Our go to grocery store. This store is huge and has a sushi counter, deli, pre made meals, clothing, home goods and a pharmacy. Things always ring up correctly, tons of lanes open usually, decent amount of self check outs. The checkers are usually pretty friendly and no issues. When meat is on sale they keep replenishing it unlike other Kroger's were they leave it empty so you are SOL unless you get there early. read more

Conveniently located on the corner of Morton Ranch Rd and 99, this Kroger Marketplace has a deli order kiosk, and bulk bins with a wide variety of nuts, grains, and snacks. A Starbucks is tucked away in the corner near the salad and olive bar. The deli offers full meals, in addition to sliced meat and cheese. Plenty of self-checkout will hopefully keep the lines moving quickly. read more

If you need to shop definitely don't go during peak hours. They rarely have enough people working the registers. The store is clean, but if you have to wait 20+ minutes to check out, that's a horrible experience. 6am is a great time to shop here. Very disappointing they do not have the staff to accommodate the amount of customers on a typical weekend. read more

Kroger at Grand Morton refuses to refund customers for items even if there is a receipt due to COVID-19. Why should I have to pay for an item that is missing it's safety seal when I should be able to get my money back? Not sure which smells worse, the awful customer service or this dreadful hand sanitizer? It's 8:40 p.m. I just eft kroger's and I just have to say that the employees definitely need more training to be faster at the cashier which they take forever they never have enough lines open the employees are on their phones I love the store but the employees need better training. I'm not a Kroger fan or a fan of many stores with these "cards". They mark up certain items so they can reduce the price with the card - that's not a deal to me. But since this is a new one I decided to give it a shot. It is big. A bit larger than you typical Kroger, but not quite a Walmart size. There are groceries there and a lot of home goods such as Keurig's, towels, and other items you might typically find at Target. Because of this though, the grocery shelves may not carry quite as many items as if the entire store where dedicated to being a grocery store. There is a Starbucks as well as a deli where you can get freshly made items or pick up something for dinner. The produce section was nicer than expected and actually a bit cheaper than HEB. Their dairy area was small and they had a few bait and switch items - like an area fully stocked with yogurt on sale, but the yogurt on sale wasn't even stocked there. They have a good selection of ice cream, which is always important to me, and a nice array of frozen meals. So if you are a Kroger fan, you'll love this one. read more

I love this new Kroger so much. It's clean, spacious... welcoming... I actually find a lot of products marked down and cheaper than if I were to go to Walmart... or H.E.B. This Kroger never has food on the shelf. I'm constantly getting rain-checks. I literally despise going. I only go for the digital coupons here lately and go to HEB for food. I know their shelves are stocked. They seem to always be short handed. My daughter applied twice to work there and they never called. I love the store. I love everything about it. But today, my comment only has to do with outside. The employees come outside to smoke in areas where they know they are not supposed to smoke. They are supposed to be a certain amount of feet away from the public entrances. I hate sitting outside where it is pleasant just to smell smoke when I am allergic to it. I don't hate smokers. Admittedly there were a number of employees who came out and started to smoke and I asked them if they would go elsewhere and they really did so willingly with good attitudes. However there are a couple of men standing not that far from me and very close to the front entrance who are smoking right now. I am coughing and hacking. And they were both two of the ones earlier I asked to smoke elsewhere... Yet there they are looking at me knowing that that is where I am sitting. End of complaint. Perhaps they should go to the end of the parking lot. Away from the front entrances of public places. And there are cigarette butts everywhere and it is just not pleasant to the eyes either. Management should provide a smoking area for their employees where it does not hinder public entrances. read more

Make sure as you pull into the parking lot, you check for Managers who drive Toyota Corollas that sport a man bun that like to speed and cross through the parking lot and steal your space because he's in a rush to get to work. So dangerous!! They also don't have many options when it comes to fresh produce (a lot of produce simply isn't there). Celery? Who doesn't carry celery? Ugh. Fairly new Kroger. It is one of the super Kroger with all of the extra departments including clothes, pharmacy, kitchenware, floral, etc. They have some hot foods such as a sandwich shop, Chinese food, and sushi. The place is always kept pretty clean and everyone is really friendly. I prefer the produce here over the new Wal-Mart which just opened several weeks ago across the street. Pretty much has everything you need at a great price. read more

I have been shopping at Kroger since I was a little kid they seriously have the best deals and then the Kroger card is amazing it really saves you money and your points out of fast to get a discount on gas prices I love that once you join the customer email or mailing list you get a bunch of coupons mailed and emailed to you and every time you shop they keep an eye out for the items you like and send you coupons for those including coupons for free items. Kroger has a delicious Bakery and their meat department is always fresh as well the customer service is excellent. read more

I visited just this past weekend to buy some last minute flowers. Turns out that I only needed 2-3 of the kind I was purchasing and they only had a package of 7 flowers. I asked an employee if I could get them individually and she asked the floral manager who gave them to me for free! They were so kind and generous. Kroger pharmacy communication is terrible. I took them over a week to order BP medication for my dad. I kept getting sorry sorry sorry, it was transferred to another Kroger pharmacy at a week and they still didnt communicate all the information to the kroger pharmacy for me to be able to pick up at the time stated. As I write it still not ready I have to wait another hr to pick it up. Communication is bad, when the say the will order a medicine for you please check and call several times to make sure they order it, they have told me sorry and we apologize 3 times within the span of a week. read more

so for starters we are in a pandemic and people are feeling uncomfortable an not wanting to go places i got my items and proceeded to self check out i politely asked the little girl working to use a pump of hand sanitizer she than began to tell me i could go purchase some i went and talked to Claudia who then told me Kroger doesnt provide them with sanitizer everything they have to purchase on there own also imformed me that they were instructed to no longer sanitize the carts so not only are us the customers are being put in harms way the employees of a establishment isnt being protected i felt 100 percent unsave walking into that establishment not only was this information alarming i plan on contacting the cdc. read more

This is for the pharmacy department. They have the RUDEST staff members. The pharmacist Helen is the worst! She not only is rude but she hangs up on you when you are talking to her! How professional is that?!? Not to mention the cashier Keira is as dumb as a box of rocks! First the script was called in at noon, 7 pm and it still wasn't ready and they claim it's because they didn't have the doctors proper information. Then they told me it will take up to an hour (mind you this is for a prepackaged medicine and all they had to do is pull off the shelf scan and slap a label on it) then they told me 20 mins for my inconvenience Give me a break my small town pharmacy works faster then they do! Once it was ready to check out I had to repeat myself not once not twice not three times but YELL the information. Really? Let's just say I'm glade my family member wasn't urgent need of this medicine or they would be dead and Helen, Keira and the rest of Kroger will be sued as a corporation & individually! Horrible experience at the bakery department. I went there last week with a picture of a wedding cake I needed for my sister's traditional wedding. I showed Shannon who is the bakery manager a few pictures until we arrived at one she assured me she could make. I even provided the ribbon and beads. When I tell you the cake was such in poor quality when I came to pick it up, you wouldn't believe me! The top layer you could see the cake bits meaning the icing wasn't evenly spread across. Staff tried to tell me it's because it was buttercream icing. Doesn't matter what icing it is I shouldn't see cake. Icing is icing. Why would you not evenly spread icing on a cake??? I'm not the one who picked buttercream. It was the recommendation of Shannon who stated it will hold up longer then whipped. Even the swirls that was supposed to be made looked nothing like the picture. The entire cake looked nothing the picture. And they had the audacity to attempt to come up with excuses. Even the store manager who came agreed with me the cake looked nothing like the picture. I would have went elsewhere if I had known that I would have been deceived like that. No matter how much they attempted to fix the cake, it still didn't look good and I needed a cake. Thank you for ruining a special day. My complaint will not end at just writing reviews. read more
