What is most disappointing is that this is not an isolated issue. There are multiple reviews from other customers describing similar experiences with her. During one of our interactions, she told me she had been the manager for four years, and despite the ongoing complaints reflected in those reviews, the level of customer service I experienced never improved. For a business that relies so heavily on customer relationships, the way customers are treated at the front desk is just as important as the quality of the services being provided. It's unfortunate that such a positive experience with the estheticians is overshadowed by poor management. The final straw came when my services were canceled because of a private conversation I had with a former employee. That conversation was never made public, yet it was shared with management and used as the basis for ending my services. I found it deeply unprofessional to act on secondhand information from a private conversation rather than address any concerns with me directly. Rather than reaching out to discuss my concerns or taking any accountability for my repeated negative experiences, I simply received a message informing me that my private conversation had been shared and that I was no longer welcome at that location. There was no phone call, no conversation, and no effort to understand or address the issues I had experienced. If you're considering this location, I encourage you to read the reviews for yourself. My experience was consistent with many of the concerns other customers have shared. A generic, automated response to negative reviews indicating "you're looking into it" does not resolve the underlying issues or improve the customer experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dolly and the estheticians who provide excellent service, but my repeated experiences with management have left me unable to recommend this location.

I waited for an additional 5 minutes for Safie to come to the room. When she came the she asked if I was getting a Brazilian which I responded yes, and she said I gave you time to undress and I indicated I couldn't locate a place to hang my clothing. She closed the door and showed me the hook on the back door. I would have never thought to look there as the door was open when I came to the room. Someone should have given me instructions want me to the wrong as it was my first time in that location. Safie, services were good but a bit rough and I've been sugaring for 10 years. I visited this business in its old location and had a better experience before they moved here.
