My husband and I have been eating here since 2021 and on a way-more-regular-basis than I'd like to admit (lol!), so we definitely noticed when the staff changed. With this change brought Terry, who is a beacon of light in our favorite hot dog place! His attitude is always uplifting and he never gets annoyed with all the substitutions we make to our dogs since we are vegetarian. He's also very attentive and does a great job of taking care of us as well as the other restaurant patrons. We love his energy and always leave this place feeling better than when we first entered. I definitely craved a Coke or a beer while eating this because that salt kicks your taste buds' *ss. The caramelized onions paired with the crunchy onions were a double whammy that could topple a few hot dog title holders. The real winner, though, was the sauce--definitely something Asian-inspired.
