We were in the area and figured we would stop by to get our free glazed doughnut with our COVID vaccine cards. They didn't even look at the cards so anyone could go and just say they got the vaccine to get the free doughnut. I also wanted to get a few other doughnuts since we don't go there that much anymore. I got the birthday cake and Reese's filled. They were both somewhat dry and tasted a little old. I like the birthday cake flavor but after awhile it gets a little sickening. Usually my husband and I always split our doughnuts, so when I just have half it's not bad. But he didn't want any so I had to eat it all. I also got a couple of minis. I didn't realize they were kind of a ripoff, 2 for $2.29 I think? When a regular doughnut is about $1.50. They should have been 2 for $1. They were also more dry than the other doughnuts. I did like the Easter one with all the colored sugar on top, tasted like peeps. The glazed doughnut is pretty good though. It's soft and melts in your mouth and sweet enough but not too sweet. It's kind of light and doesn't make you feel too full either. Staff wasn't too friendly either. They seemed annoyed that i was taking awhile to decide on flavors and kept asking me how many I was getting. We really don't come here anymore because we've been going to better quality gourmet and/or custom doughnut places. But since we were in the area and got a free doughnut we figured why not. But I don't know if we will come back. Maybe only if they have some really special or crazy flavor. I would say this place is slightly above Dunkin' Donuts

My wife really enjoys Krispy Kreme and I'm a huge fan of the sour cream donut, when they have it. Otherwise, I just don't get the Krispy Kreme hype. This location is the one I go to the most, because there aren't any other closer. At least four times that I can think of, they didn't get their shipment of donuts in when the website said that some stupid donut was debuting. Oh wow, a donut that has some weird picture on it, but tastes like every other donut they have... I have to go get it for my wife to make her happy for eleven seconds... So that's the thing, they don't make their donuts there. I'm not even sure if they make the plain ones, but they do glaze plain ones there on occasion. Watching that machine is one of my favorite parts of going here. The staff are usually friendly, trying to upsell more donuts, which won't work on me, since my wife only wants those more expensive ones that looks like the sun or who knows what else. If you love Krispy Kreme, you aren't reading this review, since you already know about this place. Fanatics of this brand would get mad for me saying that I don't know how it tastes any different from Dunkin Donuts.

I saw Krispy Kreme had mini donuts, at only about 125 calories per, this is donut balance

I wish I could give it 4 stars but I found out the donuts are made off site.. BOO. There is plenty of parking in the shopping strip mall lot. They have tons of varieties of donuts for you to choose. They have a case for cold drinks as well. No idea on the coffee since I don't drink the stuff. In the back you can see the glazing machine which is pretty cool. My son was able to put on a bakers Krispy Kreme hat while he watched the donuts being glazed. We only picked up 1 donut which was $1.15 inc tax. - a bit steep ESPECIALLY since the donuts are made offsite. They do have an eat in section which is pretty cool. I wanted to check this place out since I loved it when I had them in NYC. They always had the donuts made fresh and you can eat a ton. Will I be back? Probably as a treat.

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in a while and decided to try it again. The donuts were delicious but, the drink I ordered was terrible. I asked the staff how the drinks are and she said she doesn't drink coffee so that didn't really help me. I ordered the vanilla hot latte and it tasted like water no flavor at all. I also couldn't hear the staff as she was in a mask and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Other than that the donuts were good though.

I was surprised by the negative reviews about this location because we had a good experience. However, we did have a simple order of one dozen glazed donuts. Upon placing the order, the employee offered to make us some hot and fresh instead of the ones that were already pre-made. I appreciated this and of course took her up on her offer. The donuts were the quality that we expect from Krispy Kreme. Overall, good experience.

Well well, what in blue blazes do we have here ! Krispy Kreme has invaded Havertown with a vengeance. This being opening week you'd expect a rush, the line almost exceeding out the door. A sugar enraged rush, where you can see the hot fresh donuts being made. If you park in the back lot, while walking thru the pass way you can smell a heavenly smell of glaze in the air. That is a smell that is just telling you, come in, stand in my line, order till your hearts content. Where you walk in with empty hands and leave with a box, or boxes of donuts, hot and fresh, happy little faces react to the different varieties that is offered. Krispy Kreme you got us hooked, this is where you separate the fools from the diabetics. The crew over here are doing a great job in feeding our addiction to your sweet addictive pleasure known as a hot donut. These guys even sell shirts and to go mugs , so once you return the price for coffee is at one rate. Love the fact they have paraphernalia for the kids,( or the kid in you )with their Krispy Kreme paper chef hats. Their displays always are stocked even with a crazed group of people looking to get that fix. The tables are spotless, even after been used they are on top of the game. Hot fresh coffee brewed at all times but it wasn't the greatest , I've had better in my opinion. More than just donuts also , nice sized bagels being displayed , so Manhattan you might as well close up shop, you've just been owned. Are they the greatest, for this spot yes, are they the best? No in my own opinion the filling could be more to it, Suzy Jo has them beat in that. As far as freshness they are fresh, but Federal beats them by a long shot when it truly comes to hot and fresh. Dunkin Donuts along with Wawa you guys have just been bullied out by the newcomers, just in case you didn't know. Yes they are a chain joint, but they are better than you guys and they know it. Great location on their part, good call with ample amounts of parking in the front and back, along with the foot traffic. They should be ok, we'll see once the new store rush dies down how they pan out.

I see the waistlines in the Havertown and surrounding areas swelling already. These donuts are heavenly.

I'm really disappointed to be writing this because this used to be my favorite coffee shop, and I…read moregenuinely enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, since the recent staff turnover, the quality and consistency have gone downhill significantly. My drink now seems to taste different almost every time I order it, even though I order the same thing. Instructions aren't consistently followed, and on my most recent visits my latte wasn't even filled to the top of the cup. When you're paying over $8 for a latte, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the cup to be full and the drink to be made consistently. What has bothered me most is that on occasions when I haven't left a tip at the counter, I've felt like the quality or care put into my drink was noticeably different. I obviously can't say whether that is intentional, but as a customer, I should never leave feeling that way. A tip is optional and should never determine the quality of the product someone has already paid for. I really hope the owner sees this and provides the newer staff with more training on recipes, consistency, customer instructions, and service. I was a loyal customer who truly loved this place and told so many about it, but after repeatedly paying premium prices for inconsistent drinks, I've decided I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because I never thought I'd feel that way about a coffee shop I once considered my favorite. Goodbye!
