We stopped at this Kroger to grab some groceries on the way home tonight and don't plan on returning. There weren't any serious issues with it but it didn't feel super welcoming. The employees also didn't seem very professional and couldn't help us very effectively when we needed aid in checking out. It rang up some of the items at a higher price than they were supposed to be so we asked if they could help correct it. It took three employees to do so and they were yelling at each other and saying some odd things as if we weren't standing right there. It felt semi-awkward because of this. There were also random trash bags on some glass doors throughout the store that I've never seen at any other Kroger that felt out-of-place. We got our items and everything worked out in the end so, if this location is your only option, it'll be fine. However, it probably wouldn't be my first choice in the future.

I'm not sure why but the Deli every time. The lady looks at me. Walks away. Says nothing. 5-10min later she returns to say ---you know what you want? LADY I KNEW WHEN I WALKED UP. if you would asked or even said just a moment--hell I'm lay back. I have seen multiple GUEST complaining about her yet---she still works behind the counter at KROGERS NASHBORO VILLAGE--- the rest of staff. Pretty. But this hates her life. Trust there are other jobs. Wish her to be happy bless her heart

This store will try a bait and switch on you. Per the sign, 4 sic pack soda is $11 or less than 4 are $1.99 each. The sale doesn't end until 2/23. Today is 2/18. The manager straight out called me a liar even though I went and got the sign and brought it to her. She eventually honored the sign though said it was expired (which it wasn't) and continued to call me a liar. Her name is Victoria. I will never come back to any Kroger's if they are going to try to pull a bait and switch on product pricing and call you a liar if you call them out on it.

This Kroger by far is the worst in Nashville. Shelves are always messy and people are always rude to me when I go there.

Dear Trader Joe's Green Hills,…read more I don't know who's in charge over there, but I'd like them to replace every world leader immediately. The United Nations? Dissolved. Congress? Sent home. The DMV? Bulldozed. Trader Joe's Green Hills is now the governing body of civilization. I've never walked into this place and been greeted by someone who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Every employee smiles like they just got engaged, won the lottery, and pet a golden retriever on the way to work. It's suspicious. As a child with OCD, I had approximately 47 family members. Officially it was 14 aunts and uncles and four grandmas, but emotionally it felt like 900 relatives. There were houses where I'd rather eat the upholstery than touch the food. Sometimes it was the smell. Sometimes it was the vibe. Sometimes my brain simply declared, "We're fasting today." Then I came to the US, and discovered Trader Joe's. If one of your employees handed me drywall in a toothpick, i would sample it! This store is cleaner than my conscience after returning my shopping cart. I have genuinely considered quitting my career just to work here. Unfortunately, my therapist intervened. I asked why. She said, "Tarek... you'll be fired within a week." "Why?" "Because you're still a menace to society, and you'll spend half your shift flirting with your coworkers and the other half flirting with customers." Corporate is so dramatic. So instead, I remain a costumer romanticizing what could have been. Whenever people visit NashVegas, everyone says, "Let's go to Broadway." Wrong. We're going to Trader Joe's. You're going to experience affordable flowers, tiny shopping carts, free samples, and enough positive human interaction to make you question whether you've accidentally died. I have left this store happier than I've left actual therapy sessions. The only complaint I have, and this physically pains me to write is: PLEASE bring back the Middle Eastern kibbeh. I'm not saying I'll stand outside holding a candlelight vigil, but I'm also not saying I won't. Trader Joe's Green Hills is the only place where I walk in needing grapefruit juice and leave with seventeen items, inner peace, a houseplant, frozen Indian food, three cheeses I can't pronounce(i speak french mind you) l, and the confidence to forgive my enemies. I love every single one of you. If this store ever closes, I'll simply assume the apocalypse has started and act accordingly.

Crazy to think I have been in this area hundreds of times over the past few years and never…read morerealized this TJ's was here...But, now I know and since I discovered that, I have made my way here on several occasions! Much like any trip to TJ's, I never really have a full list, I kind of let the store tell me what I need beyond the necessities. Speaking of, my necessities are usually focaccia and/or flatbreads, sauces and spreads, cheese and some variety of frozen goods, whether it be veggies or meats. This last trip was no different, as I got all those things plus a few snacks, a bottle of wine and a bit of charcuterie. This location, like all others, is busy, but efficient. A tad smaller with a slightly altered layout of entry/exit and cashiers, but it still works and makes things happen. With that, the parking lot can be a bit dodgy as well, so make sure you are paying attention while scooting through, in or out. Service is good here. Not much interaction on the floor, but the cashiers always bring it home! Overall, love me a good Trader Joe's!

For 20 years, this was my go-to Walmart. I was a loyal customer. Not anymore. My lifelong boycott…read morebegins now. Looking for sales on Christmas decorations in late December after the holiday had passed, I found an excellent deal! There was this Santa's Bake Shop inflatable normally priced around $100, but it was about 75% off with "only 2 remaining" as the website touted. Stock was low so I had to act immediately! At roughly $25, this was a nice little bargain. And I could pick it up at the South Nashville location. So I bought it! Two days pass and the item should be ready in South Nashville. Instead, the South Nashville store cancels my order and claims that the item is sold out. What's the purpose of having a button you can press on a website to buy something that is low in stock only to have your order revoked? Is that how online shopping works with Walmart? But it gets worse! A day later, the item reappeared on the Walmart website ... fully in stock ... for $199.99! Say what?! Yup, Walmart is just that greedy. Why make $25 off a customer when you can make $200? And that BUY button on their website? It means absolutely nothing.

I needed a charger for my phone and different people actually walked me to where I needed to go. I spoke to 4 employees and all were kind. The service was great all the way around, especially for a busy store. Solid Walmart experience.
