Weeks!! No one ever replied or was so slow to communicate but Pastry World Bakery has an excellent coordinator. I called them and within 10 minutes, I was able to tell Anastasia what I was looking for and what I wanted. We spent a few days confirming everything I wanted for the cake and wow wow wow.. They were able to deliver the cake from Brooklyn to Queens, on time for the surprise birthday party and the cake was AMAZING. All of my guests were so amazed, they loved the theme, the design, and most of all, the FRESHness of the cake. I provided them with images from Google/Pinterest to create the custom cake and they did 100% a fantastic job. I got chocolate cake, the frosting and cake was delicious! 5 days later and we are still eating the cake. I highly highly recommend ordering a cake from them. I asked for a lot and they delivered everything, down to the big sparkler candles. I'm beyond happy and all of my guests were asking who made the cake. The red bag of weed was not provided by the bakery, it just happened to be placed next to the cake. A sochnik (plural: sochniki) is a traditional Russian and Eastern European baked pastry made from a soft, tender shortcrust or scone-like dough folded into a semi-circle and filled with sweet farmer's cheese or quark (tvorog).
