I pull in this gas station because I can see it's full service with the guy ready at the pump. As he's fueling my tank, I ask if they do oil changes. He said yes but they close at 3pm and you should go now. I pull around and jump out. After telling the mechanic inside what I needed, he jumps in my car and gets started. 15 minutes top and I'm done. I ask about what oil he used. Your car needs synthetic, which is true. Then he comes outside and pops my hood to show me where it say my oil type just so I would know. 0/30W (or 5/30W after1000k) he replies. Gas + oil change + answer questions = jackpot,

11Nov2024 Hello:…read more I cannot say enough about the workmanship, professionalism, courteous treatment received today when I brought my 2012 Buick Verano in for an issue I was having with the Thermostat. I was greeted by Gary and Michael. I explained my issue. Immediately, Michael told me what was going to be involved and the approximate cost. When I returned to pickup my car, they had installed a new AC DELCO THERMOSTAT and GASKET. They pressure checked the coolant system for leaks. They covered all bases in a thorough and complete manner. Also, the mechanic who handled the complete process was fantastic! Once again, I was a satisfied customer. Thank you! Lorraine L. Elmont, NY

They changed my brakes, but did not bleed the system. Then I went back because of that made an issue and they supposedly drained and flushed the brake fluid which, according to my dealer when I took it there because I still had the same issue it was never drained, and the brake fluid was old and that's not the first time that I've had worked on there that wasn't actually done or done properly They're using used or cheap parts and charging you a lot, but my main problem is they don't fix the issue they are either dishonest or sloppy workers not sure which

Freeport Transmissions did all the work and my car drives like new again. This shop has very high level (dealer level) diagnostic equipment. They had everything from other Mercedes to BMW Dodge and Honda in the shop and the place was clean (always a good sign). They do all kinds of auto repair, not only transmissions. Highly recommend. If I could give a ZERO star review I would! Car went in for a transmission rebuild. A week later…read morethe transmission crapped out and the car was brought back to the shop. The owner refused to tow our car and made us get a private tow. After telling us the car was under warranty, the owner requested money from us stating that the issue wasn't what crapped out, and blamed the car breaking down on some other "problem". After reluctantly paying we got our car back. Fast forward a month later and the car completely breaks down a second time. The owner once again refused to pick up the car causing us to pay for another private tow. We were reluctant to return the car to them but the transmission should be under warranty right? WRONG! We get told the car has a "problem". The car has been in the shop for almost a month now with no progress or work being done. Every time you call they are unable to give updates and the answer is call back later and speak to the owner. Over and over again. Call back later and speak to the owner. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Car still has a "problem" but no one will tell you what the problem is. Workers are rude and nasty on the phone and hang up on you. Everyday it's another story, your cars not ready...call back tomorrow. To make matters worse they are REQUESTING MORE MONEY FROM US EVEN THOUGH THE TRANSMISSION IS UNDER THEIR WARRANTY. This business is trying to rip off the customers and has the worst customer service. We will never go back or recommend this business to anyone! STAY AWAY!!!! OR ELSE YOUR CAR MIGHT HAVE A "PROBLEM"!!!

Before, i went another garage that told me my brakes were completely shot and needed to be replaced. They added other things that were dire need or I'd be stranded on a long trip.
