. They don't offer to take your groceries to the car for you. Then yesterday when I was checking out, the bagger left all the bags on the counter. He didn't even bother to put them into my cart. I prefer to shop at Publix where taking the groceries to the car is automatic and customer service is sooo much better. The ONLY reason I go to Krogers is for the gas points. read more
