There aren't enough stars to express how fantastic the restaurant, food, service, ambiance and everything were. I've loved this place for over a decade and I really recommend Kravings. They accommodated all of my guests requests, went above and beyond and never once showed any irritation. They even packaged my videographers meals and special plate for my nephew. It seemed like we were one of the first groups there since they typically open around 3:30 on weekdays, so things were just getting started. It looked like they might've been short-staffed--the bartender was also serving tables--so service was definitely on the slower side. It took a while for our water to get refilled and for our order to come out. That said, I've worked in the bar/restaurant industry, so I get how it can be sometimes. It wasn't ideal, but also not a dealbreaker. Now for the food--the truffle fries were so good, definitely a highlight. We also ordered the seafood tower, which came with cocktail shrimp, oysters, shrimp ceviche, Maine lobster, ahi tartare, and chips on the side. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. We also got the grilled shrimp with a side salad, which was solid and satisfying for something on the lighter side. Overall, a bit of a slow start service-wise, but the food delivered. I'd come back again, maybe during a busier time when they're fully staffed. Next time I'm coming for the meat - someone ordered a rack of ribs next to us and it smells so delicious. I came here on a Wednesday for my sister's birthday. The food was delicious and the service was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back again. The only feedback I have is that the advertised days for the performance should be updated on the website. I was a bit disappointed when I found out they don't perform on Wednesdays, even though the website said they did. Hopefully next time I visit I'll be able to catch the performance. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner. I loved the outside look with the red lighting and the inside with the dim red lighting and loud music and dancers. There's so many meat options and they even have a beef kebab option. All the meats are seasoned wonderfully and they have plenty of sides like Yuka fries, salads, and bread. There were so many great options and the service was always consistent and quick. Our waiter always checked up on us and the gauchos always came to offer more meats. It's very dark and very red in here for sure. Parking can be a tad problematic but the happy hour menu is worth looking for a space. The side dishes complemented the meat well, especially the chimichurri sauce. I would also recommend to try the grilled pineapple. After all, pineapple does help with digestion! Service: Excellent. The unlimited BBQ includes all the appetizers and side dishes. The interior's nicely done, perfect for special occasions without being too fancy. It's pretty spacious inside. For parking, limited spots in front of the restaurant, you'll either need to park behind the plaza for $5 or find street parking. Their cocktails are legit fresh! Tried the caipirinha, pear martini, and espresso martini - all really good! The cheese board was a nice surprise, definitely not your basic selection. Loved that the desserts weren't too sweet... meant I could actually enjoy them after all that meat! The samba dancers added such a fun vibe while we ate. Came in last week with a small group for a celebratory dinner. One of our party had been here before and suggested Kravings for our dinner and she chose well. Service went smoothly, they explained the menu and the sides dinner automatically comes with ( garlic mash, basmati rice, grilled vegetables and plantains) and we also added on other sides ( charcuterie board, shrimp cocktail, California roll , tuna maki roll, mushrooms). Then all the entrees came rolling in. I tried as many as I could, my favorites of the night were the filet mignon, salmon, grilled shrimp, mushrooms, charcuterie and plantains. There was so much food though, you definitely get your moneys worth. We ended the meal with the Brazilian flan- very good, very creamy. Been here several times over the years and the quality has only gone down. Service was mediocre, when we went yesterday during the early evening, there were 2 other tables and we still had to wait for many things several times (napkins, water, the bill, etc). I guess thats what happens when gratuity is included in the bill. We got the all you cant eat for $78 a person. The food was okay, nothing special or memorable. I didnt feel like anything was delicious and would return specifically for. We didnt get to try any chicken either that was on the menu and when we asked we were told it would take 30 minutes, after already being there for an hour. A major issue we had was gnats! I could not take a bite in peace, there were at least 10 of these things flying all around us and the food. At some point I gave up swatting them away. For a place thats quite expensive for the amount being served, I think the service should be outstanding and there should not be flies inside the establishment. We first visited Kravings a few months ago for lunch while we were in the area and came across it on Yelp. We were so impressed that when my mother-in-law's birthday came around, we wanted a special place to celebrate and immediately thought of Kravings. We made an online reservation, which even gave us the option to pre-order a bottle of wine for $50 (versus $62 if ordered at the table). We chose a Napa Cabernet absolutely delicious! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The atmosphere is lively and fun, especially when the dancers come out to celebrate birthdays. They bring such great energy to the room! The food was phenomenal. The meats kept coming around perfectly cooked lamb chops, tender cuts of beef, and flavorful shrimp. We skipped the chicken this time, but everything we tried was top-notch. For sides, they brought everything right to the table. No need to get up like at Fogo de Chão. We had white rice, vegetables, mashed potatoes, yucca, fried bananas, and their delicious cheese and bread with pesto. Love it here! My first time here was over 10 years ago and I've been coming back occasionally since then. I always have a good time. Yesterday I was in for lunch and it was yummy. I always make the mistake of eating too much. I can't get enough of their cinnamon pineapple! All the meat we tried was super yummy, I just wasn't a fan of the chicken hearts - I may not be alone on that one lol. Definitely recommend this location. On the weekends/ nighttime it's super upbeat and has more of a bar/ party vibe. Service was amazing, especially Jose! He was REALLY pleasant, and funny. My girlfriend and I went to cravings for happy hour. We had two glasses of wine, a cheese charcuterie and flatbread. The bill came out to $90.50. When we ask the bartender if he had given us a discount because of happy hour he remarked yes it's on the bill. He said it was 21 and +4. The bill still was $90.50. We did not get a discount for happy hour. Please check your receipts before you agree to pay. When we ask where the discount was, he got very irate and ignored us. Also, the gratuity is already on the receipt the bill I will not be going back to cravings and I do not recommend recommend going. In the age of the pandemic, things have slipped just a tad here, but it's understandable. Still pretty good, but not as great as it used to be maybe 4-6 years ago. In comparison to Fogo de Chao, especially given relatively comparable prices, I'd have to say Kravings isn't quite at the same level. Not far off, but not there. Kravings used to be a convenient alternative in the Valley, though there are now more Fogo de Chao locations... More premium meats and a stronger salad/apps bar offering would go a long way. On Mother's Day we originally made reservations for 6;00 pm but we had to change them for 8:00 pm. When arriving , 3 different hostess saw us and didn't acknowledge us . Bad sign already. Some of us wanted to eat à la carte and asked to eat at the Patio. Website indicates you can order à la carte if eating at the patio. Upon arrival they told us that we all needed to eat all you can eat at the price of $79.99. They also said there was a limit maximum time to eat of 90 minutes due to Mother's Day. It took them 15 minutes to bring us water and some appetizers . The beets and beans were canned food. The grilled mushrooms were chewy . The meats that were served at our table were always the scraps from the left overs from the main dining room and were also chewy. By 8:50 pm they told us it was last called and that they will close the kitchen and no more orders will be allowed. Mind you they failed to tell us on the phone that they close the kitchen at 9:00. So why would they take our reservations so late? Also on the bill they add tax before tip. The servers were nice but awful food and expensive . Food quality was awful . Immediately when we came in, we were greeted by staff and was told we had two options for food choices: we could either do the unlimited food menu or the standalone happy hour menu. Due to us having another event, we chose the happy hour menu which we had no regrets about! First, the restaurant has a mysterious aura about it. It has low lighting with glows of red. It definitely has a romantic / modern vibe to it which I appreciated. Since we did the happy hour, we sat at a two person table. The menu was extensive and the prices reasonable. My friend ordered the El Diablo burger with the seasonings vegetables and I ordered the Surf and Turf fries. My friend loved her burger and was super impressed on the size and portions:m. She stated that she knew the meat was great quality. My surf and turf was absolutely amazing and so flavorful. It was a huge portion too that came with 6 large shrimp and an 8 ounce steak sliced. The fries had chimichurri sauce on top. I also asked for a side of their jalapeño ranch sauce which I highly recommend everyone get! It was so delicious!
