Alright. If you follow my reviews you know how I review chains- there's only so much you can expect or say about them. The donuts are predictable but delicious because it's Krispy Kreme (5 stars just for them existing). I went today to get some of their special fall seasonal donuts because the flavors are incredible! Highly recommend. The dining area was empty but clean. The employee we interacted with was nice but seemed utterly unhappy with his job (not in a rude way, more in a discouraged way). Im sure I will be back for more donuts and I hope minimum wage increases so the wonderful people supporting my caloric intake won't be quite so downtrodden at work. Otherwise this location is fine but perhaps a little difficult to access during rush hours due to it being on the busiest road in Aiken. Anything for a donut! read more

Krispy Kreme - Delicious fall seasonal donuts - Donuts Near Me - Aiken, South Carolina

I recently was at krispy kream and got three doughnuts. The one I had as usual was creamy, sweet, and delicious. This is one of the reasons that krispy kream is my go to doughnut place. As soon as I entered I was greeted and came upon a big selection of doughnuts. Another thing I love is Kristy dreams incitement. It is colorful relaxing and they even have a couch. All these components combined makes it a wonderful place to have delicious doughnuts. read more

Krispy Kreme - This is a picture of three doughnuts. One being a chocolate iced cream filling, cake batter, chocolate glazed with sprinkles. - Donuts Near Me - Aiken, South Carolina

So here is the thing. I have a major sweet tooth. I saw this location last night and mapped out coming to it today. The location is clean and well staffed. At least when I arrived. There were about 5 young workers there. I rarely get chain donuts because there are so many bakeries around me that makes them. The only chain near me is Dunkin Donuts. I ame a Boston Cream lover. When I get there from Dunkin' Donuts it's always hit or miss. The reason is they seem to leave that older Donuts have a little bit too long. And so oftentimes that you get a hard donut instead of soft. I ordered four Donuts from Krispy Kreme. I ordered their version of the Boston Cream, along with a cake batter donut, original glazed and a chocolate sprinkled ring donut. The donuts were soft and tasty. Very sweet, but on the small side compared to others. I can see these pairing well with coffee, tea or milk! read more

Why is the hot light never on, or is it just me? It's never on, on the app, or when you drive by. Why is that?

Quick review! Stopped by for a free doughnut. The hot light wasn't on, so no 5-star review this time! I did notice that they have Apple Cider cake doughnuts... I shall return! Was getting tires rotated, so I was in and out. read more

Krispy Kreme - Time to make the doughnuts - Donuts Near Me - Aiken, South Carolina

We've been enjoying Krispy Kreme doughnuts since 1960's or thereabouts in Raleigh NC and I have never NEVER been told they were out of Glazed Donuts NEVER. How is it possible to be out of the best, simplest donut they offer??? read more

Holy Wow! The rudeness from the gal working the register was appalling. She was rude to the lady in front of us in line and that did not change when we came up to place our carry-out order. The donuts showing in the display case were labeled incorrectly. She snapped at us when we requested one of the donuts that did not match the label. When we got back to the house and I was telling my bonus dad about the interaction with the gal at Krispy Kreme...he said: "Whas it the one with the glasses?" YES, yes it was!! He's had multiple unfriendly interactions with this particular employee too. Have a feeling this location has lost many customers over this personnel issue. Next time I'm vising Aiken, Publix will be my spot for do-nuts!! read more

Lovely! I love the Halloween donuts! The iced coffee is what keeps me going back! Iced special latte. Yum!

There is nothing good I can say about the doughnuts at this Krispy Kreme, Staying in Aiken, so I thought treat my wife to 5 doughnuts WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, SHOULD HAVE WALKOUT WHEN I SAW THE DOUGHNUTS, The doughnuts both raised and cake were basically no bigger that a hockey puck!! no joke, blueberry cake were doughy, I would have been embarrassed to put them in the case. Bavarian cream a dab, vanilla & chocolate frosting, flavorless and grainy . The store missed the mark for customer service and cleanliness. Very few customers in the store. Maybe its because this store is no longer worth the visit. Defiantly NOT the Krispy Crème I know and I get in Brandon Florida. PRODUCT AND QUALITY CONTROL NEEDED IN AIKEN, MAANAGEMENT BETTER STEP IN DURING TIME OF GETTING CUSTOMERS BACK, THIS STORE, YOU JUST LOST ME! Date of visit 06/24 , 10:15 a.m. read more

We love Krispy Kreme hot glazed, but please tell me why would you ever run out of glazed? Not only at 3pm it was super bowl game day and had a special 2 dozen for $13.00. Should have had them rolling out all day.... very disappointed. Aiken, SC read more

Made a mistake earlier this week by getting a DD custard filled doughnut. Custard was good, but the doughnut was as heavy and chewy. Had to confess before getting a custard filled doughnut from KK. Oh the difference, pastry was light and airy, melt in your mouth. Please forgive me for my indiscretion. It was a one time mistake. I'm back to where I know I'll always get quality. read more

Doesn't matter what time of day you stop you usually hear "we are out of those". What gives?! Apple fritters are GONE by 8:30 a.m. Cinnamon rolls, wouldn't know how yummy those are..because they NEVER have any! C'mon Krispy Kreme! read more

We love us some Krispy Kreme and are so happy we have one in Aiken, Sc! This place is amazing as you can see the doughnut factory! Also, it's always super clean both inside and out and the customer service is amazing too! read more

No cake donuts and the filling for the filled donuts maybe it had a teaspoon in it. Maybe even less. You could cut the donuts in half and barely had any filling in. If it wasn't for a coupon I would go to DD and get some real donuts with filling in em. DD has cake donuts and they had a pumpkin one. Not worth the money. read more

At the time of my first visit, they have been open for just under 2 weeks and definitely have some kinks to work out! I am confused when I look at a case full of doughnuts and start ordering an assortment, just to be told after each doughnut I order, they are out of them. They seemed to have more then enough employees working at this location, however, with 50% of the staff just standing around, I am sure it is difficult to keep up the supply and demand of this newly opened location! I will most definitely wait quite a bit longer before returning, in hopes that at some point, everything will start operating to a more than satisfactory rating. I cannot give a good report on the doughnuts themselves as most of the ones that my family wanted, we're all sold out... Or at least not available to the public for enjoying because it was more important for them to stay in the case. ;-) read more

Stopped in after church. It was bright, clean, and they had fresh donuts ready to go. The staff in the back wasn't the fastest, but the assistant manager was at the register and gave us some good tips on downloading the app for coupons and free donuts. They're not my favorite donuts, but we had a good experience and left happy! read more

If I could, I would give them a zero. I have loved Krispy Kreme donuts for many years. Today, I stopped in for some donuts because I've been craving them. It was at lunchtime and I expected them to be fresh. The three glazed donuts were just ok. Of three filled donuts, I ate the chocolate glazed creme filled donut. Half the chocolate glaze looked like it had melted. Then when I took a bite, it was stale. These donuts are pricey and you sure as heck don't expect them to be stale. I would have been better off buying them in the grocery store. The customer service is nonexistent and I will never buy another Krispy Kreme donut at this store again. read more

This Krispy Kreme doesn't honor the hot sign tradition of giving out a free donut. Not worth it and mean staff that laughed at us.

Wow! Came over from Graniteville after taking my son to school... big mistake! They had to roll out gingerbread frosted first thing. Honestly, why? You are known for original glazed so wouldn't it be worth it to whip those out first for those going to work?! Now I have to wait an hour for those 1 in 10 customers that get those. I should have bought my son's birthday donuts from Dunkin! 45 minutes later- go by and still no original glazed. I am BEYOND PEEVED. Seriously will no longer come here after today. I'm getting these for my son's birthday at school otherwise I would not spend my money here. read more

Krispy Kreme glazed are good not quite excellent will change review when that mark is reached. Staff doesn't know that when Hot sign is on donuts especially glazed must be hot and melt in mouth. Staff need to wrar hair nets. Overall its worth the eait dealing with traffic and long lines. read more

The only reason this has one star is the option for a negative wasn't available. Overpriced with stale doughnuts. Half Dozen assorted and 1 cup of doughnut holes(offered at $1 ) was a total of 9.49. Fine whatever on the price. The custard doughnuts we ordered were not only stale but the actual custard was rancid. Now I know why the parking lot is always empty. These leave a nasty grease film on the inside of your mouth. Absolutely disgusting. I am not a fan of Duncan Doughnuts but I would by from them before Krispy Kreme in Aiken. At least their doughnuits are edible and not likely to make you sick. I chunked the doughnuts in the trash after 2 bites of one.My son tasted one just to make certain it wasn't just me. Same opinion. No need to bite it you can feel how hard they were. Nasty just nasty.. read more

Every single time I've came in has been awesome! They are polite and make sure you get the best donuts! They of course taste wonderful

One of my favorites..grew up on them and until last week I had never purchased stale doughnuts. Good counter staff but it takes a good manager to manage the product read more

Horrible customer service. Stopped by this morning to pick up 1 assorted dozen for one of my customers. 3 cars were in drive thru, after 4 minutes of waiting and not moving, I pulled around to go in. 1 customer in line, and none waiting. After a few minutes the cashier was still trying to figure out how to ring up the one that was in line.(possibly new, understandable) Another cashier comes up and takes my order and then the 2 people that were now behind me in line. 4 more minutes go by, so I ask for a refund. The young girl that took my order hands the lady behind me her order at the same time. I stated that waiting 5 min in drive thru, and then over 10 min inside was ridiculous. With attitude she said "they're other people in front of you" was one person in which my order was completed and paid for before they even finished with hers. Manager comes out to see why I requested refund. Time stamp on receipts don't lie. Manager had no concerns about rudeness of employees or trying to make right. read more
