The fries and garlic noodles came out about 20 minutes after the seafood by which point we had already finished eating. We also had to flag our server down twice to follow up on the fries and garlic noodles. The service itself was okay, but the timing and lack of follow-up were frustrating. The oysters were particularly disappointing. They looked sad and were not what we expected. I also ordered a Coke Zero but received Diet Coke instead despite Coke Zero being listed on the restaurant's website. Most concerning, I became sick with what I believe was food poisoning after the meal. I can't definitively say the restaurant caused it, but the timing was concerning and made an already disappointing experience even worse. Lastly, they advertised a free appetizer for signing up for their rewards program with an entrée purchase. We signed up and purchased an entrée, but when we tried to redeem the offer, we were denied and told to use it on our next visit instead. Given our experience, there won't be a next visit. Overall, between the lukewarm food and sauce, delayed sides, disappointing oysters, incorrect drink, getting sick afterward, and the rewards promotion not being honored, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
