I am a big fan of Kroger, but this particular Kroger location has definitely slipped below what I consider my normal Kroger location to offer. Don't get me wrong, it was still a decent experience here. However, the store definitely needed to have a deep cleaning and it did not have as much as I am used to at other Kroger locations. The ladies at checkout were extremely friendly and again, it was not a bad experience. However, if you're used to the modern, sleek, huge Krogers, this is not one of those locations. read more

I was in the area after an early morning airport drop-off and decided I would go ahead and get some grocery shopping out of the way while I waited on traffic to subside...I kind of wish I would have just sat in traffic and hit my Bellevue Kroger. From entry to exit, this Kroger is in rough shape, not only relating to cleanliness and condition, but also in stock, or lack of, and service. Just an all around poor visit to a Kroger. This location is an older footprint with lessened amenity areas (bakery, subs, meats, etc...). It not only shows age in the layout, which still flows pretty well, but it is also very visible in the stained, cracked flooring and ceiling, flickering lights, worn register belts and even old rickety buggies. Overall, the store is in need of some major love. I gave 2 stars as I was able to get about 80% of the items I was after, so I couldn't be too mad. read more

DRIVE PAST THIS STORE The staffing is beyond terrible. I'm a Disabled Senior but, this Kroger has forced me to do Self Checkout, because they had 0 available Cashiers? Whomever makes the Cashiers Schedules needs to be Replaced. The Pharmacy is much worse. Just yday I was instantly placed on Hold and left to die. I stayed On Hold for 10 Min's at a time and then their phone would Disconnect without warning? I called back a total of 4 Times, I was left on hold for 10 Min's and then cut off without ever speaking to anyone? I put in a full hour just to ask them to have my medication Filled before I arrived. Many other problems with this 1 pharmacy forced me to switch to a Private, Locally Owned Pharmacy. Their pharmacy manager, Stephanie, is a highly skilled and friendly bonus to this pharmacy. Stephanie is the One saving grace for this business. It's really a shame that Kroger's CORPORATE POLICY has eliminated the possibility of developing a close relationship with your pharmacist. read more

We stopped at this Kroger to grab some groceries on the way home tonight and don't plan on returning. There weren't any serious issues with it but it didn't feel super welcoming. The employees also didn't seem very professional and couldn't help us very effectively when we needed aid in checking out. It rang up some of the items at a higher price than they were supposed to be so we asked if they could help correct it. It took three employees to do so and they were yelling at each other and saying some odd things as if we weren't standing right there. It felt semi-awkward because of this. There were also random trash bags on some glass doors throughout the store that I've never seen at any other Kroger that felt out-of-place. We got our items and everything worked out in the end so, if this location is your only option, it'll be fine. However, it probably wouldn't be my first choice in the future. read more

It's a Kroger like any other I suppose. The employees there are friendly enough if you're not mean to them and will be happy to help you find whatever you need. Do wish they'd open more cash registers though, seems like that's a problem with every grocery store these days, dunno why. read more

The deli department at this location is the worst one I have been to in my entire life. It's common for the deli to be completely closed in the middle of the afternoon. Also, sometimes you can stand there for 10 minutes while the deli worker (usually the "manager") completely ignores you while doing other things. She also obviously hates working there, and hates customers. Even other employees in the store agree that she is mean to customers. Once I stood in line behind someone for about 5-6 minutes, and the deli lady said "I'm closed after this customer". WHAT??? You "close" the deli (again, in the middle of the afternoon) with a customer standing in line??? Would give negative stars if I could. read more

This store will try a bait and switch on you. Per the sign, 4 sic pack soda is $11 or less than 4 are $1.99 each. The sale doesn't end until 2/23. Today is 2/18. The manager straight out called me a liar even though I went and got the sign and brought it to her. She eventually honored the sign though said it was expired (which it wasn't) and continued to call me a liar. Her name is Victoria. I will never come back to any Kroger's if they are going to try to pull a bait and switch on product pricing and call you a liar if you call them out on it. read more

I wish they had negative stars! This store is a joke. The deli and the deli manager suck! She has the worst attitude, shuts the deli down sometimes at 4-5pm for the night. I've even ordered thru instacart and couldn't get my Lunchmeat because she closed early. When she is there she hides in the back, she can see a customer standing there through that little window, but she doesn't care. The last time I was there she said she was busy doing something else and wanted me to do my other shopping and come back, I told her no way, I figured if I walked away she would just roll up and close the counter. The other employees can't stand her either, they'll see you waiting and the look in their eyes says it all, and if it didn't I've actually had another employee tell me they all think she's mean and disrespectful. I would give this place a lower star.... if I could. When I parked in the parking lot... carts were everywhere! Kroger employees were outside smoking and on their phones. We're they on break? Probably so, but at least do it away from where customers are walking in. As I walk in... there was a SECURITY GUARD watching the doors! I was confused! Walking into the store I needed my jalapeños to make a pimento spread... all of the jalapeños were soft, mushy and rotten. So I decided to go find some canned pimentos! They can't go wrong with canned things... I didn't find any but I found roasted red peppers and that did the job. As I was making my way toward the check out.. I hear over the PA system along the lines of "please watch your belongings... inside and outside the store... it's always good to be diligent" WHAAAAAAAAT? I've never heard that in my regular Kroger before! Things were sprawled across the floor, people we rude, probably because of the atmosphere..... And to top off my experience, the cashier girl (younger than 21 because she couldn't check out the alcohol the person in line before me) was smacking her gum in her mouth, blowing bubbles and popping it aloud. She was also on her PHONE on speaker asking the man "hold up hold up I'm doing something hold up" She had no acknowledgement for me whatsoever. I went to Kroger's last week doing my weekly shopping... I was at the fruit and vegetable section some of the veggies and fruit where rotten tomatoes,onions,strawberries and other things... The worker said to look in this box's all the vegetables was rotten and the Kroger's workers said they have to put it out anyway so they wouldn't lose sales profit and manager didn't care that those items had mold on them... I bought milk that said it wouldn't expire until 10/23/2023... I got me a half gallon and got home the milk was spoiled.... This location has gone down in quality of their service and food they are selling their customers and don't care who they make sick.. read more

This Kroger is probably one of the worst I've ever been to. The store is generally not very clean and the staff is anything but friendly and helpful. If you do shop here, be sure to check the labels very closely before buying anything as I usually ran across quite a bit of product past its prime, sometimes by many months. It also probably wouldn't hurt to have your bullet-proof vest on if you go here after dark. read more

I would have left 0 stars if that was an option. This pharmacy is horrible! First, they never have enough medication to fill the prescription, so they do a partial refill. I go back a week before running out to get the remainder and they say it is too soon for insurance to pay for it. Even though the only reason I am out of medication is because they didn't have enough to fill it initially. I was supposed to be going out of town, so I don't have enough medication to last until I return. This isn't medication that I can safely do without. The person at the pharmacy was as useless as they get and basically said it wasn't her problem. Transferring all prescriptions to Publix. More professional at Publix by far. Also use to do my grocery shopping at this Kroger but since I will be at Publix anyway I'll take that business to them as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. read more

It's just a middle-of the road Kroger. None of the staff really cares what's going on, the security people are on their phones, nobody smiles at you. It's great if you hate talking to people, but if you're averse to going places you feel unwelcome then maybe don't go to this one. Again, it's just Kroger. I wish i could give it a lower rating. Simply going into the store and avoiding all of the beggars and drug addicts is an achievement. More often than not, you can spot one of them peeing in the parking lot. The meat department is laughable. On one visit, the butcher dropped my steak on the floor and then chased me around the store (legit for 5min) telling me he didn't drop it, and tried to force me to buy it. On multiple occasions I've asked the meet department to remove the skin off the fish. They have informed me every time that they "don't do that". Tonight at 9:00pm I had to wait in line for over 30min to check out bc there were only 2 lines open. The only redeemable quality i can find about this store is, it's close to my house. read more

I told her what I wanted, she got it....I actually asked her if she was ok. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Store is generally clean but shelves can be vacant for days, especially the pre-packaged salads section. Store has a moderately expansive organic/health food section, placing this store well above the other nearby grocery stores in that regard. Self-checkout machines are so slow you'd think they run on a modem. There is no bulk food section to measure out your own flower, dried fruits, nuts, sweets...etc. read more

stopped in to get cash out of the atm and saw the Halloween sale display on my way out. The display consisted of 6 cardboard displays and 2 stacks of Halloween individual chips. I realized, that would make a nice treat for my household. After I picked up a box a man walked up with a cashier pointing to the 50% off sign and the cashier saying that chips were grocery and not part of the sale. I pointed out that the chips were right behind the sign only to have a girl that was stocking walk up and move the chips one foot over and tell me "There now they aren't behind the sign". I looked for a manager who was also stocking shelves and when I told him about the situation he replied " Chips are grocery and only the candy is on sale" and went back to stocking (full on back to me and not looking, like he was done). I walked out and will never walk into that Kroger's again (which is sad because I love the US Bank employees). The sign said Halloween 5o% in huge letters and listed candy, décor and seasonal items underneath. I know that me arguing the point does not make the chips 50% my arguing is coming from the frustration that I feel and how the laziness of the display and lack of understanding or caring from the employees makes me feel unimportant. I will never shop here again and will definitely discourage other people from shopping at this location as well. read more

This is where i buy my groceries. It's unfortunate I know, but we cannot all afford to shop at whole food(I wish I could) But since the recent remodel or whatever it is called, it is much more shopper friendly and organized. The produce leaves much to be desired but if you want your veggies and you are in Kroger what choice do you have? The cashiers are usually quick and helpful, but the baggers usually are the opposite. We usually end up bagging our own groceries. With all that, the prices are the best in the area for groceries. read more

There's a manager or manager trainee that's there (he's a skinny dark skin guy) when I see him, he always looks gloom he never smiles and he never speaks. He's always trying to hide from me. This isn't my favorite Kroger in the area. It's always a pain to navigate the small parking lot or to even get out of the parking lot. Inside is okay. This Kroger could use an update a like a lot of the other ones in town have received. The store is smaller than others and you can tell by the narrow aisles and limited selection on some items. This is an okay Kroger to run in and run out but I don't do my full grocery shopping here. read more

Heartbreaking. I've shopped here for 12 yrs, and throughout have had to return fruits and vegetables for being bad. But I liked the store, it's convenient, and the incidences were far enough apart... But in the last week 3 times I've been cheated 3 times. Rotten cherries, that I didn't return, flowers that wilted the 1st day, that I did return, and mealy peaches. Peaches had been good, it was the season, and I sent my husband in for $8 worth, for a pie. When I went to peel them I realized they were not good. I packed them up and took them back the next day, with a letter, pretty much what I'm writing now. I told the clerk "no refund, please just give these to the store manager". I left my name and number. I've been told, by a friend who has managed local Publix and Wholefoods, Kroger's buys the lowest quality produce available. I REALLY want to be able to shop there, but I want them to change this practice. I'm a working housewife and don't have the time to return items several times a week. I still have not received a reply from the store. I'm out $8, and it looks like I need another place to do my weekly shopping. read more

Terrible! Used this kroger a few times due to its close proximity to my home. Rarely stocked, wait time at the deli is horrendous, and the staff is atrocious. When I have no other choice but to shop at this kroger I always use self check out to avoid the baggers as they are incompetent. I've had my produce strewn across the floor while they are bagging it more times than I care to remember. People at this kroger are just rude in general and have no problem taking up the entire aisle or cutting you off and then act like you did something wrong. There have also been several instances where I've purchased meat and the next day it is bad. There are also several homeless people who patrol the parking lot and will aggravate the piss out of while you're trying to load your groceries into your car. read more

The location and hours are convenient, the prices competitive, and when I've had anything to do with the staff, they've generally been helpful. Others have mentioned the panhandlers outside; I just refer them to the "Looking for Friendly Faces" sign and tell them the store's always hiring. read more

Worst Kroger I have been to. This used to be a decent store. However, the staff has developed an overly abrasive attitude. Teammates rushing ahead of customers to make purchases, teammates giving attitude when asked questions, and others just hanging out. The produce section is flat out disgusting. Yes, it looks okay. Until you have to battle the flies that have developed due to less than fresh produce. You can definitely tell the staff takes no pride in themselves nor their store. read more

I only shop here once on a while. Today i had to use the bathroom and it was a mess. Looked like the floors hasn't been mopped in at least a week. Im not extremely picky but this was worse than your average Walmart. At least they clean and restock twice a day. This store is open 24 hours and there were probably 20 staff working when i was there. Total laziness. read more

I love this Kroger. I know some of the employees from going in there so much, and one of the managers. They are friendly, especially the late night shift employees. I like the selection they have, the great sales, the location....right on the corner of Murfreeesboro Road and Una-Antioch Pike. I also love the fact that they are open all night, and have a fuel center! You can really save on gas if you shop for groceries there regularly! I saved about $.20 a gallon on my gas recently due to the points built up by my grocery shopping ! Every little bit helps! It also has a Walgreen's in the same parking lot, which I love and find very convenient....so you can stop by Walgreen's and then head over to Kroger to do the rest of your shopping!:) ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES: It has a USBank inside....and they are open until about 7pm weekdays! This is FANTASTIC....the employees there are very friendly....and you can wait in a very short line usually...if any...instead of having to go to a separate bank! It also has a USBank ATM.....so you can just use that if the bank is closed! They also have courteous and friendly security guards at night which is nice. Also...they play MUSIC in the store, which makes shopping there very enjoyable. I hate when stores don't have music...it is BORING. I love this Kroger:) read more
