We got an Indian Fryeburg burger in New Mexico, but jt was not good. So we drove a little out of our way to stop in here to get a good one. We're a little older now and don't rat as much, so we often split our meals. We ordered the double patty hamburger with no mustard cut in half with a soda and chips. We tried the macaroni salad today, but since we're not fans of bell peppers, we didn't love it. Otherwise, it's kind of a tasty side dish. Everyone here is always so friendly and nice. I ordered the special, a steak and onion sandwich, while my coworker order the Cuban. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious and devoured. There is nothing specifically unique here. The sandwiches just have good ingredients, cooked well, and the combinations were thought out by someone who understands flavor profiles. The only thing that was out of place was the price point was probably $5 more per sandwich than I would typically like to pay for lunch. The uncharted is worth it (pun) given the nearby options, but does make it a place I would look to have catered or as a planned spend, rather than a spur of the moment lunch. Service was good, and staff friendly. Look forward to sharing this place with others. Thanks for having us.
