This Krispy Kreme location missed the mark on the signature glaze. It's like an imitation of the original version. I've had Krispy Kreme donuts many times and I've never seen them like this.
Quick and easy pick up at this small location near Herald Square. There is no seating and really meant to just grab and go. No restroom. The staff were great! Smiling and fast service! Picked up a good variety of donuts for a party.
One of my favorite Krispy Kreme locations, unfortunately the Flatiron location shuttered- which used to be my go to as my school was right nearby! I love that this location is conveniently located near KTown, and you are also right next to a Paris Baguette so your sweet haven is right at your fingertips! I am a loyal lover and enthusiast of Krispy Kreme donuts and have been for a long time. What personally stands out to me is that the donuts are actually fully soaked in glaze, and then stuffed with icing or filling and topped with an icing or coating / sprinkles / toppings. This amplifies the first bite and the entire experience of enjoying a Krispy Kreme. Even the classic glazed donut, is entirely soaked if not crusted in glaze. I absolutely love the explosion of sweetness in your mouth from biting into a donut, and this location always has the new seasonal flavors, as well as a constant rotation of fresh donuts available to purchase. I recently stopped by to pickup the Halloween themed donuts and I was extremely impressed with the quality and freshness of them. The staff here is also friendly and welcoming. The location is small so you can't really sit inside, but I prefer enjoying them at home with a nice hot cup of coffee anyway. I love how they are constantly coming up with creative takes and renditions in their traditional menu, and will be coming back here over and over to try the new flavors!
Haven't had Krispy Kreme donuts for years now! Was near the area and decided to get a quick bite for breakfast on a weekday. It was not crowded. However, the service was not great! The cashier/staff kept telling me to stand in line when I was still browsing for what my family and I wanted as I was looking what donuts they had available. Felt like it was rude. Also, when it was my turn, they didn't have one of the lattes that I wanted to order. Seems a bit early at 11:00am on a Thursday to be out of things so quickly? Well overall, not the best experience but do love their donuts as they are so soft!
Late night of food and drinks called for some donuts and the other bakery shops were closed. But you can found on Krispy Kreme to be open. The store front is small and you gotta' know what you want when it is your turn to order. We got a 6 pack - all jelly or frosting filled donuts. One was a whimsical Santa Clause coat with "cookies and cream" filling. You get the "pun" right. 3.5 Stars Service is quick and the server was friendly enough for the evening crowd. Donuts itself- 3.5 Stars - a 6 pak of jelly or frosting filled donuts covered in a sugary glaze will put you in a coma, a heart attack or ready to get a diabetes check. JK - it is a lot sugar, so drink lots of water or do What the NYPD does - have Coffee with them. All jokes aside the NYPD does and did a fantastic job when we here for New Years Eve. We felft safe all the time. So if you have a hankering for donuts and the other places are close, don't fret cuz your friendly Krispy Kreme will leave the "red light" on for you. Until they turn it off. Sorry no pics of the 6 pak donuts but enjoy the Santa Donut!
This location is really small, compare to the rest of the branches; Was in a hurry to catch a Broadway show and wanted to grab a snack beforehand. Ordered six of their mini donuts; It wasn't bad, but not as fresh as the regular size original glazed donuts. I remembered savoring one of their fresh, hot donuts right off the conveyor belt when I was younger, hoping my daughter will be able to enjoy the same experience as I had, but not this time. The mini donuts were a bit harden. Hopeful to one day go to the Times Square branch and wait for the fresh, hot donuts.
Stopped by to get a couple dozen doughnuts for work. Just a nice Friday sweet treat, it was a hit. Everyone enjoyed the assortment of flavors. Personally, I only had the original glazed (well... I had two of these) as that is my favorite. I downloaded the app and ordered for pick up and the whole experience from the app to the store pick up was very easy and efficient.
Came here for the free dozen deal and the line was relatively quick. The staff was very helpful in taking my order. The store is spacious and clean and the donuts were freshly made and still warm when I got home.
I love how friendly the staff is at this location. Service is always quick. I stopped by during the week of the eclipse and they were having these Oreo eclipse themed doughnuts. It was buttercream filling and the top was chocolate with an Oreo. It didn't really taste like chocolate but it was still tasty. My usual go to is a chocolate custard doughnut. I think the ones from Krispy Kreme is better than donut donuts.
This Krispy Kream was clean, organized and had some good air conditioning. Now I'm no fan of Krispy Kream but my children are so whenever I do buy from them it's for my girls. This particular time they had flavors I just knew my girls would loved. So I picked up two Strawberry Shortcake donuts. They loved them just like I knew they would. So this is the reason for the four stars. I would return to this particular location again if I'm in the area because customer service was excellent. -Happy Yelping!
It was a very Joyful experience with Krispy Kreme today. I registered as their membership and got a free donut. The staff is so so so nice and friendly. I got the banana puddin donut. It's super delicious. What makes me happy even more is their service. Absolutely the staff warm smile, and positive attitude made my day. Love it!
On a recent Uber trip, my driver raved about the Krispy Kreme Twix doughnut. She specifically said she was going to clock out of driving so that she could make it home to enjoy it before her boyfriend ate it first! She was very convincing so I decided to give it a try. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are nice when freshly baked and warm, but I am most familiar with their classic glazed and haven't tried many of their flavored options. The Twix doughnut was pretty tasty, but extremely sweet. It had heavy caramel frosting with bits of Twix sprinkled on top. I also tried the cake batter doughnut which was filled with vanilla frosting. It was also super sweet but I enjoyed the frosting filling. Both are worth a try, but I don't think I was quite as enamoured as my Uber driver was!

It's a really small shop with no seats inside or outside so purely just to grab and go. The staff was friendly and kind. I always love a good classic glazed donut, which you can never go wrong with. But today, I decided to get the glazed blueberry cake donut. I'm a huge fan of cake donuts and they made it really well here. The cake was moist, not dry at all. I was able to taste the blueberry and the glaze was slightly much for me but I can see others liking it.
Very convenient location to pick up some Krispy Kreme whether on the way to work or on the way home from shopping in the Herald Square area. Assortment of regular donuts and mini donuts.. get a few or a dozen. They have specialty themed donuts with promotions so look out for those... the Pokemon donuts are still available for a limited time out but the cups are sold out already :( Gotta catch 'em all! Too cute to eat! If you're not a Krispy Kreme member yet, sign up for the app to earn rewards and offers. This location is smaller than the other locations and bigger than the location in Penn Station. Depending on the collaboration, this location may have the donuts (Pokémon- no Pikachu/Poke ball but have Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, or Jigglypuff) or don't have (Harry Potter) especially if you don't want to walk to Times Square at their big store. The employees are helpful whether they have the item or not. read more

I LOVE Krispy Kreme! It's a shame they don't have one in Long Island so once in awhile, I venture out to the city to get some. I chose this location because it was the closest one from Chinatown. I found parking about two blocks away and it was around 10 am. I decided to do their sweet or treat Saturday deal, which was buy a dozen donuts, get a dozen (glazed) for a $1 and I got their last dozen of glazed! I'm surprised they ran out so quickly since it was still pretty early. The customer behind me asked when they'll be making more glazed and they said, not for awhile. Guess it's my lucky day! The service was great and all the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 dozen donuts were devoured amongst 5 people in 2 days. They were SO delicious even on the next day at room temperature. Everyone's favorite was the regular glazed donut, you can't go wrong with that one. Can't wait to go back for more! read more

My husband LOVES his Krispy Kreme. The store is small, but the service is fast and they seem to have a good offering of doughnuts. With COVID, the tiny-ness of the place makes it somewhat awkward and I imagine in a non-COVID world it must me a pain in the butt with the long line to get in. But, the service was friendly, the doughnuts were fresh and my hubby was happy. Can't beat that. read more

This Krispy kreme is nice and small. Its a spot where you make a quick pit stop. You order, pay and get out. I stopped by to get a simple donut as they were doing a promotion. I entered around 1:15 pm and it was empty. Normaly this place can hold 3-4 people at a time. The staff immediately greeted me and was able to have a small chit chat. I ordered one if the donuts but couldn't tell them the name as it was covered. They immediately took the cover off and thanked me for letting them know. The nice staff there complimented my short and told me to have a nice day. This place was super friendly. read more

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and am so excited we have a few in NYC now. But I love them more now because they are taking care of healthcare workers during this time of crisis. Grand opening today Feb 4! Love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. But New York only has one store in Penn station. I'm so glad they open another location. And on the flyer, it said the time square flag store will be opening in May 2020! Can't wait! I love their original glaze so much. It's so soft. Can't go wrong with that. I like to microwave just few sec. it's little warm and taste even better! And Valentine's Day is coming. They have lots of special one for that. Very cute! I got here around 8:00pm today. There are 2 lines. One you can grab a box to go. ( prob all original one) no wait. Another line is to enter the store. Which takes me about 10 mins to wait. read more

Great experience at this location. The people were upbeat, friendly and I felt like they just made it a good transaction generally speaking. Justin (cashier) also offered a promo in the future if I filled out a survey which was nice. Today was the last day of their oreo donuts sale so I had to swing by KK and try 'em. Ordered half a dozen and glad I did. The oreo donuts weren't so great as I hoped for. It lacked the actual oreo flavor. The glazed oreo donut just had a creme filling and tasted nearly almost identical to an original glaze. The oreo "cookie over the top" was better because of the cookie on top. Without that, it would have been just a glazed donut for me. Donuts tasted fresh which was great! This KK is a pick up and go type of location. No seating; tight space. The store has a limited capacity of 3 people so please follow their guidelines. Masks are required. If you want rewards, download the app for perks and promos. I've been going to the Times Square location and was happy to see that there's one closer to my job! Came to this location to try the Biscoff donuts. KK donuts are amazing on their own but the Biscoff had me comin' back every week!! Anywho, the guys who work here are so nice! My 2nd week returning, one of the gents asked me if I wanted to fill out a survey. I actually do those things so, yeah, sure! Filled it out, printed out my...survey number or whatever it's called. Went back for more Biscoffs and presented my survey number. Now, guys...I do remember the brother tellin' me that it would be for a dozen free donuts. But I was thinkin' maybe I'd misheard him. Twelve free glazed KK's just for fillin' out this survey!? Yeah, that's gotta be a mistake. Maybe he said "one donut" and my belly took over and made me hear "one dozen." Nope! When I presented my survey number, I was blessed with a whole box! Twelve Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. Fairy tales do come true, children! This location is considerably smaller than the Times Square location. You're not gonna be sittin' and takin' pix n' all that. Just in and out and fortunately, the gents who work here keep everything moving quickly and smoothly! R.I.P. waistline. Meh, you haven't been small in decades so what's a couple of extra inches? I came here on a Monday morning for a doughnut. The place was a bit small but masks and social distancing were enforced during COVID-19 times. I ordered a pumpkin spice original glazed doughnut. They had other seasonal fall doughnuts: pumpkin spice cake, pumpkin spice cinnamon roll, and pumpkin spice original filed cheesecake. The pumpkin spice original glazed doughnut was soft and had a hint of pumpkin spice flavor. It was fresh and not too sweet. FYI - if you sign for the Krispy Kreme Rewards app, you can get free doughnuts. read more

Another convenient location of KK! This is probably one of the smallest KK in the city, but don't worry, they have ample selections of donuts including the seasonal/limited edition ones! No seating inside or outside, but Bryan Park is just 3 streets away if you wanna sit down and enjoy your donuts while people watching. Very friendly staff and great service too! read more
Krispy Kreme is on the comeback trail. First, last week they opened the revamped last remaining NYC outpost at Pen Station. Now this week they open this shop on 6th Ave and they plan two more openings, one in May for a Flagship mega size shop in the heart of Times Square. I came today and got the doughnut holes since I never had them before, which only comes in the original classic glazed version in cups or in a small box of 24 at less than $6 and they tastes just like the big round cousins. Before I knew it I ate the equivalent of almost 3 doughnuts because as you know Krispy Kreme original glaze is what propelled them to national awareness and reprograms your brain to want more. They also have a wide assortment of coffees and chocolate drink options as while as other cold drinks. The shop is small but well staffed to handle the constant flow of customers. read more

I was craving donuts and definitely satisfied my craving. This place is smaller than the other locations but the quickest one I've been to. I ordered a dozen donuts and my favorite ones are cake batter and chocolate glazed. The regular glazed is always number 1 but I wanted to try different items. It was neatly packaged and will go back whenever I'm in the city. read more
Came here after brunch. Had wanted to check out the new Krispy Kreme flagship store i read about. Unfortunately, this wasn't it (Doh!..). This KK outpost has no seating, & is quite small. I bought a 'pack of 3' since i'd made the trek. Not sure if my taste buds are evolving, as i thought that some of the donuts were sweeter then i remembered (especially the jelly filled one). Staff was super nice; & friendly. *KK flagship store will be open in May (per store employee) read more

So glad there's a Krispy Kreme at this location now! It just opened and is super packed at all tImes. Love the variety of flavors and the pleasant service of the super warm staff. I got the Chocolate Kreme Heart and my friend got NewYork Cheesecake. Both amazing in their own ways. read more

I rarely see Krispy Kreme stores for some reason. I had no idea they have mini-donuts too which were a nice snack. They have all sorts of flavors here and we picked up a dozen donuts. The doughnuts are always fresh and have this lightness to them that Dunkin Donuts don't have. The glazed donut is the classic and you can't go wrong with that one. I wanted to try some of the newer donuts but maybe next time. read more
