I don't even do reviews but I was literally robbed at this Taco Bell. You don't have to believe me you can find out for yourself but I spent over $30 for 2 burritos, a quesadilla and 2 drinks. Mine you the burritos were only 2.39 a piece. Apart from that, I ordered 2 double beef burritos. They were the size of a cheese roll up. I could hold the burrito with one finger. I always order that particular burrito and sometimes I can't even finish it. This time I was left with an empty stomach. My son got the steak quesadilla and it was as thin as paper he ate the whole thing and said he was still hungry. All the food was very poor portions. They're literally robbing people charging them full price and not giving out the correct portions. Look up double beef burritos and you will see the actual size it's supposed to be. Forgot one of my burritos, an avocado sauce packet, and the guacamole that I paid 70cents extra for. When I asked for the guacamole, they filled the tiny container about 1/3 full. I went to this Taco Bell after waiting 20 minutes at the near by burger king to Be served. After ordering we sat for 30 minutes waiting for food. I walked to the counter to ask about my meal, but was never served. The manager said that their drive through takes priority so to accommodate that statement We went through the drive through, but he told us to "get out of his drive through and wait inside" after waiting an additional 10 more minutes our food was finally brought out to us. He told us that drive through takes priority and to just go through there next time I said I would just go to a different Taco Bell with faster service. The manager then snapped and yelled that he "doesn't care and doesn't lose any money from his check" and also mentioned that "he was the manger and got his position" insinuating that he was good enough at his job to do whatever he wanted This was a terrible experience and terrible service. read more

Don't typically review fast food, but I wasn't happy with my service here. I placed an online order and was sitting outside the restaurant when I placed it and waited for the app to tell me it was ready. Several minutes later and no update, and the restaurant looked empty, so I decided to go in. My order was sitting behind the counter and they looked at me and asked if I was Gracie. So my order was ready, they knew it was ready, and didn't decide to update the app. I take it out to eat in the car, and the nacho fries were cold, and they half squirted the side of the container of nacho cheese sauce which was not nearly as much as most Taco Bell locations give. That alone had me irritated, but still not enough for me to go back in and ask for different fries. I also ordered a soft taco and paid the extra dollar to substitute steak. When I pay extra to get steak, I expect more than one bite of steak. Really disappointed because I only placed an online order after paying $10 for the nacho fries lovers pass, and I feel like I got burnt by ordering online. I received much better service at the Kernersville location the other day, but unfortunately this is the closer location to me and I probably will be more hesitant to give them another chance. read more

This is an average Taco Bell located on University Ave. every time I have visited this Taco Bell it is not very crowded and the service has been average. It takes a while to get your food at the counter. Their first choice to get food to is the drive thru, counter service is second place. The food is average fare as any other restaurant. The service at this Taco Bell is ridiculously low. I only gave it 1 star because I had to somehow rate this sorry excuse of an establishment. My husband waited 45 mins for this piece of crap burrito. Employees are never nice or clean looking and pretty much want you to go away so they don't have to deal with you or make your food. I'd prefer to drive further for better service and a cleaner atmosphere. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. For starters they have had this wrecked vehicle in their parking lot for over a month now sitting right in front on the front doors. The cashier has these long gold nails she kept scratching her head with. The Pepsi tasted horrible and there were no utensils available. I ordered a Mexican pizza and it was missing almost all the ingredients, I ended up returning my complete order and asked for a refund which I was meet by attitudes before handing me the money. The workers had no name tags, pants hanging off their butts and the conversation they kept while cooking the food was even less desirable. I have in the past stopped eating at Taco Bells because I've had some service issues. This is the first time I've been to this particular Taco Bell and WOW they were fast courteous and made GREAT fast food! Apparently they messed up on one of the Chalupas that I ordered but they realized it before it got to me and then gave me the right one and the one that they messed up for free. I gave 1 star only because I had to for a review. I went there today for dinner using a gift card. I try to keep gift cards at even dollars so I told the guy talking my order up front that I was paying the change and to put the even dollars on the card. He promptly took the full amount off the cars. So I said I want a manager to fix his mistake. The manager came over and was unable to correct the problem. How do these people get to these positions? I in disgust said just refund my money so I could take my business elsewhere . She could not figure out how to do that either. She finally had to just give me cash back. What is so sad is all the fast food industry are so dumbed down that this is happening everywhere. They cannot work the register properly, they cannot figure out how to make change without the register telling them what a quarter looks like, and this includes the management as well . read more
