Krispy Kreme - 6 assorted with valentines theme donuts - Donuts Near Me - Brentwood, Tennessee

My Krispy Kreme memory for 2026! Franklin TN felt like Antarctica during the recent snow/ice storm. We lost four trees, the power checked out for a couple hours, and suddenly my kitchen was running on a very exclusive reservation only system called the fireplace. When life gives you an ice storm, you pivot. Breakfast options were limited, but morale was high. I lit a fire, grabbed a couple of Krispy Kreme donuts, and invented what I'm pretty sure is a new Southern survival cuisine: fireplace-warmed donuts. No microwave. No oven. Just good old-fashioned flames gently heating a glazed masterpiece. Let me tell you, crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, with a subtle hint of "pioneer spirit." Absolutely delicious. To really elevate the experience, I paired it with a cup of hot chocolate loaded with an irresponsible amount of marshmallows. No power, no problem. Warm fire, warm donut, warm tummy. Honestly, it felt less like a disaster and more like a cozy lifestyle choice. Moral of the story: you are defined by how you look at situations in life. When the lights go out and trees fall down, you don't complain, you adapt, improvise, and lightly toast a donut in the fireplace. Check out my video heating up my donut!! read more

Krispy Kreme - Hot Chocolate with a lot of Marshmallows - Donuts Near Me - Brentwood, Tennessee

The experience and facility was less than impressive and I've been to locations in other states. This was my first trip to this location. On a 90-degree day, they blocked off the inside dining area so you could only come in to order and leave. There were chairs outside only. Wish I had taken a photo. Most locations, you can walk along the glass to see donuts being made (favorite for little kids and big kids!), elect to sit inside and enjoy your donuts, and take your time. You can do better and improve the customer experience! read more

I am so thankful my family's experience at the Mallory Ln Krispy Kreme. We walked in and were greeted immediately and treated like family. It was our little toddlers first time seeing the donuts be made and they made it a special first encounter. Thank you to the whole team for a great visit. read more

I was super excited when I drove up and the hot donut sign was lit. Sadly when I pulled away from the drive through there were stone cold donuts in the box. In the bright side the service was very friendly for a busy morning. I also got the mocha frozen coffee... it was an 11/10. The coffee taste came through and paired well with the donut sweetness read more

The donuts were great and reasonably priced, but the customer service was disappointing. The middle aged woman with black glasses was very grumpy and came across as rude. A customer in front of us was treated so poorly that she put her juice back and decided not to order. We ordered a dozen donuts and had a similar experience. It's unfortunate because the product is excellent, but the service detracts from the overall experience. I imagine her attitude affects both her coworkers and customers, and it may be causing people not to return. read more

Great classic donut spot that I enjoy coming to redeem discounts/offers/rewards at and sharing with others! The parking lot has a very dangerous deep pothole - be cautious. The staff are friendly and quick! read more

The girl took our order and at the window no one would speak to us. We said hello- offered greetings- and the girl was just mad about something so she went back inside without acknowledging our presence. Incredibly rude workers. We also got 6 donuts and 2 were wrong so that sucked too. read more

$20.00 for stale doughnuts. Not sure how long they had been sitting . Of course we did not know till we got home over 20 miles away.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Donuts are the best!! Light and tasty! I have to stop myself from eating more than 2 at a time!

super friendly and great selection. I don't know why they have such bad reviews but this is a great Krispy Kreme.

First off they have closed off the restrooms and the explanation was we don't want customers stealing the donuts in the aisle, There were various drink cups all around and two employees sitting there and no compassion for a small child who needed to use the bathroom. Donuts were fair and smaller than they use to be and not worth the money. Employee checking us out was just going through the motions no thought to kindness. read more

Shocked by all the 1 star ratings. My daughter and I stopped in last week. There were plenty of customers but the line moved fast. We both got a hot and fresh FREE donut straight off the line! The lady that helped us was a very nice. Can't wait to stop back in. read more

Doughnuts were fresh and tasty..Now I have the app to know when the fresh light is on. Don't tell my cardiologist

They sell 2 things. Donuts and coffee. They could not make COFFEE. there's a reason why this store has 2 stars AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wouldn't know about the food or atmosphere, the store said they would be open at 6am and they were locked up tight on a Wednesday. My little girl was turning 9 and didn't get her donut. read more

At 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, we ordered a dozen glazed donuts, but when we arrived home, we were dismayed to find that they were ice cold, implying that they had been refrigerated. When we returned the donuts, the explanation provided was that they were not yet ready for sale, and the business had instead sold us cold donuts directly from the factory. Regrettably, our experience was further marred by the unprofessionalism of management. The manager rudeness, unwilliness to take responsibility for the poor customer service is unacceptable! read more

I live in a world where donuts are either yeast donuts (KK) or cake donuts (Dunkin' - DD). It's just that simple. FWIW, cake donuts are for people who don't care about life, happiness, or others. Truly happy people will always pick KK over DD, unless you visit a location like the one on Mallory. I remember this place before COVID. It was busy. Service was slow, but smooth. Now? Now it's a terrible KK location. Not that the donuts are bad (see first paragraph). The 1-star comes straight from service. Terrible service. There seem to be few people working inside. There are fewer good people working the drive-thru and counter. I can't imagine why the franchise owner hasn't stepped in to resolve the service here. I can't imagine why the franchise hasn't stepped in to have the franchisee fix it. Apathy? Inability? read more

I should have read the previous reviews! Just went this morning to buy 2 dozen for my family and all they had were a few donuts from yesterday. There were practically no donuts at all! On top of that the employee was not friendly at all. When asked when there would be more donuts, was grumpily told "not until after 9:00" . What kind of donut place does not have donuts until after 9:00AM on a Saturday morning?? (One that won't be in business much longer.) read more

We had a great morning enjoying donuts at KK! They had little hats out for our kids and even gave them samples of donuts. We ordered a dozen glazed - had some there and brought some home for later. Delicious and fresh. Microwave for 10 seconds at home for the same effect! Also love that my kids could watch the baking process in the store. Staff was very friendly and the store was clean. read more

Great tasting glazed donuts. Look for the neon sign that lets you know that they have hot donuts. If they are making the donuts, it neat to sit and watch the donuts get made. They have viewing areas. Great activity for kids. If you are a student, they give a free donut for each A on your report card. The con at this location can be the amount of time it can take to get through the drive through lane. read more

Not helpful at all. Would not work with me on a coupon I had. They said I had to order online. So I did. Coupon said to scan discount at counter. They wouldn't even try. Said if it didn't come up on the order then it must be over. The coupon said good until Sunday. Today is Saturday. Rude, uncaring, and clearly are doing so well they don't care about customer. Thank you manager??? Franco. At least you gave me the card and said you were the manager. Not sure. If you are the manager, you clearly need more training. read more

Poor service. Order filled incorrectly. Had to wait in line for 40 minutes to get order corrected. 40 minutes for 3 doughnuts and after I left I discovered the order was still wrong. Staff took new customers who just walked in to be served ahead of customers waiting in line. Staff did not appear to know how to fill orders and/or correct improperly filled orders. Both this location and the Thompson Lane location are really jokes in terms of customer service. At Thompson Lane location, on National Doughnut Day, we were told that they had run out of doughnuts. We have been Krispy Kreme customers for decades and these locations are pale shadows of the locations we have visited over the years. Worse, it seems that nobody cares; neither management nor owners. read more

We stopped in an hour before closing the other night and they turned off the open light as we we pulled in. It was 8:00 but I know on-line it was listed as 9:00. Somebody needs to check that. Anyway, we came back tonight at 7:00 and the open sign was lit as well as the hot and fresh sign so I asked if we got a sample and of course we did. Fresh and hot! We ordered 2 pumpkin donuts and they were both very tasty. But I must say i had sticker shock. Where I live, we only have small, local owned donut shops or grocery stores and gas stations. Most of those range from $1 - $1.50 per donut. Here, the two donuts were $5.00 plus tax. More than I'm used to paying. Again, very good donuts but a bit pricy. I took off one star due to lack of value - IMO. read more

Absolute mismanagement if you order online, arrive at the time you are told and STILL have to go thru the drive thru line 25 cars long. My donuts will no longer be "HOT NOW" by the time I can pick them up. You could do better. read more

The service was pathetic. I get that businesses are needing help but the lack of customer service in this establishment .... The young lady working the drive through was at least attentive to me being in the lobby. She did acknowledge by saying someone will be with you but to no avail no one came. I saw two women walk into an office and not one of them came out to take an order let alone say hello. I called corporate though I'm sure this place is privately owned. Very disappointing read more

This location is truly awful. I get a dozen donuts monthly to take first-year photos of my daughter and I have never successfully been able to place an order at this location. After waiting in at least a 30 minute line there's always something wrong when It's your turn to order (I should mention that they've closed the lobby and only the drive-through is open). So far the list of reasons why this location hasn't been able to place an order are 1. " We are sold out" - although, they had just opened 10 minutes before. 2. We only have original glazed. 3. We're only satisfying pre-ordered holiday donuts. And 4. Our computers are having difficulties but we can take your order in 20 minutes. Bottom line - if you're looking to take advantage of Krispy Kreme's assorted dozen option or really to get any donuts at all avoid this location. read more

This place is always out of something!!! I just want a frozen latte but they are always out.

This morning was remarkable. First of all....I was the FIRST customer of the day. Whooohoooo!! They had a tray of mini glazed with a sign that said "take one on me". Ummm you KNOW I did!!! Cherry (not sure if that's how she spells it) was just lovely. She was chipper, smiling, fun and just what I think customer service should be. Plus the flavor of Krispy (we're on a first name basis) is unbeatable by a long shot. It's like crack for my taste buds. (Not so much my waistline). It was a delightful experience and I'm sure to be back for more yummy goodness. read more

Unfortunately you can no longer walk inside this location. My kids really enjoy watching the donuts being made which was always fun. Now that's over. Also, don't expect fast service. The assorted donuts were cold, not room temp but cold. Staff was nice, clean facility

I have never chosen to sit in a donut shop and hang out, but the other night changed the game for me. I was craving one of those melt-in-your-mouth original glazed donuts they have and by God's amazing grace the Hot & Ready sign was on. The experience was fantastic. The crew was fun, our donuts were incredibly fresh, and the store was clean. We sat and talked for a little while at a table and I may have a new go-to hangout spot. They have a drive-thru (I hate spelling it like that... but the other way looks weird) that I had been to several times, but going inside is a great way to get an idea of what donuts they have that are fresh and be a part of the experience. 5/5. 10/10. Would recommend. Actually, I do recommend it. Definitely check it out! read more

I'm NOT blaming the employees, but the coffee was barely lukewarm. A little cream made it even worse . They said they were not allowed to reheat it or microwave it for us. The employee said a new cup would be same temperature as the one we just got. Adding insult to injury, there is a prominent sign that warns customers about the extra hot coffee. This might seem picky, but hot coffee aficionados will understand the frustration of paying almost $3.00 for a cold cup of coffee and finding there is no way to fix it. read more

What? Only three stars for a verified sugar high? Yep. It's a factory donut shop that churns out delicious, tender, hot, fresh-fried rings of dogs topped with more sugar glaze than a body should have in a week....but ya'll know we love donuts. And ya' already knew what this place was anyhoo. Love their National Donut Day freebie. Just step up and ask for your fave. I happened to buy a dozen for my family, then asked for an Apple Fritter for me, along with a cup of coffee. Coffee was pretty good while the Apple Fritter left much to be desired. Granted, I'm contrasting this chain shop with a friend's one-of-a-kind donut shop in LA (Mama's). My somewhat flat, swirl of fried dough had a pleasant apple-cinnamon flavor, glazed with the standard xxx-sugar coating. But, the main drawback was that it had no character whatsoever; something any other fired dough would-could have. To top it off (pun fully intended) there were only 5 pieces of 1/4 inch diced apple on the whole thing. #disappointing My family and I had a fun-for-all "taste-test" and ended up with the following descriptors for each of the donuts, all of which all had the same, light, soft & chewy body. --Strawberry Glaze...like any other artificial strawberry flavor. Very satisfactory for our 3-year-old judge. For the rest of us...meh. --Oreo Crumble...great topping but a weird filling that was gray and off-tasting. Ugh. Nobody finished this oddity. --Sprinkles...what you see is what you get. OK but it was the last chosen by the group to be tasted. (tells me something; how 'bout you?) S'ok. --Apple Crumb Pie Donut...nice cinnamon topping and tasty filling with nearly as many apple pieces, albeit smaller, as the fritter. Passable, but won't order again. --Cherry Pie Donut...this was the "cream of the crop" best texture and best flavor. Only shortcoming was the scanty filling. We would have loved more. Yes, we'd probably order it again. --Plain glazed. Their signature donut was probably their best in show. Simple, straightforward, chewy pillow of sweetness. Will we be back? Maybe on next National Donut Day. But in the meantime,we all are probably sticking to more individual bakeries that add character to their products with more exotic and definitive flavors. (Note to KK, & speaking for the Donut Nation: Thank you for the freebie.) read more

Piss poor management and piss poor ownership. Close it down or do it right. I went there on a Sunday morning at 8 am thinking a could buy some donuts. Maybe they sell car wash kits and burgers? Who knows what they do but they don't sell donuts. Don't go there. read more

Everything from the floor, to the walls, to the ceiling, is absolutely foul. The poor man in front of us was grossly overcharged, and we had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to show up and take our order. When we ordered exactly what was on the menu, they told us they couldn't put it into the system. When we finally sat down outside with food and drinks that we didn't ask for, we could hear the drive through worker being so rude to every single customer. Of course, not every car got service, because after 20 minutes with no response, cars would drive away. The fact that workers can't be bothered to take orders from neither the customers inside nor outside, truly boggles the mind. Truly the worst "professional" experience of my life, beyond a shadow of a doubt, and we will never be going back. read more
