Recently, I visited Dunkin and my iced coffee was made incorrectly. I asked a young lady with a bun working the window if she could fix it, and she immediately helped me with a positive attitude. Every time I come through and she is working, she is friendly, welcoming, and uplifting. She consistently provides excellent customer service and is one of the main reasons I enjoy visiting this location. Employees like her deserve recognition for their professionalism and kindness.Unfortunately, I have also witnessed behavior from another crew member that was concerning. On one occasion, I overheard her speaking sharply to the employee who was helping me, telling her she needed to decide whether she was working the window or making drinks. On another visit, I heard her raise her voice at a male coworker and say, "You don't tell me what to do, I tell you what to do."I understand that stressful days happen, especially in a busy restaurant environment, but these interactions came across as disrespectful and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Went to Dunkin' Donuts this morning. I love me some Dunkin' Donuts. But why do you work there fixing coffee and you have no idea how to fix it? I used my points to get a free ice coffee and I like my coffee sweet and a lot of flavor. I specified how many shots of creamer and caramel flavor I wanted and the coffee was nasty. You can't tell when someone has fixed your coffee correctly and wasn't rushed because all of my shots were not put in it. I go to this location often and I know what my iced coffee is supposed to taste like and that mess was way off. I had to go to work so I didn't have time to go back and have them correct it. Very disappointed I wasted my points on that mess. read more

9/10 times I come to this location they don't make my order right. It's a cold brew with sweet cold foam. It's pretty straight forward but they never but the cold foam. Today I got the same thing and when I asked for it to be added she had me open up the top of the overfilling cup, spill all over myself then proceeds to tell me to "drink some" so there's room for the cold foam. This location SUCKS since change in management!!!! I have been purchasing Cappy Blasts at Baskin Robbins-Dunkin Donuts for more than 10 years, at all Baskin Robbins throughout the country. The past 2 years I have lived in Fayetteville, GA and the closest BR to me is Riverdale, GA. I have always received great service there until recent management changes (within the past 3 months). I have been to this location several times at different times of the day and told that it is too early to make a Cappy Blast, or to come back an hour later or that they did not have enough staff to make The Blast. Blasts are on sale now and ice cream is ALWAYS in the store, however management and staff at this store always have a reason to turn you away. Is this common BR practice now, to turn away customers? My iced coffee was great just right however my sandwiches bacon egg n cheese and egg n cheese on a croissant were both cold & hard . Stopped by to get my .99 refill with my Atlanta United Cup.1 car in drive thru this should be quick..NO. not sure what all tgey ordered but it took forever and I was unable to go around to go inside. My drink iced coffee...Hazelnut Swirl was Good. The service here had gotten slow. I went inside this location 2 weeks prior to get Ice cream fron the Bask in Robbins side. They lady act like she didn't know how to scoop ice cream into a pint cup. REALLY. she asked for assistance from the other worker she walked her through what to do..but she still struggled. Meanwhile the store is filling with customers..i think that made her more anxious and nervous. I was given 2 doughnuts for my wait. Thank you. I will give them another chance. There are two different crews at this Dunkin' Donuts, and they could not be more different than night and day. The morning crew are polite, helpful, efficient, and almost always on point. The staff are friendly, and the drive-thru line, which is almost packed, moves pretty quickly. Then there's the late afternoon/night crew. They are rude, unhelpful, unmotivated, and inefficient. They operate under the illusion that they should be paid to socialize with each other and the friends that stop by to see them. They reluctantly take your order, because they are not being paid to actually work...right. Here's an example of what you can expect if you go to this Dunkin Donuts after the morning crew leaves. My sister and I went in to buy a delicious ice cream cake for our birthday. We only see one person at a register, a young lady on the Dunkin Donuts side. We walk up to her register. She mumbles something and just walks off. So my sister and I go to the Baskin Robbins side. We have to wait for a while before someone comes to the register. Eventually a guy who moves so slow and mumbles because, after all, he might be just a little bit high, comes to the register. He spends minutes on the register trying to ring up one cake; so he's not being trained properly, or he might be too inebriated to work, not sure which one. He eventually gets the manager's help. She reluctantly comes over and tells him how to ring us out. He finally gets the job done, and we have been waiting in the DD/BR for almost ten minutes (no other customers inside) to get one cake rung out. When he is finally finished, he does not offer to add Happy Birthday or anything else to our cake. We just want to leave at this point, so we don't insist on it. Not sure if this crew is just incompetent, unintelligent, unmotivated, or just reluctant to wait on white customers. Either way, they are toxic to this business. Overall, I am giving this store 3 stars because the morning crew are consistently excellent, and frankly the only reason I return to this restaurant. read more

I have become extremely disappointed in this location on 85 Hwy. For the second time, I have been cheated with money incorrectly and maliciously charged to my card. The first time I let it slide, however I considered it just downright disrespectful this time. I have been making purchases from this location for a long time, so this new management is a big disappointment. Using my mobile app, I used the offer of making a purchase and getting a free medium iced coffee. At the window, I was given my coffee and when I asked for the snacking bacon that I ordered with it, I was told that they no longer sell snacking bacon. When I complained that my debit card had been charged, I was told that I should figure out how to get it refunded on the app. I was also informed that a manager was not on the premises when I asked for one. Went this morning with my family. The staff was really polite and the store was clean. We ordered 3 breakfast meals to go - two with sandwiches and one with donuts. It took over 20 minutes for our food to be ready - there was clear confusion in the kitchen and they had to ask us to confirm out order multiple times. Other people were brining there orders back in because they were wrong and it just added to the confusion. When our meal was finally ready they forgot the hash browns and when they got them there were 4 in the bag. It wasn't even worth it to say anything. Maybe today was an off day but I would only go again if I had a lot of time. read more

Tonight was the worst service which I was shocked because usually the staff is very friendly. I went to drive through I was the last customer before closing. The lady at the drive thru that was on the speaker was rude and trying to rush me on placing my order. I ordered a large cold brew vanilla extra light and sweet, but she put so much sugar in there that I could not even drink it all the sigar which was 3 tablespoons of sugar waa settled at the bottom and I drank maybe a few large sips and had to pullover to throw up. Also she failed to provide me a receipt her attitude was piss poor and whoever made the drinks needs to be retrained. Around 2:30 pm the associates were using too much profanity in their conversations. I had to listen to "what the f***", "s***", "n*****" and "b****". One of them even called a customer a b**** after she had left the shop. The only thing enjoyable was my White Chocolate Latte, it was great. Yesterday, 4/9/15 I went to this store...mind I frequent this store a great deal until! I tried to order 1 dozen donuts last night...the server dropped one of the donuts on the floor, it's what happened after...after picking up and throwing out the donut, continued to use the same paper that dragged on the floor to get the donut up off the floor to put more donuts in the box being sold to me. When I asked her if she was serious, she crushed up the paper and threw it in the box, that I was to purchase. One of the owners/managers happened over to the donut area...I told him what happened and commented that the 3 double chocolate donuts already in the box should not be sold to anyone! He did NOT even acknowledge me but rather took the dirty paper out of the box and replace it with the already contaminated donuts. I told them that was very unsanitary, left and sat in my vehicle for a few minutes watching as they put those donuts out of the box BACK on the shelve with other donuts!!!
