I love that they switch up the seasonal flavors and decorate to match--it adds to the charm. This trip, we all liked our choices. There is free parking on both sides of the building, and they have seating inside and outside so you can enjoy your drinks and snacks. The dessert case was pretty empty inside, not sure because it was early afternoon or if it always looks like that, but it was an unattractive sight. The service was very friendly; I was greeted right away. They offer non-dairy options, which was perfect and I had the Thai tea with boba, I think brown sugar flavor but I'm not positive. I found the drink to have a decent taste, but it was very watery. I doubt that I would return again, I typically give a place a second chance but based on the reviews it seems like this is a consistent issue.

I placed a mobile order which said it would be anywhere from 16 to 22 minutes so I figured I'd park go inside and sit. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and I liked that this location is spacious and not so small as many locations are. There was plenty of space to grab a table and sit and the pickup area was a good size so you didn't feel like you were invading others space. I grabbed a table and worked for about 5 minutes before I saw that my drink was ready (wayyyyy before the promise time so win) and as I said "thank you", one of the baristas said "have a nice day" which hey in the midst of their busyness they acknowledge me and I appreciated that. I sat for another few minutes and heard my name called and sure enough my food was ready. Again, ready wayyyyy before the promised time on the app so this was great. I thanked them as I walked away and heard someone say "your welcome"....I mean hey simple things can make customer service that much better. My drink was made just the way I ordered, the sandwich was good, service was wonderful and it was a pleasant experience. A good way to start of a Friday morning.
