The only thing that stood out to me was that the two managers (two white gentlemen) near the entrance didn't acknowledge or greet customers as I walked in, which is unusual for Publix. However, the rest of my experience more than made up for it. I want to give a special shout-out to Precious in the deli. She was handling a very busy rush by herself, helping multiple customers, answering questions, and keeping everything moving with a smile. When it was my turn, she took the time to help me decide between different sides, gave her honest recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out. The cashier who checked me out and the gentleman who bagged my groceries were also friendly and professional. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, thanks to employees like Precious. I'll definitely be back.

You used to be able to count on Publix being the only store where prices were correct but I guess times have changed. The one saving grace is that if you do catch an incorrect price, they are usually willing to fix it. So I'd say overall the service is ok. The atmosphere is definitely better than Kroger and Walmart in our area but generally just acceptable. The quality of the products is ok but that quality is outweighed by the high prices and by incorrect prices at checkout. I wish I could say I loved this store but unfortunately I only come here because it's the closest bearable option in my neighborhood. If you come here, you'll most likely find what you need and the quality will be pretty ok, but I really wish they would check their prices more carefully and stop raising them so sky high.

I decided to pay this store a visit because I haven't been in it since it was renovated and changed names. The looks are pleasing. Interesting color scheme. Black and Red. The store has everything you need for the most part. The only problem is the expense. Everything in here is a dollar or two more than other stores. I feel like this store is strictly for the neighborhood people and the convenience. Years ago you could find a lot of cheap items in this store when it was Way field but I get it. They now have specialty items and a better selection of some foods. They have a salad bar, hot food bar and a sandwich making station. I purchased and 8 piece smoke chicken and some bread pudding. The chicken was seasoned, tender and juicy. I paired it with a nice salad. The bread pudding was like home. Not overly sweet and the perfect consistency. I wished I had bought another one. One other thing. Everybody in there speaks to you. They have a full staff and they are very friendly. That's what matters most these days. I will be sure to visit again.

I end up with just salmon filets and a Gatorade after going through the store. The people working there were nice and attentive. The store was clean. Plenty of parking.

I am not sure but I feel like I just got racist treatment at this Kroger, let me start off by say I…read morego to Kroger every week and get Gatorade usually late in the evening always use self check out and never had and issues, I was at this same store right before closing buying the same stuff on self check 5 days ago on OCT. 1st with no issues (but there was a different employee at self check), Now brings us to tonight absolutely no one at self check out the woman working tells me I can't come thru self check out with a cart (also I had nothing but Gatorade that got scanned and never came out the cart) I have to go to a regular line that we long with customers, then an African American girl walks up and say I have to go to the line and she said no you can come thru you have a hand basket so I went to wait on the line, while I am waiting I see another African American woman with 2 kida walk passed me with a cart (not a hand basket) fuller then mine go to self checkout I watch and the lady says nothing to her at all so I get off line go to self checkout and immediately she comes over and tells me I can't come thru with the cart as the other woman is right there ringing up her stuff from a cart, so I asked why I can't come thru with a cart she said it's the manager rule (why this rule was not in effect 5 days ago or to anyone but me apparently is completely not understandable so I asked to speak to the manager and she rudely to me you go get a manager, then I asked her name she refused to give it to me then walked all the way down to the woman working the register to complain about me. I see a manager and ask him why she would not let me thru when I never had this issue before at any Kroger or this one 5 days earlier his response is it my rule no carts thru self check out after 10:20pm (why again was not the rule 5 days ago, why is it not posted anywhere and why dose it seem to only apply to me) so I said that is fine but another issue is she refused to get a manager and told me to do it he replied she can't leave her post. So I said she left her post to go all the way down there and talk about me to the other cashier so she can leave her post for that but not to get a manager? He refused to answer and said we are done and walked away. There was no argument or nothing that was basically the conversations. And if it is not based on race I don't know what it is as I only been in this store a few times before never seen them or had an issues with anyone. And besides that fact the have horrible customer service.

Most recently on Thursday are relative of mine did some shopping for me and had a similar experience where a female manager was at the checkout at the end of the day and she's Had rung up a heavy watermelon three times and there's only one watermelon there my relatives did not catch it until she left the store but went back later on and got the money back but the manager knew what she was doing though I had seen this kind of thing time and time again it's not a simple error they're trying to take from their customers. All in all the very accusation that they make toward me that I'm stealing every time I come in there makes no sense because you spend large volumes of money in there almost every week to where they recognize you the leadership knows what's going on cuz I file complaints about this previously but they don't care.

I asked her name and the spelling, because she was very polite and professional! I truly appreciated her kindness. It kept me from driving further and allowed me to get home sooner after a full day! I don't mind the knock off brands for what I purchased because the taste does not vary and again it's fresh food with good coloring. Door Dash had no delivery fee and I received a discount for the service fee. I will definitely keep doing it until the brakes fall off.

Through no fault of Trader Joe's itself, it's just no longer a peaceful shopping experience. Since this is my closest store, I'm still trying to figure out a good time to visit. It is always so crowded that you can't take your time to browse. The aisles aren't very wide, shopping carts are everywhere, and there are constantly employees stocking shelves and walking back and forth while you're looking. Sometimes the employees seem oblivious to customers trying to shop, which gets frustrating. I personally like Trader Joe's because I'm a single person household, and they have a lot of small packaged items that are perfect for me. I still appreciate that they have quite a few vegan and vegetarian friendly options, great snacks, some of the best prices on organic fruit, and, of course a fantastic wine selection and flowers. Prices have slightly increased, but you find that at all grocery stores lately. Things definitely add up! Their customer service is still pretty decent for the most part, and the parking lot can sometimes be a challenge. But overall, shopping here is just not what it used to be.
