They only get that second star because the donuts can't be beat. However, this is the most disappointing Krispy Kreme I've ever been to. The owners and managers should be embarrassed. The window to see the donut process was filthy and looked like employees had thrown glazed donuts at it. It looks like it's never been cleaned. My kids were even grossed out, and kids don't generally notice these kinds of things. The floor was filthy upon walking in, trash everywhere. Not a single employee greeted us. The manager (I'm assuming, he was dressed in all black) was the only one moving with a purpose. However, you could tell he hates his job just by his demeanor. The employees? Three of them standing chatting at the drive thru window, one girl was actually doing her job and getting the donut orders. Wish I had gotten her name... It's obvious this location opened before they were ready. My opinion is they need to shut down for a week or so to retrain their staff and teach them some customer service. We were so excited for this location to open, but we won't be back anytime soon. So disappointing. read more

My husband and I went to the humble store at a quarter till 5:00 Wednesday 9-30-2023. My husband was excited to get hot donuts at 5:00 so we arrived 15 minutes early. They just started the donuts going around on the conveyor belt when you looked over when they were coming up to be iced all the iceing was on the floor I mean tons and tons of icing all over the floor. So the cooked donuts are coming around ready to be iced only that there was no icing coming out of the machine it was all going on the floor they proceeded to get the icing off the floor and got a water hose and was spraying the icing on the floor and it was splattering up all over the cooked donuts I never seen anything like that in my life! The little girl that ran the front started laughing she thought it was funny! Cook donuts for spinning around the conveyor belt icing was all over the floor the water hose was going water was flying up all over getting some of the employees wet they were all giggling about it! No one for 15 minutes said a word to us there was a long line of cars waiting for their hot donuts I've never been more disgusted in my life! No one said a word to us standing there until finally I said well what are y'all think is going to happen and the young girl was rude and said we don't know when we're going to have this fixed. So we left I will never never go back to this place again! I have left a review before and it was not a good one the people in there are extremely rude! Look, it's KRISPY KREME for crying out loud. And they've only been open for a few weeks. Of course the lines are absurdly long. Of course they're selling out of donuts. This is Texas! The state where everything is bigger - including our obsession with chewy deep-fried dough, thinly covered in deliciously crisp, sugary goodness! I've been a few times since they opened. I experienced excellent customer service and they had plenty of delicious donuts on hand. Best of all, the beautiful red light glistened as I arrived, so my first donut was free! YUM. Absolutely disappointed! First I waited 30 mins waiting in the drive only to wait another 10 mins for someone to take my order. I asked for 6 hot glazed donuts and a strawberry chiller. I receive cold donuts and a messy sticky cup . I told the young girl at the window that the donuts are cold and she stated that's all she had. This has to be one of the worst locations. They didn't have half the things on their menu. No cake donuts. No nuts on top. Just original. And maybe some Kreme filled. The best Krispy Kreme EVER! All the bad reviewers on here must have been having a really bad day. The staff was kind, professional and fast. When we walked in we were greeted by literally everyone. The place was clean and the bathrooms are very nice. But the donuts. They are absolutely AMAZING. We got to sample the blueberry glaze that had just rolled off the belt and it was mouth watering. The filled donuts, especially raspberry, were delicious . I have to mention the staff once more. They were so sweet and they went about their work cheerfully. I don't understand how people called them slow. They were anything but slow. I grew up in Georgia and that's all we had were Krispy Kreme so I know what the donuts should LOOK like and TASTE like. Today it took 15 min in the drive threw just to get a dozen of very sorry looking doughnuts. I would be understanding if the line was long but there were only two cars in front of me. They didn't have classic sour cream or blueberry and so we only got what is pictured below.
