Be prepared to wait as service is quite slow from my experience even when I've gone at different times of the day. Also, I highly suggest making sure your prescription is already filled prior to going to help alleviate some of the lengthy wait time. The store itself is a bit congested with small aisle and looks like one of the older CVS stores. Selections are limited with some things as well. This location is fine if you need to pick up a prescription or a regular item in the store. Other than that I would go to one of the newer nicer locations. Customer Service in there is ok-keep expectations low.

I walk in, go straight to the back for my medicine, and am out the door within 5 minutes. I typically go during the day as my schedule permits so that I avoid longer lines after 4pm. Everyone in the pharmacy is super nice. Smile after smile. I've never had them lose a prescription, or have issues with insurance. No problems ever. I've used other pharmacies in the past that have organization problems and that is very frustrating. Perhaps others have had bad experiences here. I have not. What I have noticed is that the register in the front of the store usually has a long line. Even in the middle of the day when things should be slower it seems like folks are waiting a while to check out. That's just life I guess. The store itself is always well stocked and clean. Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. I asked a question about the area and kind of got the 'don't bother me' vibe in the answer.
