Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to find a comfortable spot to sit. I accidentally selected 7 items instead of 6, and I clearly told them multiple times that I only wanted 6 and did NOT want the extra item. Instead of fixing a simple mistake calmly, they kept raising their tone at me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism. This situation could have been handled politely in seconds, but instead it turned into a negative experience. I won't be returning, and I hope management seriously works on customer service.
