Service was good and pretty fast. The place was styled like an ice cream shop and has a fun ambiance. This is the main reason I'm giving 3 stars. Unfortunately I did not like these donuts at all. The concept was fun and was really hoping they would be great. The donut itself is overly sweet. Combined with the ice cream just made it harder to enjoy and I'm still not including the toppings for each of the ones we got. I had maybe a quarter of each because I couldn't handle just the overall sweetness of this. Didn't feel there was anything amazing about these and just cannot find a reason to recommend. However I think kids would so love these but if you have a very limited sweet tooth I do not recommend. read more

I have to come back and try this place for what they are known for...mashup type items. I had no idea what this place was. I saw a sign that said to order a shirt that stated, "I love Yonutz!" That was enough to make my silly self want to go inside. While inside, I saw a Mrs. Pacman arcade and a giant connect four game... curiosity peaked for certain. I was getting off work, so I just wanted to grab doughnuts, but I see I shorted myself of an opportunity. Why did I see this woman put ice cream and cookies in between two doughnuts? She took that doughnut concoction and put it in a press that heated up the item. I felt crazy just getting doughnuts at that point, but I was ready to get home. Just know this, these doughnuts are light and tasty. My frugal meter isn't in love with this place, but sometimes you have to treat yourself. I like that they offer small and large donuts and other creations such as donuts with ice cream in the middle. I went with the four pack of mini donuts so I could try a variety of flavors. The donuts are fresh and the staff is really friendly, there is some seating indoors as well. I really enjoyed the churro and the birthday cake flavors. The chocolate one was good as well, but I wasn't a huge fan of the marshmallow. I had wished it had more chocolate to be more of a s'mores rather than just marshmallow. read more

It was an experience when we came to visit Thursday night. Our gps was very silly so don't fret if your gps takes you on a round-about way. The place is small but they are fun and lively. We enjoyed watching how our order was made. A donut with ice cream inside, then rolled in this cinnamon and sugar coating. I ordered their shakes and it was good, pricy but good. It's decorated pink and girly which I loved, the staff were so nice too. I feel bad for the rating. I really really wanted to love it. The ice cream was just okay- may have been the flavors we got. We got Party animal and cookie dough. We got a Hella Nutella milkshake which was pretty good but nothing to write home about. I got a biscoff smashed donut it was REALLY good, however after about 2 bites it was too much to eat. So incredibly rich. Service was good, it was mostly teenagers working but, they were super polite and helpful. The shop itself is really cute. This is a review about expectations. I'd never had a smash donut or smash milkshake so I was game for whatever. I opted for the smash milkshake -it tasted significantly different than a regular milkshake because of the donut pieces inside. I can't say it was good or bad, it merely took some getting used to as I sipped. I will say that I ordered the Oreo flavor thinking it would taste more like a cookies and cream shake but I can't say that I ever really got that flavor. The mini donut on top confirmed that it was the actual taste of the donut that I didn't particularly care for -mostly because it had a slight indistinct aftertaste. In short, I think their recipe is different from Shipleys but more like those you find in grocery stores... I still want to try the smashed donut so I plan to return with some other sweet lovers. Also I have to say it was a nice crowd of people inside when I arrived but I ordered within 5 mins and had my shake within 3 mins of ordering. I think everyone waiting on donuts had a longer wait so keep that in mind. I also overheard the staff explaining the menu to customers who walked in and they were really nice and excited which made me like the place even more. I was in the Kingwood area searching for some tasty dessert when I spotted this place. I just had to find out what all the fuss was about! It was busy, but had enough time to look over the menu to make a decision. To my surprise they had not only smash doughnuts with ice cream, but assorted doughnuts and milkshakes! I was very excited because most of the time it is either doughnuts or ice cream so to have both was a match made in Heaven. I had the Biscoff butter smash doughnut and loved it was just the right amount of sweetness with caramel without being too overbearing. Also, the doughnut is just enough to get your hands on without the ice cream dripping into your hand and I appreciate it. The taste was nothing like I had before and was so happy I decided to stop here! It is very colorful inside and brought me back to my youth with the upbeat music. I would definitely recommend to come here for a cute date, catch up with a friend, or an outing with the kids. Also, if you come with a group have everyone try a different flavor doughnut they have TONS of flavors! Busy busy place...I thought the newness would've worn off by now! It's bright and cherry and when we were there it was straight Beyoncé coming outta the speakers. We opted for a variety of items on our trip. I personally ordered the Pebble Rebel and it was like eating a donut dipped in strawberry cereal milk! The coolness, the crunch, and warmth of the donut was delicious, my daughter couldn't keep her spoon outta of it. Speaking of spoons, they're temperature activated and change colors. Not sure if it was because of the weather, but when we went they were only doing online orders. We ordered for pickup asap and they were ready within 15 minutes. You can pick and choose what flavors you want in your multi box. To me the flavors were a lot better than that you would get of Voodoo donut. The donuts weren't as sweet as theirs. Cute place...never has gluten free donuts like they advertise. We have gone in multiple times - they are always out. And the gluten free donuts allegedly have holes in the middle so you can't smash it with anything.
