I'm writing this email to share with you that on October 23 2021 at 9:50PM at your store in Menifee Ca I was greeted by a male employee at your store who stated he was the store manager and that I cannot have his name he stated to me that the drive thru was closed early and the store also was closed early because of minors who work at the store and cannot work past 10PM and so that in order for him to close on time he decided to close early and cannot let anyone in the drive thru or in the store mind you I'm having to drive my senior handicapped parent around for miles to get to your establishment as your website shows closed hours is 10PM as well as your Yelp and Google posted hours show. So I decide to call the store at 951-672-0035 who the I was then greeted by the same male who shared with me again the reason why he cannot take my order when again I asked him for his name and shared with him I will send a complaint to corporate he the begin to say that he could not hear me over the phone and that my phone call was breaking out he then hung up on me. I have included screen shots of my call record with time stamp about my call for about two minutes as I talked to him I then called back at 10 PM to be hung up on. Please talk to your employee at this store about his customer service skills and manager skills as he represented him self as a store manager and refused to share even his first name. Today 12-12-23 all day the Krispy Kreme add on social media was advertised saying a you could get a dozen glazed donuts for $1. We went to the Menifee Krispy Kreme and were told through the drive through they were out of all donuts. Then, they said they have glazed. We ordered one dozen. At the window they said it was 18.99. We asked about the special for $1 and we were told they only did by one dozen get one dozen free. So your company falsely advertised the $1 for a dozen on multiple platforms. Unbelievable I love donuts i use to work for a Dunkin' Donuts when I was young but Krispy Kreme are the bomb. Unfortunately they have a rule of not serving walk-in customers donuts that are on the drive-through area. I think this is just stupid. Customer is a customer inside or out. For a place that makes ONE SINGLE ITEM, this place needs to learn from McDonald's or somewhere about improving efficiency. You place a mobile order and they are never ready when I walk in. I've been enjoying the more recent visits here. Maybe because they haven't been as busy on my particular visits. I saw a youtuber feature their summer fruit flavor donuts and I had to try them for myself. Came in with a special promotion on my app: buy one dozen, get one dozen original glaze for free. Great deal!! Helpful guys at the register. Even kindly gave me an idea water. My family's favorites are the original glaze, maple glaze and chocolate glaze. This place is VERY BAD... We order easter donuts to ensure that we will get them for the kids. One day before. The earliest we can come and pick them up according to the website was at 9 o'clock in the morning. You figure if you do a pre-order you are insured to get donuts. That did not happen. The manager did not care what happen. all she said was sorry... they we're not making any more into 11 o'clock or 12 o'clock noon. This is the 3rd order at this location that has been bad. First time we didn't get what we ordered. Second time we ordered jelly doughnut and got a dz donuts with no filling as they didn't fill them and now a pre-order that was paid for was presumably sold to a person that walked in. read more

I wrote a review for this place but I guess it got deleted? I'm not sure, but anyway. I came here during grand opening week and the line outside to get in wasn't too bad. I think it moved faster than the drive thru. My kids got to see the doughnuts made and come off the conveyor belt. I left with a dozen doughnuts, chocolate milks for my kids and juice for me. It wasn't too bad and I got the app to get points. Second time I came here, I went through the drive thru and their doughnuts were almost out of everything, on a Saturday, at 2 pm, so I came home with half a dozen doughnuts. Stopped to get donuts for the weekend breakfasts. We live 20 mins away so don't usually get Krispy Kreme, but I was nearby so decided to stop. Had a 50% off a chocolate glazed dozen with the purchase of another dozen. Picked an assorted dozen. Shame on me for not checking the box before I left. Worst Krispy Kreme location! I showed up here this morning at 7:30AM on Valentine's Day expecting it to be busy but when I showed up it was worse than expected. The drive thru was closed! They had cones blocking the entrance. Inside the store there was about 20-25 people who looked extremely annoyed standing in line, the line wasn't moving at all. There was only one cashier who was taking her sweet time. The rest of the employees had absolutely no urgency to help out and get the line moving. It wasn't understaffed at all. The employees were staring at people in line lol Also, if you ordered ahead you had to stand in the same line. After waiting about 10 minutes of observing the staff I decided to leave. read more

What an unorganized mess. I ordered 4 dozen of the special Valentine's Day donuts in advance online to make sure they didn't run out. These were meant for my 4 teams at work as a special treat. Pick up time was 6:30am to make sure I get to work on time. So my expectation was to go to the store at 6:30, have my donuts ready and waiting, easy pick up, and leave. The reality: coming into the store, there were multiple people there waiting. There was a "mobile pick up" sign so I went there. The 2 ladies behind the counter were desperately trying to keep up with all the customers while ignoring the online order line. There was one lady in front of me that was ignored for 5 minutes before someone finally made eye contact with her and started her order. I told the staff that I had an order to pick up at 6:30 and she told me "there are many online orders, we'll get to you". She then told me there was only one line so I waited in the mobile pick up line for over 5 minutes while other customers were taken ahead of me. At 6:40 an employee finally told me they would be getting my donuts now. They weren't even packed up yet, they still had to fill the boxes. And of course they now ran out of the Valentine's day boxes and had to give me one plain box even though multiple customers that came after me walked out with a Valentine's day box. It would be nice to talk to a manger to see 1) why do have the option for online ordering if I still have to wait in line like everybody else and the order is not done at the time you told me they would be ready? 2) how on earth can you run out of the Valentine's day boxes less than 2 hours after you open when you know that this is probably one of the busiest days of the year and the boxes are advertised everywhere? and 3) how little do you value your employees since they were clearly understaffed during such a busy time and then have to deal with upset customers because they don't have the supplies they need? The car in front of me tried to over many different types of donuts and then got so frustrated they just canceled order and drive off. I thought I would be safe trying to order a raspberry-filled (which they were out of) and an original glazed. Since I was already there I did get just a couple of the basic donuts and a cup of coffee but should have left 1 donut was cold and so was coffee which I had to dump. Arrived at 10:51 pm, attempted to walk in and doors were locked. Assumed drive thru only so we made our way through the drive-thru. Two workers (ladies) avoided eye contact til we gestured to the store hours. One of the ladies walked over while the other stood close by, glowering. We asked if we could order and the lady stated that they were closed (after looking at the clock). It was 10:56 during this interaction and we asked if they closed at 11. She responded saying, "yes", but the lady said they were closed anyway. The time it took to ignore customers and close earlier than stated closing time, could have been used to complete a quick order. With that being said, this is my new spot, after all, most of my orders are for the kids or staff members. I ordered online for my son to pick up on the way to school today. A code wasn't working so I called to make them aware. Bill the manager was clearly under pressure as today is the last school day before break and everyone had the same idea. Absolutely the WORST customer service. This was a last minute stop and I usually do not even go here but I figured I would check it out and I will not be back. Drive thru service is not friendly. You ask for items and the service is not friendly or helpful and does not even seem inviting. Then upon paying and receiving items the drive thru worker (which was a heavier set person and given the receipt it says the name James but I do see others have had bad experiences also by this person) handed me all the drinks at once and one was a milk for my child which ended up falling under my car and the worker proceeded to tell me "it's not open it's fine". I will not hand my child a milk that fell on the dirty oiled pick up lane and then give it to my child to hold and drink from. Then proceeded to tell me before giving me the rest of my order to get out of my car to hand it to him to hopefully get a new one after I give him the one on the ground. I'm not sure how sanitary that is and then for him to possibly try to hand this same drink to another person considering he didn't care. As I was already bothered by the entire experience and tried to get back in my car to get back to the window to get the rest of my order he then tried to hand me everything directly out of the window before I could even get back in my car. I find that extremely rude. All in all this was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had in a donut/coffee place. I have had much better customer service in other coffee shops. There was no line for this worker to hand me everything at once as if I was being rushed. Will not be here again. Not worth it. read more
