We visited on a Sunday and were lucky enough to catch Soup Joumou day. The soup was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. I had the beef version and finished every bite. The patties were another standout: flaky, crispy, and juicy. We tried both beef and chicken, and the beef was definitely the favorite. We also ordered black rice with peas, fried plantains, stewed chicken, baked mac and cheese, and griot to go. Everything was made fresh, well-seasoned, and the portions were just right. The drinks were refreshing too, we had the Couronne Fruit Champagne soda and the Ji Sitwon lemonade. One thing to note: food is cooked to order, so it's best not to come in a rush or to call ahead if you're short on time. It was about a 45-minute drive for us, but absolutely worth it. Even the leftovers didn't last long at home. Plenty of parking, great food, and a spot I'll definitely be returning to.
