She instructed me to call her the next day to confirm this had been done and as a reminder. I called her several times, left messages and text. No return call. Days later I contacted her again and nothing. I reach out to Public Storage customer service, and they inform the unit isn't available any longer. How is that when I have the reservation number. She initially told me that OSU student's store their belonging over the summer, so typically the small units aren't available until August (when school is back in session). I was told to keep checking the website, just in case. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find a 5X10 available. I quickly held it and called. So, it seems these units are promised to OSU, which leaves all other customers SOL. I'm waiting for corporate to call me back. I'm filing a formal complaint on this manager.
