They let me use a cart to bring in all our drinks and food so I did not have to tire my arms out before the party. They were nice enough to let me use their towel to wipe the water that leaked out from my ice bag too!! It's a nice family feel there. It's great we can bring our own food and plenty of space to lay out our potluck. The seats were comfy as well and lots of place to sit. This Krazy Karaoke been here for years as I can remember. The only downside I can see is that there song list is outdated. The videos don't have a background only words along with background music . I booked a Large Room for my 12 group party. Upon arriving the man (unfortunately I didn't get his name) told me that my reservation is for 3 hours and if I wanted to extend, I could just let them know. Perfect, sounds good. Emphasis on the **I** could let them know if I wanted to extend. Any karaoke place that you go to, you're losing track of time having fun with your friends. Before you know it, we had gone to the 4 hour mark without anyone coming to inform us or give us a heads up. My friends went to the front desk to close my room tab and were told that because we stayed longer than the reservation time, we would need to pay extra. My friends then questioned "but no one came by to tell us that we were at the time yet". And another guy (also didn't get his name) said- "we only come to warn you if we're busy, but if it's a slow night, it's on your own to remember". Idk that's just pretty shady and bad business in my opinion. I then we out, not knowing the conversation that occurred when I was absent, and questioned again why I was paying for 4 hours if my reservation was for 3 hours and no one came to warn us that we were already past our time. Both men just looked down at their computers and refused to speak to me- I stood there for a good minute waiting for one of them to give me some type of answer, and didn't get anything. Yes I understand we're all adults, but just the fact that the type of environment makes you lose track of time- I just feel taken advantage of and I'm sure I'm not the only one who this has happened to. I just wish they had informed us of this "rule they have based on their level of busy-ness" ahead of time. Because any other karaoke place will warn you when it's almost time to leave. Ended up paying $551 for the 4 hours of singing. Their only saving grace and why they aren't getting 1 star is that they are BYOF (bring your own food).

We were allowed to being in our own food & drinks, & they were kind enough to allow me to have personal decorations put up before my daughter arrived. I can't tell you firsthand how the karaoke system setup is (the teenagers made the decisions for the night) but I do know the songs were submitted via their phones. There a QR code to scan, etc. Either way, there weren't any mixups with the songs, pretty smooth. They do have a one/ time charge of $3 per person, if I remember correctly that's like a clean up fee. The only downfall I have is the bathrooms. The women's bathroom only has one stall, so one toilet. My husband said the men's bathroom has one stall also, one toilet & one urinal.

Strangely I had issues finding Disney songs. Maybe it's a licensing thing or just that room? Plenty of alternative songs and classics. The fried chicken wings were delicious- I've tried a handful of them. Garlic is a little too garlic (girlfriend destroyer). Spicy is good. Spicy shoyu is good. Honey one was super good. Their oden soup was really good. And their tacos were actually not bad- a little odd with some flavors but they were overall good. Fried mandoo slaps. I haven't really been disappointed by the food yet. Hope that stays true. Service was good- the staff make rounds every so often and kept our water and drinks filled. The staff remember me and always greet me warmly. I always feel like I'm attended to. Cons: It can get busy. Service lags when it's busy. The bathrooms are small. The men's bathroom stall is for smaller people. I had to use the toilet once and maneuvering in the stall was challenging to say the least. There was always enough hand towels. I'll be back!
