At Krazy Karaoke there's several types of rooms to rent . Small room for 2-4 medium room 4-8 than large room 10-15 comfortable. Customer service is on point very friendly and very helpful. This Krazy Karaoke been here for years as I can remember. The only downside I can see is that there song list is outdated. The videos don't have a background only words along with background music . Best karaoke bar in Aiea! Budget friendly, BYOB and food - perfect for large gatherings, up to 35 people for the large room. There is a giant fridge with a freezer and comfy seating. If you're looking to sing your hearts out and you're too ashamed of singing in a public setting like HMC across the street, Krazy Karaoke with its private karaoke rooms is the place for you. The equipment and facility may be a bit dated, but you'll have a really great experience. They have multiple song books that gives you a really wide selection of songs from the newest 2022/2023 songs, all the way to Filipino and Hawaiian songs that please your Filipino relatives. The ladies that work there have 5/5 customer service, from check-in to check-out. Our particular room that day had the screen go off and on, and they apologized multiple times and offered us to use another room with the song queue already transferred. When I asked for the birthday discount, they gave me the cost of the free hour in cash immediately! Wow! I'm sure these workers deal with deranged drunks all the time, so I'm glad they're really so kind and attentive. They also reward payment in cash because credit cards have a 3% surcharge (the cost credit card companies charge businesses for the service). As someone who prefers using cash, I feel privileged! Other than the TV going off, and the AC a bit low for our liking, my family and I had a really fun time with a smile our faces. They're $5 more expensive per hour than six years ago, but even McDonald's raised their prices higher percent-wise, so it's still a decent price for an awesome time. The place is really fantastic! Love the price! I RSVP a large room (had 8 people in our group and it was comfortable) for 2.5 hrs for $58.90 My friends and I had a blast full of music from Hawaiian, to Filipino, to Musicals, pop, country, 2000s, all kinds of genres to from oldies to new ones from 2024. I was in shocked from the variety they have. The front desk was very helpful. They told me to pay $50 for security deposit. And got my $50 when no damages are there. They have a giant screen TV. I had went here with a friend and this was the first time we've done karaoke together in a long while. We both had an amazing experience! The staff was really friendly and the instructions they gave were easy to understand. We didn't expect much from the song list, but we were pleasantly surprised! There were many binders to choose from with hundreds of songs! Sure they didn't have a lot of recent ones (the most recent was some songs from 2022-2023), but that didn't matter to us because we were able to sing songs from the 50s all the way to the 2010s. They even had songs from musicals like Grease and Phantom of The Opera and many Disney songs! We only stayed for 2 hours which came out to a total of around $52-$53 which is a reasonable price. We also were able to bring our own food and drinks, but I did see that they had a few beverages like water for sale. We had a lot of fun and we definitely will be coming back very soon! read more

Front desk staff have absolutely no professionalism, and I'm sure management is no better if this is the standard... Staff will give away room reservations as standard business practice if the next parties 'deal is better' (bigger party/longer time). Staff clearly show they do not respect you as a customer or person for taking the time to reserve or plan ahead as patronage to the business. Location: If you remember where Gold's Gym was, I believe its now called Powerhouse Gym, its in that same building, just off to the far right hand end of that structure, right before you hit the canal. Parking: Shared parking with other businesses nearby. Open lot style, but be careful to watch for any signs indicating any specific rules for specific stalls. Directly infront of the Karaoke place are only a handful of stalls closest to this business. Stalls are a decent size, not too small or tight, but not Costco type large with the double lined stalls. To get to the business you have to walk from the outside signage through a long hallway, the bathrooms are located outside the business on the left hand side right before the doors for Krazy Karaoke We got a room for just two of us, and there was a very large range, including filipino songs, local/Hawaiian songs / gospel songs. Came here for my friends belated birthday party. I don't know what the rates are, but we got Room#9 which was pretty huge. We brought our own food, coolers, and alcoholic drinks. Not once did I ever see staff come in and made us feel like they were watching us like little kids. They left us alone and we made sure we had fun, but followed the rules. The songs weren't new and the videos was pretty old school so some may have an issue with that, but fortunately for this crowd, they enjoyed singing songs from the 70-80s lol. The staff are friendly and helpful. They did initially come in to show us how the remote works. They have an ice machine and the parking is pretty huge. 1 star was because the place was clean(ish). (See "WORST PART" for the real tea lol) Service was AWFUL! Nobody greets you when you enter, and both workers we interacted with were so RUDE. Worker gave rude and half ass answers when we were asking how to go about getting a room. The machine wasn't working when we entered our room and they were all mad & seemed inconvenienced when we asked them to fix it for us. It took them over 10 mins to fix the issue so we lost out on time ($52/hr). WORST PART: You must give an ID when you book a room & so I left my driver's license to the lady behind the counter. When I came back after our time was up, the lady literally laughed and told me SHE GAVE MY LICENSE TO THE WRONG PERSON! Then said, "Don't worry about it she is coming right back." And she acted all mad even though she was the idiot who gave my license to the wrong person. It's BYOB and you can bring your own food! ...the perfect venue for a group that likes to get together and karaoke. They have ice available for you and an ample parking lot for all your friends. Monday's are 1/2 off and I believe Tuesdays are military day? It's not the most modern Karaoke place, but aunty Lani and the staff are super nice and accommodating. The karaoke never has commercials that eat up time, and we've never had an issue with our karaoke system in the many times we've been here. No freezes or glitches as long as you listen to their tutorial on how to use the remote, and use some common sense, you'll be fine. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone on the island. 1st karaoke get together of the night: salon team bonding! Great for parties! Love the BYOB, love the free ice, love that you can bring your own food and the music selection is great. So convenient to be able to punch in the songs from the room. If you enter multiple songs, they get entered in a queue. Parking is pretty easy to find as well. All good things. The thing that could improve are the mics. We had a lot of feedback at many different angles and distance from the speakers. Another thing I'd like to see get changed out or fixed are the duct tape seats. We also found that one of the restroom doors were broken on the women's. Deposits are needed for bigger rooms (cash) on top of the room payment. You get it back upon inspection after your time is up. Also ID is held as well. I honestly think the rooms are decent sized and priced so bang for buck is somewhat there. Just need improvements, especially for the price. But overall we hadn't a great time! This place has been around for quite some time. I have fond memories of this place. I love the easy system to input the songs and I love that they try to keep the songs up to date. I've had birthdays and karaoke dates galore here. My last visit, we had a birthday party for my brother in law. They were able to accommodate the size of our party and book with no hassle. Everything went well until the sound system decided to freeze on us. BUT no matter where you go, there will always be a chance of system failure. It's inevitable. With that said here is my pros and cons list in case you are thinking of booking here. PROS: - They have reasonable prices and give discounts (50% on Monday night, Military discount on Tuesdays, Free hour on your birthday, with valid ID etc...) - They have various room sizes from a party of 2 to 30! - Their biggest room has the best seating and comes with a table for food. - Free ice! They have coolers for rent or you can bring your own! - Customer service has always been good. The Auntie in the front is always nice and like to talk story. They were also helpful when the system froze on us. They added an extra 30 minutes no charge, even though they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. - It's FAMILY FRIENDLY! No need to worry about an age limit if you have little song birds. CONS: - The song books are outdated. Although they do add new songs, It is such an eye sore to go through curled pages of song books. - Parking can sometimes be a pain at Pearl Kai Center. - Walking in, you catch that terrible trash odor. The Pearl Kai Center is also not the prettiest place. So don't expect this place to be glitzy and pretty. I have been to HMC karaoke and the system they had was not great at all. In comparison I LOVED that krazy karaoke has a system where you can enter in the songs you want on your own and cancel songs if need be. It is a very relaxed place and the workers are very chill which has it's pros and cons. A little tip though, if you are using the 18+ room their system is REALLY slow. when I was there it broke down and took a long time to boot back up. They did refund us our time and let us stay a little longer. Keep in mind that if you are rsvping a few weeks ahead you might have to pay a down payment of $30 for the 18+ room. I think if you do the week before they might wave that fee. If you are not too worried about the aesthetics of the room then this is the place for you! read more

Wow it's been a min. since I've been here. This place was a confirmed suggestion from a friend who gathered everyone to say bon voyage to our lovely manager. Came here on 5/28/2017 Sunday night at 9pm. As I remembered it it next to powerhouse gym tucked in the corner. Remembering that there is a long hallway entering to a door which everything still looked the same. The place is rundown and needs a fixer upper. Room number 6 was wheee we at. I guess to fit maximum of 18 but y'all should know we ain't skinny at all. LOL. Got some kinda new song selections however it seems it was outdated couple years back. Technical difficulty at first with the system but one of the workers came in to fix it in a timely manner. Wasn't a bad price for the amount of hours. Unlike other places it's pretty expensive for the looks. But if y'all want to come here and just sing and have fun for at least 3 hours then it would be worth it. This place used to be really really good but now it's junk! The books are all tore back the most current song is from 2 years ago. And that all the rooms have every book that it's supposed to. It's very disappointing to come to a place that you used to love so much to find it all trashy now. I hope that they could do better in the future. For those who are not familiar in the islands, karaoke is huge in Hawaii. For some they need liquid courage (BYOB but everyone here has to be of age in the room, even if they are not drinking), others need their good friends to encourage them, and some are born to sing. For reals tho, I have been coming here for about ten years. They normally have a song book with new titles but now just have a huge book to flip through. I remember when they had binders (that was a nightmare). But customer service has been good. They do require half deposit down on rooms reservations. They have small rooms (up to 4/5), medium rooms (up to 18) & one large room (up to 30). The large room is the most largest and coldest. They have tables for food n offer cooler rentals. Ice cubes are free with cooler rentals. Genie mindset: My three wishes I wish they could bring back recent song titles in a separate book. I wish the computers that load the songs would not crash and then require time taken away by waiting for one of the employees to come in and reset your karaoke system. I have noticed it tends to crash when 25 songs or more are on reserve. I wish they invest in rechargeable batteries bc mics are cordless n the batteries they use do go out within the night. Most rooms are decent in size, screen is big, sound systems are good. Mic feedback will happen if you are too close to another person with a mic. Room decor is not fancy so look towards town if you want gotti. Krazy K meets the standards. It is bit run down but has many song choices n ample parking. Me and my friends normally come here quite frequently over the years but this was the first in about 9 months. I would have to say that I am not really liking the new standards here. I mean, all the employee's were doing their job and such but my friends and I were like they should know us by now, why are they acting like this...sketchy!? We went on a Wednesday night and that's normally college discount night. You just show your student I.D. and you can purchase 2 hours for a flat rate of $20. So, We showed our ID's and they were a bit skeptic about our school ID's because they said that there was supposed to be something identifying the semester (which is the little sticker showing the year and semester you're in, right?) but they were stating otherwise. But, they scanned all our cards for recording their work. All in all, the night singing was blast. The room got a bit hotter than usual I might add. Nevertheless, fun fun fun. We asked why and she didn't give us a legit reason. We tried to ask her for a reason as to why, but she wouldn't answer us. Her attitude began to get more grouchy, then sarcastically told us that HMC is just around the corner. We asked for her name, but said she didn't have a name. She wouldn't tell us the reason why our reservation was canceled or given away but after asking her, she said that there was "a better offer" than our group. I felt bad for the front desk ladies because I know it isn't their fault the equipment is so old. It would be nice to charge the small room price if it's not working and they put you in the sized up room. It's an okay karaoke place. It gives you the basics for singing and all that. It's BYOB so that's what I like about it. The only thing is that you're not allowed alcohol there after 12am so you have to physically get rid of the alcohol you brought. And they check up on you so you have to make sure you get rid of it. Also they have to update their music list. They have a lot of old songs. I knew a couple but it would be nice if they added more modern ones from today. I liked how the mics made you sound though. I have a horrible singing voice but the mics made it sound less horrible. Appearance wise, they're kinda old but still good. Just gotta update some of the stuff. The couches were kind of torn up. And the TVs were pretty small, but big enough to be able to see the words. They don't have any disco lights, which was kind of disappointing. This place is a little hard to find. It's right next to Power Gym and down a mysterious hallway. The prices are a bit steep. If you go before 6PM it's $6/person/1hr and $9/person/1hr after. My friend and I spent $30 for 2hrs!!! That was $12/1hr before six and $18/1hr after. My friend and I chose to get a small room, and I have to admit it is clean and the couches are nice. But it was difficult to come up with the songs to sing and input the ID # into the system. They do allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks (but before 12 Midnight) or they can sell you water, soda, or hot cocoa for $1.50 each. They do sell snacks, but I didn't catch the price. But what made me bring it down to a 3 star rating, other than it's difficult location and high prices, was that they had put my friend and I in the first room right in front of the register. And not all the rooms are fully sound proof. What ended up happening was my friend and I started singing Lady Gaga's Bad Romance at the top of our lungs and a guy looked at us through a small window in our door! And actually made eye contact with us and looked frightened. LOL XD if it wasn't soo embarrassing I would've LMAO. But over all it was a great experience, this was my first Karaoke adventure. But our room was just terrible... there was no shade covering the windows so we all were sweating profusely, because I'm that kind generous person I used my expensive Shaw to help shade my coworkers. The sound system kept coming out of the tv so a lot of the songs we were singing with no music. We had to continuously fix it throughout the 5 hours we were there and when we asked if we could switch rooms they said there wasn't another one available. Mind you. They weren't busy at all. We have cockroaches running around the room. We didn't want to put our food on the corner table in fear of roaches getting to it. I mean it was just nasty. I used to come here when I was younger. Used to love it. My dad would bring us almost every weekend because the filipino in him thought he could sing lol and just loved to sing and record himself. This place has really let themselves go. We wouldn't mind coming back here if they cleaned it up a bit. It was some of my coworkers first times there and it left a bad impression. They don't want to return to sing karaoke there anymore. This place has really gone down hill! The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms and equipment are old and run down!! We had a room for 4hrs and we spent most of our time waiting for the staff to fix the remote, sound (muffled) and video (pauses and static). The furniture was broken and sticky, it was just bad all around. We made the best of our party, but will never go back. read more
