And, to get to it, you must make a u-turn if you aren't on the right side of the road... Ordering was a bit slow, donuts were fine. My drink was not good at all. Going…read moreinside or using the drive-thru does not matter; unfortunately, each time it is a slow process that seems to take forever. I am a reasonably patient person, but these wait times for coffee are very disappointing, especially as someone who gets the iced coffee; it should not be this arduous a process. On this trip the other day, I had a gift card, and that is the only reason I stopped. I waited a total of 20 minutes for an iced coffee, and there were only two cars in front of me. That is pretty crazy, especially considering I did not see large orders handed out of the window. I actually had 80 cents left on the gift card after my transaction, but I will not be using it at this location.

I will let you know the most recent, but it was pretty close to the last one. We came in on Saturday morning at around 11 AM, there was one person in front of us and there were five people total in our group (two couples and one single). The person taking the orders was probably new because he could not seem to put it in correctly. There were from what I could see three other people working there. They focus completely on drive-thru business and the people that are coming in get second-place service (if you want to call it service at all). We used the electronic kiosk to order this time because the last time a person did this they got their order right away while we ordered through the person and it took longer. True to form after we ordered a coffee and two donuts (for us at least), we got our coffee and then I had to go ask where the donuts were after 10 minutes. Last time it took 15 minutes so I guess they are improving but last time I didn't have to go ask either. The guy that was in front of us was so pissed that his order was taking so long he was ready to leave without it...anyway. I told my wife that this was the fourth time of REALLY bad service and the last time. You go to any other donut shop in the world and order a coffee and a donut and you know what you get right away after you pay....? A COFFEE AND A DONUT....! The other people in our group were talking about the subpar food they got and it didn't look good but it was not a donut and I didn't try it. If you go to the drive-thru I'm sure you will get much faster service, they should shut down the inside.

I tried the classic glazed and their seasonal apple pie glazed, and the cinnamon sugar ended up being my favorite. The donuts were fresh, soft, fluffy, and had a great texture. The staff was really sweet and patient while I took forever to decide what I wanted, and the line moved surprisingly fast. There was also plenty of seating outside. Overall, it was a really nice sweet treat and I'd definitely come back to try some other flavors. Next time I'm trying the coffee because you can't have "Joe" in the name and not make me curious about the coffee.

Not amazing but not bad. The bacon is usually crispy, which I like, I did get it once and it was limp and soggy (thumbs down). Today it was not as crispy as I would like but it was definitely mostly crispy, which I appreciated. The doughnut did not look as pretty as the pictures in the ad (not too surprising, I guess). I didn't really care for the strawberry icing so it was just as well there wasn't much on the doughnut. I did like the cotton candy flavored creme center. It was an unexpected but not unpleasant consistency, closer to marshmallow fluff than custard cream or frosting. Service was quick, not particularly friendly but not short or rude.

I tried to talk to the girl that was running the drive thru if she could check, I said excuse me 5 times and she completely ignored me. She was pouring cold brew and I know she heard me. So rude and unacceptable. Finally my breakfast sandwich came out 10 mins later and was thrown on the counter. It comes in a huge cast iron goblet, served with tortillas. It's a great price too. We also ordered a side of rice and a cheese dip. Less than $40 for lunch and everyone was full is a great deal. The space is also gorgeous. There's murals on every wall. There's even an upstairs that looks like you are climbing up a pyramid.
