They also have amazing Grande Quesadillas, Jumbo Burritos and Tortas along with amazing Charro Beans. The Aguas Frescas and Horchata are so bomb!!!!! We frequent here at least 3-4 monthly. Not sure how I missed a review here after all the times I've been here. Tucked behind the Valero at 1960 and Pinehurst is the best food truck in the NorthEast side of town. The Tortas are big and they've all been excellent. The owner is nice and their health score is 100. That's saying a lot about the quality and care that goes into the food you get here. Add to that one of the best salsa verde's I have had and some great street tacos and you really don't need to look any further for lunch and dinner if you want an authentic Mexican food truck. It's becoming an institution here in Atascocita despite being pretty hidden. When a restaurant can make it with a bad location, you know you're in for something special. Come on a nice day and they have picnic tables with umbrellas or get some to go. They package the food well for travel. read more
