The only trouble is I cannot get deli service. Never has sliced meat or sandwich been ready when I pre-order. And usually I order it for the time I arrive, so then by the time I'm finished shopping a half an hour later it is still not ready. Ever. I called the manager a month ago, and said, look I understand your deli is really busy, but I have never had an a pre-order ready when it was scheduled to be ready. Perhaps you should hire some more people to work in the deli since they are always busy... So today I placed my deli order before I left work went home. Let the dog out went to the potty and made myself a glass of iced tea. Then I went to the store and the deli order was not ready. I did my shopping went back, and the deli order was still not ready went through the line paid $287.98 for my groceries. I told the customer service person what was going on and that I was checking to see if my order was ready. Usually it isn't and I let them know that I'm leaving the store and they don't have to do it because the order ticket is just sitting on the counter. The order was ready! I went to pay at customer service so I didn't have to spend another 30 minutes in line while my food defrosted. She was on the phone, another lady got behind me, and spent 10 minutes waiting for her to look up from her phone conversation. There is a pound of corn beef in the deli case right by the store entrance if anybody is interested because I just left it there, because I decided my frozen food was more important than her conversation and I didn't need deli meat that was making me angry anyway. I'm tired, I don't wanna talk to the manager again. I don't want anything free from Publix. I just don't want to play deli Roué anymore.

I had to use the restroom and it was filthy - no toilet paper paper, paper towels all over the floor, toilet paper all over the floor - no one had cleaned it for what must've been days. There were ZERO registers open other than the self checkout. The self checkout line was from the front of the store all the way to the very back of the store down the full length of the aisle. Customers were not happy. We saw what looked to be the manager coming down the stairs from his office and clearly he had been taking a nap. Also, the carts were all in the parking lot and only 2 to 3 available inside the store. Unacceptable! I should've recorded the customers speaking in line in frustration.

This Kroger has been here for a while, however has been renovated and refreshed throughout the years. Currently the store is in decent shape, with minor wear and tear throughout, but for the most part is well kept and maintained. Cleanliness for the store was similar, however the restroom needed some attention and the parking lot had a bit of debris in the aisles. I was impressed with the size, layout and stock of this Kroger. I was only after a few items, but wandered around the store and found that there were not a lot of empty spots on the shelves. If you can overlook the carts of boxes and the staff actively stocking, then you are set for a good shopping trip! But without those boxes and those folks, those shelves wouldn't be as stocked and that cart wouldn't be as full! Service was good. I asked an Associate on the floor if they had an item in the back and they checked all the carts they had to stock in that area. Turns out they didn't have, but it was nice of them to check. On the flip side, when I was checking out the Associate assigned to self-check was less than helpful. I had a blinking light due to wine purchase and she did not see as she was on her phone standing in the corner. I went to get her and during she seemed bothered that I needed her help. Stark difference from the floor team and the register team. Overall, I am not in this area much, but if I find myself here and the need arises, this Kroger is a solid spot for me to swing by!

To go to this place you take Exit 222 on Interstate 75 and need to take a access road and it's just besides Hardee's burger place. The place is very huge, clean and spacious but half of the space is empty. They still need to stock up with more groceries. Looks like it's been there for a long time. Right now they sell cigarettes, tobacco products, sodas, juices, water, lottery, beer and some limited daily groceries. They do have some game machines for fun playing. They have an ATM machine. They accept EBT cards here and sell money orders. Inside the store they have a separate counter for U-Haul where you can do rentals, pick-ups and drop-offs. They do have ample free parking in front of the store. The person on the cash counter is very nice, polite and helpful.
